Detonated a Bomb at the Station, Became Amputated, Received Seven-and-a-Half Years

A plumber-electrician, Yu because he was in a foul mood in July, he’d taken a bomb, with the reputation of “Satan’s Mother” to the police substation, stated that he was going to, detonate it, and, he’d actually, accidentally pressed the detonator, and set the bomb off, his right palm was blown to bits, and got taken to the hospital and amputated; the Hsinchu District Court tried him, found that he’d caused troubles in public safety, but already paid a dear price, sentenced him to seven years six months for breaking the laws of ownership of illegal dangerous arms, and obstruction of police business.

The verdict pointed out, Wu learned to make the bomb from online, went to the hardware, chemical stores on July 6^th , bought the needed supplies, and started making the bomb at home, and, late that evening, he’d tried to see his own young daughter, was barred from seeing her, got in a foul mood, took the bomb, “Satan’s Mother” to the police substation locally.

as Yu entered into the substation, he’d immediately told the officer on duty he was with an explosive device, and took it out to “play with” again, and again, the officers worried that Yu may actually detonate, tried calming him down, while calling up his father, and, Yu started shouting at his father in the phones, that he had a bomb on him, and he got more and more, worked up as they spoke.

And, half way through talking with his father, Yu accidentally set the detonator off, and, blew up his own right palm, and thankfully, none of the officers on duty had, gotten injured.

And so, this is what happened, when you put an explosive device in the hands of someone who’s, worked up, emotionally unstable, and what exacerbated this man’s bad behavior, was his own ex-wife’s barring him from seeing his own daughter, and he’d not considered WHY, his own ex-wife barred him from seeing his own young daughter, because he’d gone to her place too late, and the child may already be in bed, and he’d, blamed EVERYBODY else for his, “misfortunes”…

A Woman Spied on Her Husband Who was Having an Affair, Followed Him from Taichung to Fujian, Case Solved

A woman, Chen found it odd, that her husband often went to China, once she’d followed him there on the ships, and forced him to admit, “I have another woman, with kids” I needed to deal with; she’d wanted to just turn a blind eye, but as her husband had the webcam chats with the other woman in front of her, she got furious, sold the land, and pressed charged against him.  Although Chen’s husband told, that “I’d admitted to having another woman to get under her skin”, but the courts used the voice recording files, and mandated that he needed to pay his wife $300,000N.T. for the emotional distresses.

In 2018, Chen found her husband had gone to China quite frequently, and every time he’d not told her he was going off, and took a ton of cash away, she’d started suspecting that he had another woman in China.

At noon on August 19^th, Chen found her husband, after waking up, rushed in the shower, and headed off in a hurry, she’d asked, “Where are you going?”, he’d, dodged answering her, and told her to butt out, then, rushed off.  She’d shockingly thought, that he may be off to China again, and checked and found her husband’s passport gone, decided to follow behind him.

As Chen took her passport to the Port of Taichung, bought the fare, and she’d found her husband for sure; he’d refused to tell her why he was heading over to China, she’d decided to tag along behind him, followed him to Fujian, as they reached shore, her husband told her, “I’m with someone else in China, I have a child too, I need to take care of it.”, asked her to give him time so he can, try to get rid of the child, and take care of the other woman.

Chen was forced to accept it as a fact, but cherished her marriage too, decided to give her husband a second chance. But, she’d found that he’d gone to China again, to cohabit with the other woman, and had webcam conferences with the other woman with her right there, she’d decided that she was done with forgiveness, sold off the land that her husband gave to her as a gift, and sued him for encroachment, and demanded that he paid her in court.

Her husband claimed, that during the time he was away in China, she took up with another man, after they couldn’t communicate, to get his wife angered, that was why he’d lied about how he was having another woman too, but he didn’t.  He said, that he’d lied about the other woman a long, long, long time, that his wife was suing, to cover up the fact that she wanted the assets left by his families to him, to divert the attention.

But the judge reviewed over the voice files provided by Chen and found Chen stated, “it’s you!  You’re the one taking up with another, and have a child too, and you asked me to prove my faithfulness to you, how do you plan to handle this?”  Her husband answered, “I will deal with the other woman.”  Chen stated, “You have another woman”, and he’d stated, “I’d already, broken it off with her…………”, and based off of that, the judge believed that the infringement claims were, true.

