The Deepfake Crimes for Profit, the Most Severe Punishments of Seven Years in Prison

The government’s really, CRACKING down on these sex crimes that are happening on the internet right now here!  Off of the Front Page Sections, translated…

The Lawmakers Passed the Four Bills to Prevent Sexual Crime, Giving a Jail Sentence Term of Ten Years for Shooting, Spreading Sexually-Illicit Footages of Children & Adolescents Online

The YouTuber, Jade used Deepfake last year, transferred the females’ faces to the porn sites to make a profit, the victims were made up of legislators as well as T.V. personnel, and actresses, it’d caused the society to pay attention.  The legislature passed the drafts with four specifics on prevention of sexual violence, of them, the individuals will receive up to seven years for making the false sexually illicit images and spreading them; if there’s no justified reason, and the individuals were found with child pornography in possession, the jail sentence of a year or less would be passed down.

The various departments of the government brought up four amendments, including the amending of the criminal law, the children-adolescent sextortion laws, the sexual assault prevention, along with the protective bills for the victims of these crimes.

The head of State, Su stated, that in recent years, there’d been an influx of cases of sexual violence using the internet, that in the past, only the charges of libel and slander were applicable, that it’d, defamed the victims; and, a lot of the behaviors are limited by the law, there’s no effective ways of preventing the criminals from making a profit off of the sexually illicit footages, which caused the victims to never coming out from under.

The penal code had added the “obstruction of sexual privacy and the false images”, taping, photographing without consents, with the heaviest sentence of three years; and, six months to five years for spreading out the photos, the footages; if money was made, then, the sentence would be increased by half.  With the add on of spreading the sexually illicit footages without the consents getting seven years at most.

The victims of these sex crimes online are mostly made up of children, adolescents, and women, increased punishments for the related offenses to these is being set at three years to ten years; and, the sentence for passing these sexually illicit footages, videos increased to anywhere from a year to seven year’s term in prison.

And, this is the government’s attempts, to stop the children and adolescent from getting sextorted, and, chances are, these means are still not going to work, because, it can only work on paper, not in reality, the way they should do it is to CRACK down on the sources, the supplies, and try to cut the demands of the predators, but that can’t happen, so, yeah, this still works, only in theory, but not in application I’m afraid.  Just because you’d, increased the severity of punishment for these crimes, it doesn’t mean that people will be scared into, not committing these crimes.

The Male Prostitute from Hong Kong Drew a Taiwanese Female Police Officer “I Thought Taiwan wouldn’t Punish”

Phishing for SEX online, and, you CAUGHT, the BIGGEST “fish” all right, and she is a C-O-P you MORON!  Off of the Front Page Sections, translated…

As third-stage alerts are reached, most of the operators of the sex industries still took on the clients privately, the police recently found the cases, of the foreign ladies selling for sex, but, a man, Kwok from Hong Kong came to Taiwan on a work visa solicited the clients online, but, he’d not imagined, that he hooked up with a female officer of the Changwha Substation, the female officer bravely asked Kwok to a motel two days ago, as they’d discussed the prices, Kwok was, immediately, arrested, and fined $1,500 N.T. for obstructions of social order.

The police found, that since the zooming in on the sex industries as the outbreak happened, there were mostly, foreign ladies who’d sold, and this time, the 39-year-old male, Kwok was found, and this may be the very first, of its case.

The officer told, that Kwok is about 5’6, gentlemanly looking, and he had that thick Hong Kong accent as he spoke, looked like a finance industry worker, hard to imagine, that he works as a male prostitute.

like this one???

hot, right, ladies??? Photo from online, and this one, is a Brazilian, so state on the “caption” of this photo from online

Kwok came to Taiwan on a work visa, worked at the sex massage parlors in Taichung, Changwha, he’d claimed that this was the first time he was caught, and said, that he couldn’t imagine, that the police in Taiwan was out to arrest male prostitutes too.

A female officer of Dapu Substation, when shopping online using a social media program on her phones, received a pop-up ad, she’d clicked it, then, immediately, someone’s LINE account asked her to befriend her, the individual claimed to be a masseur, but used the sexually illicit languages, even sent the female officer photos of his penis, and stated that he “customizes” his “service”; the female officer suspected that the male masseur was a cowboy, after she’d reported the matter to the station manager, Wang, two days ago, she’d asked Kwok out to a motel, to “trade”.

The female officer bravely entered into the room, started up the conversation with Kwok, and agreed on a price, the man spoke in a Cantonese accent, that for the simple massages, the cost is $2,500N.T, with sex, $2,000N.T. more, as the female officer managed to collect the evidences, the two male officers, and the police station manager, Wang came in, made an arrest, and it’d, thrilled Kwok.

This is still, by, pure, chance, had the female officer not shopped online on the website, she wouldn’t have encountered that pop-up ad, where this MANWHORE was selling his body for sex, and she wouldn’t have, enticed him to take the bait, and this LOSER wouldn’t have, gotten caught, in the A-C-T, with his PANTS down (not physically!), and, that just showed, how easy, someone can still get solicited for S-E-X online, even when one isn’t, looking for it!

