The Assistant to the Coach of a Youth Baseball League Molested Over Ten Members of the Team

And no, I still did NOT make this SHIT up, from the Front Page Sections, translated…

There were cases of sexual molestation that occurred in an elementary school and middle school youth baseball team, the eighteen-year-old assistant coach’s rape on a total of ten victims, the detectives, the social services department, as well as the Department of Education set up a specialty squad to investigate in secrecy, after they’d inquired all the students on the team, yesterday, they’d charged Chen, the assistant coach with obstructions to sexual freedom.

“The assistant coach molested me!”, during the middle of March this year, the primary coach of the team asked the students “do you have any comments or questions?”, one of the students raised up his hands, and others followed, and stated, that they were all, sexually molested too, and that, was when the victim students learned, that they were not, the only one who was victimized, the coach believed that this was serious, he’d immediately notified the authorities, and, as the investigations continued, the D.A. and the Department of Education found, that there were, a total of ten children who fell victim.

The victim students told the D.A., that during January and February of this year, at the dormitories of the team, at the assistant coach’s home, in the hotels, Chen the assistant coach had fellated, had anal sex, and, fondled them.  After the case bust open, Chen wrote out a confession, apologizing to his students and the students’ families.

The D.A. found out, that Chen, the assistant coach, because he was an adult, had sexually molested and raped six students, and, after he came of age, he’d forced his students to have sex with him, seven times, and forcefully sexually molested them three time, sexually harassed them twice, the victims were mostly still in elementary school.  As the D.A. went to conduct a search at Chen’s residence, they’d found there was a collection of kiddie porn in his collection from online, and, on the fifth day upon being notified of Chen’s bad behaviors, the D.A. believed that he was at flight risk, and that he may destroy the evidence, asked the courts to take him into custody, which the courts allowed for.

And so, this is a man with priors, and yet, god knows HOW many young victims had there been already, and this time, someone decided to speak up (finally!), and thus, end this losers rape, sexual molestation on the younger children.

How Could Ten Years Be Enough for Rape?

This, is NOT only degrading, but very demeaning too, and, it SURELY took the J-U-R-Y, LONG enough, to “arrive” at their decisions that’s for certain, from MSNNEWS.com…

BILLINGS, Mont. (AP) — A Montana teacher was sentenced Friday to 10 years in prison in a notorious student rape case that dragged on for years and led to the censure of a judge who partially blamed the victim.

Stacey Dean Rambold, 55, was resentenced by a new judge exactly a year after he completed an initial one-month prison term for the crime.

Rambold appeared to grimace as Friday’s sentence was read by Judge Randal Spaulding. He was then handcuffed and led away by deputies, pausing briefly to exchange words with family as he exited the courtroom.

Rambold pleaded guilty last year to a single count of sexual intercourse without consent in the 2007 rape of 14-year-old Cherice Moralez, a freshman in his Billings Senior High School business class. She committed suicide in 2010.

Rambold’s attorney had argued for a two-year sentence, pointing out that the defendant had no prior criminal record, underwent sex offender treatment and was considered by the state as a low risk to re-offend.

Spaulding indicated that the nature of the crime outweighed those factors.

“I considered your abuse and exploitation of your position of trust as a teacher, and specifically Cherice’s teacher,” Spaulding told the defendant.

The state Supreme Court in April overturned Rambold’s initial sentence, citing in part comments from Judge G. Todd Baugh, who suggested the victim shared responsibility.

Baugh was censured and suspended for 31 days. He’s stepping down when his terms ends in January.

Yellowstone County Attorney Scott Twito said he was pleased with the new sentence, which included five additional years of prison time that were suspended.

“The criminal justice system worked today,” he said.

John Moralez, the father of the victim, said he had hoped for a longer sentence, but added that 10 years was better than the one-month Rambold previously served.

During the hearing, Twito asked Judge Spaulding to reject attempts by Rambold’s attorney to make the victim’s conduct with her teacher a factor in the sentencing.

That included references by the defendant’s attorney to video-taped interviews of the victim recorded by law enforcement prior to her death. Those recordings, which have never been made public, had been cited by Baugh during his sentencing.

Under state law, children under 16 cannot consent to sexual intercourse.

“The last thing we want to do is sit here in the criminal justice system and say, ‘What is the age?’ It doesn’t matter. Fourteen is way too young,” Twito said. “There has to be punishment. … Punishment means prison.”

Rambold’s attorney, Jay Lansing, responded that there was no statute preventing the court from considering Moralez’s conduct. He pointed out that prosecutors had not objected to comments about the videotaped interview during Rambold’s first sentencing hearing.