Sold One Gram of Heroin, Sentenced to Fifteen-and-a-Half Years

A CRACKDOWN on drugs, the government is now, punishing the dealers, the users, more severely, than E-V-E-R before!!!  Off of the Front Page Sections, translated…

A man, Hsu bought heroin from a man nicknamed, “Health Man” last year, then, he’d used the cost of $3,000N.T. per gram and sold it to another man, Huang, Huang thought that the heroin wasn’t high in quality, demanded a refund, Hsu offered him the brand new drugs, and the police was able to catch him, he’d denied having sold drugs, claimed that he and Huang had rounded up their money and bought from a man, “Health Man”, the judge didn’t believe him, sentenced him to fifteen years six months, and took the illegally gained money of $3,000N.T.s.  This can still be appealed.

The verdict stated, the Hsu (age 52) received Huang’s call last year, wanted to buy the A class drug, heroin, Hus first contacted the man nicknamed Ken, to get the deals going, last year at noon on June 15^th, he’d taken the $3,000N.T. from Huang, and rode in Huang’s car to the east side of Taichung to meet up with “Ken”.

The two, upon arriving, Hsu went alone upstairs to meet “Ken”, bought a bag of heroin, then, took Huang’s car back to his rental stay on the west side of Taichung, he’d entered alone into his own residence, split up the heroin he bought into two separate bags, handed one bag to Huang.

And so, this, is the government’s, CRACKING down on the drug deals, and, hopefully, this will, deter all the dealers, from selling, because if the rest of the drug-dealing community saw how sever this man’s sentence for dealing just ONE gram of heroin is, maybe, it’s enough, to STOP them from selling too, hopefully.

He Got into a Car Wreck, Went Home, Downed a Bottle of Rice Wine…the Charges of Drunk-Driving, Dropped

Because he downed that bottle after he got into a crash, to calm down his own nerves???  Got off, on a technicality here, off of the Front Page Sections, translated…

Two years ago, the man, Liu had a fender-bender with a sedan, he’d, walked back to his residence close to where the accident occurred, downed a bottle of rice wine to calm his own nerves, and the D.A. and the police believed he was trying to, mess up his own sobriety test, charged him on drunk-driving still; the first trial found, that Liu had, arrived home after he got into a fender-bender and downed a bottle of 600mL rice wine, there’s no way of confirming that he was already drunk before the accident had occurred, found him not-guilty; the D.A. appealed, the Kaohsiung High Courts maintained the not-guilty verdict, case closed.

The district attorney filed for an appeal, calculated on how if Liu had three cigarettes and drunk, subtracting the time he took to smoke, there were only four minutes that he had to spare, to down that six hundred milliliter worth of rice wine, it was, hard to imagine that he was able to, the Collectivist Courts found during the second trial, that calculating the time like so wouldn’t be precise enough, and it’d lacked the scientific basis of binge drinking’s effect on impairment, that it couldn’t prove that Liu was drunk before he got into the car wreck, tossed back the district attorney’s appeals.

And yeah, so this LOSER still, got away, on a technicality, and, maybe, he drank the bottle, to smooth his own nerves for hitting the car, who knows, or maybe, he’d, knowingly drunk that bottle, because he knew, that it helped him get off on a conviction of drunk-driving, either way, this, IS a H-O-L-E in the justice system here!

The Predatory Photographer Received Money for a Social, Out on Bail

The photographer, Chuang-Sen Mu (a false name) started posting a series of “orgy” pornography, after the Taipei District Attorney’s Offices looked into it, they’d found that there were, multiple wires to his account, suspected that Mu used the parties and charged those who’d attended the events a fee, that he committed the crime solicitations, in order to understand where the funding came, they’d searched Mu’s residence, and took him into custody to interrogate, after the interrogations, the D.A. posted Mu’s bail at $60,000N.T.s, and placed him under house arrest.

Based off of understanding, the D.A.’s office and the police found multiple wire transfers in Mu’s personal accounts, ranging from a couple of thousand dollars to $15,000N.T.s.  In order to understand where the money came from, and what it was, used for, and who else may have been involved, the police went to search Mu’s home in Xinyi District, took his cell phone, his hard drive, and USB into evidence, other than taking him into custody to interrogate, the police also called Lu, and nine others in as witnesses.  Mu claimed, that the photos were for the sake of art, that he’d not made any money from the photos.

