As Lai Kept on Evading the Inquiries of Constitution, How Can Taiwan be at Peace with China?

How the DDP, manipulated the people, using the fears of the Communist Chinese forces, ruling over us, as a means to manipulate people to vote for them, and we’re still, falling for that!  Off of the Front Page Sections, translated…

As the press inquired during the presidential debate to Lai, “If you agree with the need to add in the amendment in relationship to China?”, he’d become, totally, evasive in answering, refusing to acknowledge the constitution of the Republic of China.  In this means, Lai needed to, tell the voters, which country’s president is he running for?   And, WHAT is the territorial boundaries of his “country”!

Lai used the evasive means to dodge the question, “if based off of the constitution drafted up back in 1946, it would be, disappointing to all of us.  Back then, the former president, Lee pushed for six amendments in his term, currently, the amendments were only add-on clauses to the constitution of Taiwan, and in this situation, if the constitution, or other legislations can get the people to band together, of course we should, uphold it, and use it, to resolve the conflicts of Taiwan and China, that’s a problem of, another, layer”.

Other than not answering the question directly, Lai clearly showed a complete disrespect for the constitution of Taiwan.  The former president, Lee amended the constitution six times in his term, plus the once during the former president, Chen’s term, that’s a total of seven amendments, and the fourth, regarding the territorial rights, “The Republic of China to set up the territories that it owned, without the legislature’s voting to decide, shall not get, altered.”, it’d not been, amended in any sense; and in the seven amendments, they’d all been listed under the forefronts of “before the need of unification of the country”.  Based off of Lai’s interpretations, the seven times the constitution got amended, “for the focal developments of Taiwan”, does he not need to “respect and implore”, and “using the amendments to resolve the conflicts between Taiwan and China”? and, Lai’s using this means of evasive, misleading the voters, in Lee’s term, the DDP already used.  At the time, the DDP wanted to get the Grand Justices’ interpretations to do away with the fourth rules of the territorial boundary rights of the Republic of China, at the same time, using that to find a way of to explain how Taiwanese independence is just and right.  And in the end, the Grand Justice, tossed this asking back hard, using the explanations, “the justice departments shall not, interpret the territorial boundaries of this country, as it’s related to the political decisions.”

This is a very serious issue.  If Lai used this sort of an evasive means to treat this matter, and still gets voted into office; then that would be, such a, horrific, precedence, meaning, that the president elect does NOT need to follow the constitution, no need to, enforce the constitution, that s/he is allowed to, manipulate the constitution to how it’d fitted him or her;, and this will, naturally, bring the working means of this country to crumble down.  And this also means, that the people of this country, do NOT need to take the president’s not following the law, seriously.  And, based off of the characters of Lai, he will, treat his winning the elections in this manipulation, as the people’s, giving that stamp of approval to his policies in Taiwan-Chinese relations, and so, a more radical, more provoking will be set forth by Lai’s hands.

And under these circumstances, how can we, expect to have a steady and stable, relation with, China?

So, we the people, keep on, believing in the LIES of the DDP, that they’re doing this, for the good of Taiwanese people, but in reality, they’re, using the people’s votes as, a means to fulfill their own desires, of defying China, and, if a krill goes up against a HUGE, MASSIVE WHALE, W-H-O do you think, will get, GOBBLED up?  Exactly, and we the people are still, voting for this political party with the only agenda of, ruling over this, “country” (we are no longer one, under the DICATORSHIP of the DDP here)?  Then, we ALL DESERVE EXACTLY WHAT we will get!