Lansing requested for his client a two-year sentence in the custody of the Department of Corrections, with another 13 years suspended. That would have allowed Rambold to serve his time in a community setting rather than prison.

Rambold broke down crying during a brief statement to the court. He said he was sorry for his actions and had worked hard to make himself a better person. In a recent letter to the court, he lamented the international publicity the case attracted.

“No one can really appreciate and understand what it feels like to have so many people actually hate you and be disgusted by you,” Rambold wrote. “I do not mention this for the sake of sympathy, but it has been hard.”

It was uncertain if the new sentence would be appealed, Lansing said.

After the death of Moralez, the prosecution’s primary witness, Twito’s office in 2010 struck a deal with Rambold that initially allowed him to avoid prison altogether.

Rambold, however, violated that agreement by having unauthorized visits with relatives’ children and entering into a relationship with an adult woman without telling his counselor. As a result, the case was revived and Rambold pleaded guilty.

Two additional counts sexual intercourse without consent were dropped under the deal with prosecutors.

During last year’s sentencing, Baugh suggested Moralez had as much control over her rape as the defendant and said she “appeared older than her chronological age.” He gave Rambold a 15-year term with all but one month suspended.

That triggered an appeal from the office of Attorney General Tim Fox, and ultimately resulted in the case being reassigned to Spaulding.

How, can this be JUST?  I mean, LIVES had been LOST here, and, how is JUST TEN years BE enough, to make up for the girl who took HER life after this LOSER instructor raped her?  So, as you can see, in these cases, punishment will NEVER fit the crimes!  And parents, would YOU feel safe, is a M***ER F***ING son-of-a-BITCH (b/c that, is what this is!) works in your child’s schools?  Yeah…

Enticed His Students to Go to a Motel, the Male Cooking Instructor Made to Serve His Time

B-A-D teacher, from the Newspapers online, translated…

A certain branch of a Chiayi middle school, back in 2004, a male cooking instructor used the lessons, took a thirteen-year-old female student to two separate motels, to rape, to sexually molest her, then, he’d taken the opportunity that he had, at a local high school, when he’d instructed cooking, to take an adolescent girl to the change room opposite of his cooking class in the high school to sexually molest her.  The girl told her family, and the family sued the male cooking instructor.  Yesterday, the Courts in Chiayi, based his sentence off of one crime one sentence, gave him a total of three years eight months, a year eight months, and nine months, and mandated that he serves four years six months in prison.

The verdict stated, that afterwards, Jiang didn’t show up for his court arraignment, and had an arrest warrant out on him, he was free, until the end of two years ago, when the police picked him up.  The judge took into consideration that he’d had multiple health problems, was fired from teaching, without an income, along with other things, and showed him leniency.

On the afternoon of April 10, 2004, Jiang seduced a thirteen-year-old female student, took her to a motel, and successfully raped her with his fingers, thirteen days later, he’d taken the advantage of his teaching a cooking class in the high school, took the girl into the dressing room, stripped her clothes off, then, sexually molested her.  On the afternoon of November 5th, he’d taken the girl, to a local motel in Chiayi, then, sexually molested her.

After the incident, the middle school department notified the high school branch, which got Jiang fired, the principal at the school told, that Jiang wasn’t a hired instructor for the school, he was only hired, for the cooking lessons, the school didn’t know that he was going to use the lockers, to molest and rape the young women.

And, to think that this, could’ve been easily avoided with a THOROUGH background check, I mean, I’m sure that this, is NOT the first time that this loser had done something like this, and, firing him is still too lenient a sentence, because what IF, after a few years, when all of this blows over, and nobody remembers this event now, he could still get hired, and be close to the students, then, you’d been sending those sheep, right into the lion’s mouth, wouldn’t you???

His Wife and Child Left Him…He’d Placed His Own Teaching Certificate as a “Wager” and Still Betted

In need of serious treatment for a GAMBLING problem here, from the Front Page Sections, translated…

The male P.E. teacher from Jinghua Middle School had gotten so deep in the game, “Bingo-Bingo” he’d owed over four million dollars, last year, he’d placed another bet at the lottery stores, and didn’t pay, and received a delayed jail sentence, his wife took his kids and left him; yesterday, he’d done the same, placed bets of over $40,000N.T at two separate shops, and told the shops that they could have his teaching identification card to keep, claimed that he’s going to get the money for the bets, and ran off, the shops called the police and he was caught.

The forty-one year old teacher Chang four years ago became addicted to the game, “Bingo-Bingo”, and ever since, he’d gone down the dark paths, asked money from his friends and loan sharks to place his bets, and as he was arrested, there was only $100N.T. left inside his wallet; he said with regrets, that he couldn’t defeat the desires to gamble, “maybe I should just CHOP my own fingers off!”