Based off of understanding, the witnesses included Lu (age 30), who was Mu’s former girlfriend, in the police inquiries, she’d claimed that the money was for the electric appliances, that it wasn’t for the party at the motel.  The other men who’d wired to Mu, Lu, Chang, and a woman, Chen, claimed that they’d had him buy items on their behalf, or that it’d been too long, that they’d, forgotten what the wires were for, they all denied having been involved in the sex party.

The four witnesses were all sent home last night, another five witnesses are abroad, or in the southern parts of the country, the D.A.’s Office planned to call them in one by one later.

Those who know said, that Mu posted the news of the party on social network, and that those who wanted to attend needed to wire money to the account, after the confirmations were received, then, he’d sent the specifics of where, when, and the locations of the motels, by private messages.

On December 19^th, 2017, a member of the online community cut and pasted Mu’s account, said that a photographer was hosting an orgy, and the photos of six women, seven men involved in an orgy, Mu even gloated, that this activity is at “the Cheating Central”.

After the news got out, the head of district attorney’s office in Taipei, Sing believed, that Mu had broken the laws of social order, and, had the women and children specialty squad to look into the case further.

Please Let Go, and Trust in Me, Having an Overbearing Mother

From awhile ago, on the news, a certain organization had been losing money by the year, the second-generation owner decided to sell of the office building, for cash, the founder, as he was, interviewed, stated, “My heart ached as my son did it, but now, I’d, trusted in his decisions entirely!”

This pair of father and son made me so envious, and at the same time, I’d, felt heartache for them both, because how I’d, wished that my own mother, can trust me like this father had his own son too.

From the views of the world, I guess, I’m, the pride of my parents: made high grades, gone to an all-star institution, and, managed to pass the exams for a public office on my very first try, I’d never needed my parents to worry over my school performances or my work.

Although my mother stated verbally, that I’d, done well for myself, but she’d, never had faith, that I can, handle things on my own, whether it be how I’d spent my money, how to treat others I meet, whether to have children after I married, who should care for my child if s/he was born…………my mother’s criticisms came at me, never-ending, “it’s for your sake”, was her most widely used phrase, and her weapon.

She’d never understood, that what she’d believed to be a show of care and concern, her nagging, was interpreted as how she didn’t trust me enough, I’d tried to tell her, but her response was always, “Those with your last names, can’t take any criticisms from others!”

When I was interning, I’d, lived at home, I’d had a crash on a rainy day, and, as I’d, bent my knees, my injuries started bleeding, but I’d not let my mother know, I’d, bent down, holding the pains in, as I’d helped clean up the house, until my mother rode out to get the groceries, and found the head of the motorcycle dented, that, was when she’d, found out.  I’d gotten into another, serious crash after I was married, and, it’d been years to this very day, I’d still, not told my parents what had happened to me.

Of the two wrecks I got in, I was, very scared, but I knew, that other than feeling anxious over me, and nagging me, my parents couldn’t do anything for me, and they’d, surely, blamed me, for being, too careless too.  And so, no matter how painful, I’d much rather, hide the truth from them.

I’d never doubted the love my mother had for me, but every time, as I’d, wanted to show affection towards her, she’d started, lecturing me, and in the end, she’d added, “Nobody else is going to tell you this, I’m your mother, that was why, for your sake, I’m, telling, you the truth!”  in my mother’s mind, I’ll never be, enough, there are, always things, I can, improve, and, all of my good performances are, matter-of-fact, and yet, the imperfections, are what pricked at her, and she’d needed to, get rid of them.

But, my dearest mother, you know what?  Your daughter may not be perfect, but, she’d always tried very hard, worked hard, can you just, let go, and trust in me?

And, hopefully, this woman’s mother can see this article, and change the way she interacts with her daughter, but, I’m still, NOT holding MY breath, because parents like these, they think what they’re doing, IS for the good of their young, and they just keep on, doing whatever the F*** (maxed out???) they’re doing, using their same old ways, probably because they were, treated as such by their own parents (‘cuz these sorts of SHITS still gets passed down, from one generation to the next, like D.N.A.???) and this daughter is going to, have a very difficult time, getting closer to her mother that’s for sure…

Helping the Less Fortunate Was What Saved Him, He’d Paroled from Drunk-Driving…Didn’t Need to Get Back in the Cage Again

A man, Lai rode out on his scooter drunk one evening last year, was caught by the police, and because he is still on probation, he was sentenced to two months for public endangerment, he was displeased, filed for an appeal. The judge reviewed his records, and found that since his release, he’d been helping the less fortunate, taking care of his elderly parents, that if he were sent back to prison to serve his remaining terms, he wouldn’t be able to commit himself to not-for-profit work, and, changed the ruling that he didn’t need to serve any time.