A Sex Ring of Women From China Used the Excuse of Seeking Out Medical Treatments to Sell Themselves Here in Taiwan

All I can say here, is sex STILL S-E-L-L-S, from the Front Page Sections, translated…

The specialist force from the immigrations services in the city of Taipei had busted a large sex ring, with women from China, and they’d arrested the transporters, the hookers, the brokers, along with the dorm manager, a total of twenty-five individuals, of the twenty-five, twelve ladies used the name of getting treatment to come to Taiwan, and they’d gone a several large hospitals, and after they were “weighed and measured, they were taken off by the drivers”.

The Immigrations Department told, that the ring is managed by a man, Wu, and a woman, Peng, and they’d made $500,000N.T. per day, and, their sex ring was set up just last year.  After the immigrations department interrogated the ladies who were here to sell, they’d sent the primary suspect, Wu, along with the mechanic, and thirteen others to the district attorney’s offices; the twelve women from China, are waiting, to be inquired by the D.A., then, they will either be detained, taken in by the immigrations, or to wait for deportation.

The team captain of the squad that made the bust, Hsieh said, that they Immigrations Department had chased the leads for over nine months, and, at the run down dormitory, next to a Buddhist worship center in Sanchong, they’d discovered the ring, and the ladies who worked all looked sexy, with the reputation of “Drive-Thru”, and, they’d get new girls every seven days.

Hsieh said, that the woman, nicknamed “Colorful Butterfly” was only twenty years of age, and is a second year college student at a certain art academy in China, this, was the second time she’d come to Taiwan to sell herself for sex, and claimed to her parents, that she needed to go to Beijing to attend some form of art training camps, and she had come here in June, to sell for sex, and came back in August again.  “Colorful Butterfly”, because she looked different, with a unique flair, with a good looking body, became the most-called-upon of the ring, and, the price she sold at started at $8,000N.T., and it goes UP to $12,000N.T.

Hsieh told the police that another woman, “Snowy”, has pale complexion, with a sweet voice, and her starting price was at $15,000N.T., and in a short two weeks, she’d taken on a hundred and TEN customers; but, the ring had taken seventy-five percent of her total earnings, and the ladies who worked couldn’t get that much from selling their bodies.

In order to block the “false claims of medical treatment, with the intentions of whoring”, the Immigrations Department stated, that starting on September 1 of this year, the medical centers will be screened, even harder, to prevent the ladies from coming from across the strait to sell themselves here.

And so, it is still the basic law of economics: supply and demand, IF there is NO demand for this sort of SHIT, you think that there would still be supply?  Hell no, and this still just shows you, how wayward those ladies’ value had become, and, this, is a HUGE loophole that a TON of bad people are weaseling through right now, but gladly, the government had decided to TIGHTEN up the rules now.

The Extinction of an Industry

It’s only natural, that things get replaced by another in the world that we live in, after all, IF you don’t adapt, change, or make yourselves better, you ARE, going to GET eliminated that, is the way the world works, and this can BE applied to everything else out there too.

The sprouting up (like a sapling???) of an industry is due to the demands of that industry, and, now that we’d found other alternative (maybe even cheaper methods too???) ways to get similar services available to us, naturally, this original industry is going to get replaced.

The book industry, for instance, is slowly, heading toward extinction, what, with all those e-books, articles you can find online free of charge too, who needs to buy books, and so, the press industries are NOT making enough money, and, because ALL the businesses out there have JUST that one goal: making MONEY, therefore, it would only BE logical, for it to take itself OFF the markets, thus, leading to the extinction of the industries out there…

And, don’t get too sad, because an industry had “gone” into extinction just yet, as another that will well-replace it pops up real quickly, IN its place, and, before too long, you’d forget about that previous industry that you’d placed emphasis on.

This, is how the world works, you either get caught UP to the “flow” of the world, or you simply, get, eliminated, like the CD, those eight-track-tapes, along with all the other good stuff of those good ol’ days too.

Finding a Market

This, may be REALLY H-A-R-D, because with your limited resources, there’s NO way you can possibly conduct your market researches like those Fortune 500 Companies had, to find out what the people liked…

Finding a “market”, this, is really hard, especially when you had “majored” in what was called the “hot” field, because everybody’s into it, and so, this makes the competition harder, you MUST stand O-U-T, otherwise, you get KICKED O-U-T.  Finding a “market” for my “services”, this shouldn’t be that hard, but, if I own a shop, then, I’d have to pay rent, and utilities and every other kinds of bills, and, before I’d even start making THE money, I’d have to spend a L-O-T.

It is hard, finding a “market”, but, so long as you stay true to yourselves, your “works” will get discovered, and, you will have FAME and FORTUNE on your “sides”.