Yesterday Chang went to a lotto shop on Zhongxiao E. Road, asked to get nineteen bets (each one worth $1,250 N.T.), totaling to $23,750N.T.s, and, he’d lost everything.  As the shop asked for him to pay, he’d asked for another game, the shop insisted that he paid them first; he’d told them, that he didn’t have that much on him, and gave them his cell phone number, his teacher’s certificate, along with his driver’s license, claimed that he’s getting more money, and, never returned to the shop again, the shop called him, he’d turned off his cell.

Chang later went to place his bets at another shop, as he was half way done, the shop asked him to pay, he’d told them, “I don’t have the money!”, the shop quickly stopped his bets, but, part of the bets he’d placed were final, and he’d placed eighteen separate bets, totaling up to over $22,000N.T., he’d begged to pay them back at a later date, the shop called the police.

The police arrested him, and booked him based off of fraud; he’d claimed, that he’d betted, to pay off his debts, that he will pay up.  The police found, that this, was NOT the first time that Chang had done this, last year, he’d gone to four separate shops, and owed $40,000N.T., and was sentenced to the jail term of six months, which he was supposed to serve two years later.

Chang said, that at the beginning, it was only for fun, for a few hundred bucks, and then, it’d gotten bigger and bigger, the most he’d betted was $400,000N.T. a time, and because he’d lost, he felt unfair, and he needed to take care of his two elementary aged daughters, “I wanted to get my losses back all at once!”, without knowing, that he’d gotten into the vicious cycle, kept borrowing money to gamble, and now, he’d owed over four million dollars.

He said, his wife already turned cold from trying to get through to him unsuccessfully, last year, she’d divorced him, and took the kids, he worried about how he’ll pay back the money owed, he couldn’t focus on teaching his classes; he knew, that he didn’t have a dime left, and still, he’d wanted to place the bets, “I’d secretly hoped that I’d win big!”.  He said, that last time he was caught, he got a big reprimand from the school, that this time, he might lose his teaching post at the school.

The police told him, that he is able-bodied, and should work hard, to “not ruin your own life!”, and even though, he’d told them, “I understood!”, that he wouldn’t keep going, and he’d used his cell phone, to take out money from the loan sharks, and the police couldn’t do anything to help him.

And this man had gotten drawn in, by the gambler’s fallacy, thinking that the next time he’ll finally win back all he’d lost, and, yet, he kept on this losing streak, until he’d lost his pants, and he still wanted to gamble, and, it may take this LOSER to lose HIS life to finally realize, and by then, it would be too late because he’d be D-E-A-D!!!

All We See are the Grades, What About Moral Education?

This, is the PROBLEM of the education system here, but the rest of the world can ALSO relate, I’m sure, from the Front Page Sections, translated…

There was the shocking news of how a school teacher gave an exam to her son to take first, reason being that the son wasn’t that good in school.  Other than feeling this wrenching in my heart, I can’t help but wonder: what’s WRONG with the instructors?

The examination papers should be “top secret”, and, before the examinations, the instructors must kept them covered up, to NOT make it available to the students or other instructors, otherwise, the test would have lost ITS fairness, and not to mention that this, would be illegal too.  I can’t understand how this instructor managed to get the test papers, it must be something with the security situation at the school then.

In this realm where grades are everything and moral education is unimportant, this sort of a bad behavior needed to be reprimanded, and the ones behaving not up to standards are the school instructors.  Reason being, there this atmosphere of comparing the scores flowing around in the schools, between the students themselves, and the classes too, and the instructors got caught up in the competitions too.  The ones whose classes performed well were dubbed “famous”, and everybody believed that those who were trained under the famous would perform well, and so, the instructors got put on that high pedestal; and, the unlucky classes, the instructors are already quite depressed, and they still had to get grilled by the school principals on their teaching methods, HOW would there be room for moral education?

And, the moral education is not done well enough at all, that, is what everybody’s saying here, and everybody ranted on how we need to rethink the methods of the teachers, or the systems, along with the parents and the students’ lack of hard work, etc., etc., etc.  And I believe, that what needed change, IS our attitudes, we must start losing the belief of “education is everything, and, everything ELSE is nothing”.

And so, the reforms in education IS needed, because you have teachers that STOLE from the lounge, so the son would do well in HIS class, and what’s that teaching the child?  That he can cheat and lie his way out of things, because HIS mama just did it for him, and this, is precisely W-H-Y the education realm is NO longer as well-rounded as it used to be.

