The Assistant to the Coach of a Youth Baseball League Molested Over Ten Members of the Team

And no, I still did NOT make this SHIT up, from the Front Page Sections, translated…

There were cases of sexual molestation that occurred in an elementary school and middle school youth baseball team, the eighteen-year-old assistant coach’s rape on a total of ten victims, the detectives, the social services department, as well as the Department of Education set up a specialty squad to investigate in secrecy, after they’d inquired all the students on the team, yesterday, they’d charged Chen, the assistant coach with obstructions to sexual freedom.

“The assistant coach molested me!”, during the middle of March this year, the primary coach of the team asked the students “do you have any comments or questions?”, one of the students raised up his hands, and others followed, and stated, that they were all, sexually molested too, and that, was when the victim students learned, that they were not, the only one who was victimized, the coach believed that this was serious, he’d immediately notified the authorities, and, as the investigations continued, the D.A. and the Department of Education found, that there were, a total of ten children who fell victim.

The victim students told the D.A., that during January and February of this year, at the dormitories of the team, at the assistant coach’s home, in the hotels, Chen the assistant coach had fellated, had anal sex, and, fondled them.  After the case bust open, Chen wrote out a confession, apologizing to his students and the students’ families.

The D.A. found out, that Chen, the assistant coach, because he was an adult, had sexually molested and raped six students, and, after he came of age, he’d forced his students to have sex with him, seven times, and forcefully sexually molested them three time, sexually harassed them twice, the victims were mostly still in elementary school.  As the D.A. went to conduct a search at Chen’s residence, they’d found there was a collection of kiddie porn in his collection from online, and, on the fifth day upon being notified of Chen’s bad behaviors, the D.A. believed that he was at flight risk, and that he may destroy the evidence, asked the courts to take him into custody, which the courts allowed for.

And so, this is a man with priors, and yet, god knows HOW many young victims had there been already, and this time, someone decided to speak up (finally!), and thus, end this losers rape, sexual molestation on the younger children.

The Age of Drug Abuse is Dropping, Now, the Kids in Elementary Schools are Getting Addicted

Drugs are still, infiltrating the campuses, and this time, it’s in the ELEMENTARY schools here, from the Newspapers, translated…

Drug abuse is getting younger and younger.  The members of the Cultural Committee of the Legislative Department yesterday held a conference, to find a solution, with the Department of Education, the Department of Justice, as well as the Sanitary Department AND the Police, to report on the preventions of drugs, the second-in-command of the justice department, Chen pointed out, that the problems with drug abuse is really getting serious, in the juvenile detention halls, most are there, for drugs, and, in the recent five years, the rate is still hiking up, last year, it’d reached 46.3 percent.  The assistant director of the police forces also reported on how they had been able to find over forty-one thousand youths who dealt drugs nationwide.

The legislator, Chen pointed out, that the second-level drug users who were youths had peaked by almost forty-six percent; and the total number of adolescent abusers went from 3,036 to 3,928, an increase of almost thirty-percent.

Because the usages of ketamine, along with other Level three drugs are punished by the administrative ways, and, the abusers were only sent to seminars, and made to pay a fine, and that’s it, and, recent years, there had been a HIKE in the number of young users, in the decade’s time, it’d increased from just thirty-six to six hundred twenty-one, at a rate of 16.25 times; and, the youths had gone from just eighty-four individuals to one thousand one hundred ninety-four, over thirteen times.

The man in charge of the Department of Education, Wu stated, that the schools’ rate of reporting on drug abuse of the students went from 1,559 to 2,432 in two years, but, after 2012, the number dropped, and, in 2014, the number was reduced to just 1,700.  He’d stated, that in 2010, the school had set up a detection program, which made the student users easily found out, and, the people who were reported was on a steady decline too; but, when he’d later answered the press, he’d told, that the ages of cases of reported abuses are on the decline, there were, about ten children in the elementary years who were found, abusing drugs.

Wu also pointed out, that in the student drug abuses, mostly were ketamine users, most incidences happened outside of school, about ninety-two percent, and, the providers of these illegal substances are from outside the school, ninety-eight percent of the times, and, it is, very important now, that they catch, the providers first.

Because of how easily children can get their hands on these stuff, that, is how drug abuse is spreading, very quickly, in the lower years of school, and, the only way to put an end to this, is by raising awareness, of the effects of drug abuse, and, WATCH your young closely.

A School without the Fences…Would We Still Be Safe the Next Time?

Commentaries, translated…

An elementary school was broken in by a stranger man, not only did he managed to beat up the school teacher, he’d also took a male student to the roof of the school.  The police came to help out after they got a call, and managed to subdue the man, and the students, as well as the instructors were all very scared by this event.