The fifty-year-old Lai because of illegal substances, was sentenced to fifteen years and stripped of his government position, two years ago he was released on parole, there are still three more years of parole he had left. Last October, he was drinking beer at a food shop in Chang-An E. Road, then, he got on his motorcycle, rode home in the midnight hours, and the police stopped him, his breathalyzer shoed 0.27mL, the D.A. filed a public endangerment suit and asked for a simplified verdict, the judge gave him two months, and that he’d needed to pay a $10,000N.T. fine.

Lai was displeased and filed for an appeal, claimed that he couldn’t make the last train, and he was worried that his mother might get too worried, that was why he’d ridden his scooter out.

After the judge reviewed his statement, he believed, that although Lai wasn’t supposed to ride out drunk, but he had originally planned to take the train back to his home in Shulin, but missed that last train, and felt rushed to get back home so his own mother would worry, that was why he’d ridden his scooter, that his mindset was different from those who got behind the wheels after they were drunk, that it would be too harsh, if he’d received the minimum sentence.

The verdict pointed out, that after Lai’s release, he’d helped trained the handicapped individuals to work in janitorial positions, and he worked very hard at it, took care of his aging parents, brought positive influence to the community, that he’d kept himself in check after the parole, and worked in nonprofit.

The judge believed, that Lai’s breaking his parole by drunk driving, if his parole was retracted, he would have to head back into prison to serve the remaining four years nine months, and he’d considered the degree of his crime, and he was already fifty, and still able-bodied to give back to the community, “If he is sent back to prison, how would he be able to give back to the community like he is doing now?”, and rather than sending him back to prison, he should be released, to help the community like he’d been doing.

And, because of this man’s pouring himself into volunteering for the not-for-profit organizations, that is why he was able to get a “get-out-of-jail-free” card, and, the judge considered, that he was rushing home, so his aging mother wouldn’t be too worried, and that there wasn’t any other viable forms of transportation available to him, that was why he’d gotten on his scooter, and rode out drunk.

Trump Stated that the School Teachers Should Start Carrying Guns, the Parents Were Angered by His Statements

They’d begged Trump to “Do something about it”, to prevent similar cases from happening repeatedly in school, Trump promised to have the stricter background checks for gun purchases, and even brought up the thought, of having the school teachers armed, to have the teachers also carry guns in the classes, but last year, a parent of the student who’d died in the Florida middle school shooting rebutted, “How many students need to die under a gun?”

In this nearly one-hour long meeting, Trump was focused in listening to the demands of the students and parents saying how the security needs to be reinforced in the schools, how there needs to be more drills, and to up the age of buying the weapons too. But Trump replied as he had before, that he was for owning a gun, to protect the people themselves, to SHOOT the shooters first.

The student who’d died in the shooting, Pollack’s father, Drew told Trump, that his daughter got shot NINE times then died on the day, “That is why I’m here”, he’d asked Trump, “How many schools, how many students need to be under attack? This needs to stop now. If there’s no change, I won’t ever stop.”

Trump stressed, in the future, “We will do a very strict background check, and focus on the gun purchasers’ state of mind,” he’d also mentioned, that it’s needed, for some of the school teachers, to train to use a gun, to scare off the possible shooters.

Trump said, “If the school teachers have the licenses to carry the concealed weapons, then, they will be trained, especially, and there wouldn’t be a gun-free zone in the schools.” Trump believed, that banning all guns from the schools will only worsen the matter, he said, “the gun prohibited zones means, ‘let’s go in and shoot everybody inside’.”

Trump said, take for instance, the Florida middle school shooting, “if there was a teacher trained to use gun, then, it’s easy, to disarm the shooter quickly.” But Trump also admitted, that it’s debatable, the thought, of having the school teachers bear arms.

And so, here, you can see, how this is all, the American President’s one-man-SHOW, he’d stated an idea, and, someone from the audience (a parent whose child had died) challenged his thought, Trump fended for his idea, and, then agreed, with the parents’ views on how it wouldn’t be SOUND, having the school instructors armed. And from this, we can see??? How easily businessmen change their minds, and, how AWFUL it’s gonna get, for the LAND of the FREE, to live under, “King TRUMP”!!!