The Adults Were the Ones Who’d Cheated, and the Children Ended Up, Paying the Price

This, is the MOST serious FOUL PLAY in the Youth Baseball League, and GUESS W-H-O is to blame???  The ADULTS, of course, from the Front Page Sections, translated…

The Youth Baseball Cup of Guo-Cheng Hsieh had the most SERIOUS violation of rules, three teams out of four that had made it into the quarter finals, were found, to have cheated, the champion team from Mingdao Elementary School got disqualified from entering into the Asian Youth Baseball League, and are banned to enter for two years; the second place and third place winners from Taoyuan and the fourth place from Kaohsiung were banned from competing for a year, and, the enter score board was cancelled too.

Mingdao Elementary School’s team had done wonderfully since the inner city competitions from March, it’d represented the city of Taipei and won first place in the Guo-Cheng Hsieh Cup, and gotten the rights to represent the nation; but last week, the head coach from Li-Shing Elementary School, Chang stated, that Mingdao had put three players who were transfer students on the team, and the rule was that transfer students can’t compete for two years.

The Student Baseball Leagues, after its investigations, confirmed that Mingdao Elementary School had indeed, broken the rules, and they’d punished the players and the coach too, banned them for competitions for two years’ term; Wu, the coach, had been fouling out before, he’d allowed transfer students to play on the fields before too, and he was suspended from his coaching post by the Taipei City Department of Education.

After this, the league started zooming in on ALL eleven teams, and found that the second place school, Zhongping Elementary School, the fourth place winner, Zhongzhen elementary both had ONE transfer student who should sit out for two years’ time.  The committee looked into it, and found that it was both schools’ first offenses, and the school admitted to wrongdoing, and so, they were banned from the competitions for a year each.

And, the kids may just BE playing for the LOVE of the game, and yet, because of the school officials bad behaviors, they were B-A-N-N-E-D?  Is that fair to the kids?  Of course N-O-T, and, what would your bad behaviors teach your students here?  That you should weasel the best you can, and keep your fingers crossed for NOT getting caught?  But if you got caught, then, you will P-A-Y!!!

A Tall & Handsome Last Year Middle School Male Fell in Love with His Female Instructor, He’d Lost His Virginity, and She Got Sued

Just because he looks tall AND handsome, still doesn’t mean, that you can have SEX with him, you are, a teacher, hello, hello, hello??? From the Front Page Sections, translated…

A fifteen year old last year middle school boy had a crush on a new math teacher, after he’d professed his love to her on Facebook, they’d had sexual intercourse twice; and even though after the parents found out, they did not pursue it, but the Hsinbei City District Attorney’s Office gone by the school’s report, and confirmed that the instructor DID have sex with a minor, and still charged her with obstruction of sexual freedom.

The criminal law states, that those who’d had sex with children over fourteen but under sixteen is subjected to getting a jail sentence of seven years or less.

The D.A. investigated, this female instructor who graduated from a public university, in July of 2011, passed her teacher’s exam, and was sent to a school in Hsinbei City to teacher, back then, she was twenty-seven, very beautiful, with long hair, was popular among the students, and she’d often chauffeured the students to and from school.

The fifteen year old student that the female instructor taught was over 5’9, and handsome, after he’d traded Facebook information with her, he’d gone online, to show her that he cared about her; on the new year’s eve of 2011, he’d asked her to spend the night, and professed his love for her, she was moved by him, they held and kissed one another, and decided to go steady in secrecy.

At the end of January, 2012, the male student told the instructor “I want you”, the teacher didn’t turn him down, they’d gone to a motel to have sex, and two weeks later, they’d gone again. Even though, the female instructor asked the male student to NOT show any signs of intimacy toward her in school, that nobody else can know about their ongoing relationship, but, the female instructor was infatuated with the student, and, after she saw him outside of school, she’d taken him into the alleyways and started kissing him, and other students found out.

The students of the school started talking, and said that the male student was “awesome”, “in love with the teacher”, and the words got into another school instructor’s ears; after the teacher checked into the facts and found out that it was true, she’d reported it to the schools.

The School’s Gender Equality Group made investigations, the female instructor, along with the male student both admitted to having sex twice, and the school fired her, but the woman fought an executive suit, and won, the school, at the end of last year, told the D.A.

Even though, when being asked by the D.A. the female instructor denied having had sexual intercourse with the student, but the D.A. used the statements of the male student, along with the school’s investigations, and believed that they did have intercourse, and the D.A. pursued the female instructor.

Are you fucking kidding me, you’re his SCHOOL instructor, the ADULT, hello, hello, hello??? And what this woman did was IMPROPER, and, it still wouldn’t matter IF the boy is “of age”, of IF the sex was consensual, it IS, immoral here!!!