This rare-to-come-by incident posed the issue of school safety, in order to help keep the campuses safe, the teachers, as well as the students must have the sense of danger, and they should NOT ignore the signs of danger that easily, in order to ensure the safety of the students, as well as the school instructors.

For now, there’s a lax in the number of security officers at the elementary schools across the city of Taipei, the originally two members of the security officers that were assigned to each of the schools, due to the simplifying plan of personnel by the city governments, there was NO one to fill the posts, and the schools started hiring from the private sectors, causing the varied income problem, and it’d affected how well the schools and the hired security guards worked together.  The government, in order to save the cash, had sacrificed the safety of the schools, it’s really not worth it.

And, recently, the janitors had been reduced in numbers in the schools, for a school with one-thousand students, there were only two janitor, and, the janitors also had to be responsible for the cooking in the kindergarten levels, along with being the correspondences to the government, and, the number of employees is NOT even half of what the schools had hired.

And the schools, in order to make sure the schools worked well, would have the two guards work at the same time frames, and, had one of these security guards help with the paper works at the offices of the schools.

And so, walking around the school to make sure that it’s safe was deeply affected, and there was a HUGE hole in the security, thus, allow the bad guys to squeeze in.

Lastly, in recent years, the schools across the nations had gotten away with the fences, and, a LOT of schools had fought for lowering the fences, or do away with them completely, and used plants as the fences, but, without the fences, the schools would be in danger, of intruders from the outside.

In order to safeguard the safety of the students and the teachers, the educational managers from the cities, along with the school’s executive officials MUST work together.

The school must give education as it becomes necessary, to up the level of awareness of the students and the teachers, and instill the idea of “keeping the schools safe is everybody’s responsibilities”, to keep a close eye on strangers that show up, and to have the students and the teachers report if they see someone who’s awkward in the schools, and must hold safety conferences regularly, along with have drills.

The increase of safety on campuses, other than the schools that must work hard, there’s also a need for care and concerns from the systems, for instance, the funding, and the personnel, to allow the schools to have the extra money to install surveillance cameras, security equipments, and increase manpower on campus, to reduced the spare time where there would be no one there, to keep the schools safe, and this would up the safety of the schools.

And so, we need more guards to keep our schools safe, but, where DOES the funding come from?  Taxes?  We’re already paying a WHOLE lot, and, this article only poses the problem, without giving a viable solution, and, you still have to admit, that school safety IS a very important matter, I mean, after all, who would feel safe, if the kids’ schools can be entered by just about anyone?

The Day Before the Rampage

This, is still the CALM before the storms!!!

On the day before the rampage, the perpetrator (shooter???) went to school, attended her/his classes as s/he had always done, and kept to her/himself as s/he had done, for ever since s/he’d started going to school.

The day before the rampage, nobody noticed anything wrong with the shooter, because the shooter wears her/his mask well, and because of how well s/he covered her/himself up, nobody knew, until the next day they all came to school, and GOT shot!

The day before the rampage, you may feel that chill, because how calm things appeared to be, on the surface, while feeling, that something’s building up, you just don’t know WHAT it could be, because it still hasn’t happened Y-E-T.

The day before the rampage, everybody still went about their business, like they all did, the parents dropped their kids off at school, then, headed off to work, like ANY given workday, and, NONE of them still has a SINGLE clue, of what, was about to happen, the very next day…………

The day before the rampage, that boy who shot a TON of people, was still his antisocial self, and because he’d been antisocial ALL along, ever since he’d started school here, everybody took the day before the rampage as any regular school day.

Unsafe University Campuses

Is there something WRONG with the security on the campus, or, is the school located in a ghetto???  And I’m sure, that the ten percent are the cases that were reported, and, what OF the unreported rape cases???  From the MSNNEWS website, edited by Eric M. Johnson & Eric Walsh…

PORTLAND Ore. – About 10 percent of female University of Oregon students surveyed have been raped while attending the school and the vast majority of those sexual assault cases were never reported to campus officials, school researchers found.

The findings come after the school faced criticism over its handling of an alleged rape involving three basketball players that preceded the resignation of former university president Michael Gottfredson.

University researchers said 35 percent of students – and 14 percent of men – had at least one forcible sexual encounter and about 90 percent of students assaulted never told of the violence.

“We think it’s terrible,” said interim president and provost of the school Scott Coltrane.

He said the findings “reflect the incidence rates that we’re hearing from across the country, so that is not a surprise, but there are pieces there that are alarming,” chiefly the low number of students who report the crimes.

The results come during mounting pressure nationwide by lawmakers, activists and students on universities and colleges to curb sexual assaults on campuses and to reform investigations after allegations are made.

The White House has declared sex crimes to be “epidemic” on U.S. college campuses, with one in five students falling victim to sex assault during their college years.

Coltrane said both outside experts and faculty were evaluating the school’s sexual assault policies and prevention programs. Earlier this month Coltrane said he extended the school’s code of conduct to encompass off-campus behavior in a bid to reduce assaults and punish offenders.

The U.S. Department of Education in May released a list of 55 colleges under investigation to determine whether their handling of sex assaults and harassment violated federal laws.

University of Oregon was not on that list but Jennifer Freyd, a psychology professor who led the study, and other school officials are part of a White House effort to develop a nationwide survey that can be conducted on campuses nationwide, she said.

“If you’ve got a survey that lets you make meaningful comparisons between colleges, then colleges will have a meaningful incentive to reduce the violence that’s being measured,” Freyd said.

The late-summer Web-based survey included 982 students. Freyd said she was hesitant to draw broader conclusions about the campus from her findings because, for example, her respondents were younger, whiter, and more female than the general school population.

And, there are a TON of things to consider, like if the rapist is the star QB of the football team, that led the team to state championship, and in those cases, they’re MORE than likely, to blame the victim, because the schools wanted to keep their reputations up, and that’s just wrong here!

Enticed His Students to Go to a Motel, the Male Cooking Instructor Made to Serve His Time

B-A-D teacher, from the Newspapers online, translated…

A certain branch of a Chiayi middle school, back in 2004, a male cooking instructor used the lessons, took a thirteen-year-old female student to two separate motels, to rape, to sexually molest her, then, he’d taken the opportunity that he had, at a local high school, when he’d instructed cooking, to take an adolescent girl to the change room opposite of his cooking class in the high school to sexually molest her.  The girl told her family, and the family sued the male cooking instructor.  Yesterday, the Courts in Chiayi, based his sentence off of one crime one sentence, gave him a total of three years eight months, a year eight months, and nine months, and mandated that he serves four years six months in prison.

The verdict stated, that afterwards, Jiang didn’t show up for his court arraignment, and had an arrest warrant out on him, he was free, until the end of two years ago, when the police picked him up.  The judge took into consideration that he’d had multiple health problems, was fired from teaching, without an income, along with other things, and showed him leniency.

On the afternoon of April 10, 2004, Jiang seduced a thirteen-year-old female student, took her to a motel, and successfully raped her with his fingers, thirteen days later, he’d taken the advantage of his teaching a cooking class in the high school, took the girl into the dressing room, stripped her clothes off, then, sexually molested her.  On the afternoon of November 5th, he’d taken the girl, to a local motel in Chiayi, then, sexually molested her.

After the incident, the middle school department notified the high school branch, which got Jiang fired, the principal at the school told, that Jiang wasn’t a hired instructor for the school, he was only hired, for the cooking lessons, the school didn’t know that he was going to use the lockers, to molest and rape the young women.

And, to think that this, could’ve been easily avoided with a THOROUGH background check, I mean, I’m sure that this, is NOT the first time that this loser had done something like this, and, firing him is still too lenient a sentence, because what IF, after a few years, when all of this blows over, and nobody remembers this event now, he could still get hired, and be close to the students, then, you’d been sending those sheep, right into the lion’s mouth, wouldn’t you???

When “Fun” Became a Sorry Excuse for Drug Use

And no, I still did NOT just make this one up either, it’s found, on the online newspaper pages, translated…

The police subprecint in Neipu recently discovered four men who used the popular instant messaging program of LINE, along with Facebook, to deal drugs to students, and they’d even held a “party” in a motel too, and, there were fourteen middle school and high school age students who fell victim.

The Neipu subprecinct started chasing the leads, found that four men, Chen, Hsu, Chang, and Lin, took advantage of it being the summer vacation right now, and solicited teens at places like net cafés, shrimp fishing farms, motels, along with other “hot spots” for youths to gather, sold drugs to them, to establish “connections”, then, they’d used the chat programs, to notify the students when there will be a drug party.

The police told, that the four men used the cell phone chat programs as a medium, to notify the teens when there will be a party, without a specific location, and, they’d texted, “Hey, let’s have a party”, as a secret code for the teens to know, that there would be a drug party somewhere, during the party, the four men would prepare ecstasy, along with other illegal substances, to hook the teens.

The police found, that the fourteen students who were caught, were still in school, and couldn’t support themselves economically, some had taken their parents’ money to buy the drugs, some had used their own money saved up from part-timing work, other than a few who had priors, most were first time offenders.  And, after the police questioned them, some of them told the police, “I just wanted to try it, for fun”, and it’d made the parents angry, but some of the parents told the police, “We couldn’t discipline them!”, and, after questioning, everybody IS booked.

And so, this, is how easily they fall, after all, they’re way too young, way too easily impressed, and, they’re at an age where they are needing acceptance the most, and, IF the parents couldn’t control these teens, then, it’ll be up to the law to make sure that the teens are “steered” into the right directions, and sometimes, it still wouldn’t work, because a LOT of those kids are destined for a life of crimes…