The Social Security Net 2.0 that’s Set in Its Own, Way

As the abuse of power, continued by the DDP, how they’d, twisted everything, ignored WE the people’s voices, and did things their own ways, and we’re, still, voting for them in the upcoming presidential, legislator elections?  Then, we ALL deserve WHAT we will GET!  Lies of the government, with we the people, gobbling them all, up, because we the people ARE, stupid!  Off of the Front Page Sections, translated…

The magnifying effects of the case of the middle school student getting murdered by the classmate came on, and Lai isn’t, at all, care less about the matters, stressed that he will, “enforce Social Security Net 2.0” best as he could.  But, in 2021, the Executive Department had already, pushed forth the second level plans of strengthening the social security nets, and already proved, that there are, too many holes to get, patched up already; Lai’s remedies, other than slapping Tsai across her face, it’d brought out in the clear, that the net of social security proposed by her, wasn’t, “enforced proactively” at all, it’d shown also, that Lai can only, replicate the policies of Tsai, when it came to his proposals on strengthening the nets of social security, but he’d, copied, an unworking, version of the plans.

The case of the murder of the young girl, Little Light Bulb back in 2016, the president elect, Tsai wrote a letter to the child’s mother, Wang, stating that there are, too many holes in the nets of social security, that she will do her best, to patch them all up.  Two years later, the Executive Department signed the plans to secure the social security nets, first stage, put in nearly seven billion dollars N.T. into the program; three years later, the Executive added another $4.07 billion N.T. in budget for the program’s second stage.  But, the legislator of Times Power Party, Wang a year previous had called out “the plans of Net of Social Security 2.0 the government won’t be able to afford, the Executive Department should NOT go ahead on its own in trying to make it work”.

And, the murdering of the middle school student may well be the results of Tsai’s going forth with her plans of Social Security Net 2.0 on her own.  Toward the brutal murder of the teenager, Tsai said, without any emotions, that the government is working on setting up, structuring, a fuller net of social security.  While Wang stated, that there are, still, too many holes in this, net Tsai was, weaving, up, to every single family that was shattered, this road is, way too slow, way too, painful.

From refusing to enter into the council meetings to the illegally constructed mansion of Lai’s, Lai kept going at it his own way, and now, another net that was with too many holes, started, getting flown, it’s not at all surprising to the people.  Besides, the DDP legislator, Fang is still, ranting on how the schools have the rights, to search the students’ backpack when they entered into the campuses, that it didn’t, fit the rights against the invasions of privacy for the students, and, pressuring the disciplinary school officials for so doing; this sort of a lone wolf behaviors, isn’t paling to Lai’s actions.  The holes in the nets of social security are now, all over the place, and is now, close to, impossible to patch up, all because the DDP still refused to see the holes as, being, apparent.

And so, this is a party that lived off of, lying to we the people, and we’re still, allowing them to, because, they’d, brainwashed us all, into believing, that all it’d been doing, is for the welfare of we the people, well, let’s see, WHO was it that delayed the purchasing of the BioNTech vaccines, because the agents in Asia was from China (the DDP!), and WHO was it, that sliced and diced the food safety means, by signing OFF on the importing of the pork with ractopamine from the U.S. (the DDP!), and, WHO was it, that disregarded WE the people’s opinions, despite HOW a lot of us voted YES for the four proposals from???  Don’t remember how long ago that was already, oh yeah, it’s still, the DDP!

And, after all of these abuses they’d made us take in, we’re still, voting for them?  Then, we DESERVE what we got, and, the BOMBS from China, will turn this “country” into the NEXT Ukraine (remember today Ukraine, tomorrow, Taiwan, from can’t remember how long ago that was now???)???

Encouragements for Dad

How you’re now, using the same patience, same kindness, same respect and love your father gave to you, in caring for him in his, elderly, years, because he loved you, right!  Translated…

I’d not gone home to visit for a long, long time, finally, I saw dad, and his hair had turned, completely, all, white, he’d, walked with his back, hunched over, although my father is already eighty-nine years old, he’d always been agile, and healthy, and we never needed to, worry over, him.  Especially when he’d played tennis from when he was, younger, it’s just, that in recent years, his tennis buddies are slowly gone, one by one, he’d not played for over a year now, and, it’d caused him to have, osteoporosis, at the start of the year, as he rode out on his bicycle, he’d lost his balance, and fell, and was rushed to the hospital, and he had a fractured spine, needed the medications, and to wear an iron clad vest.  But, in only, four months, dad didn’t follow mom’s orders, insisted on riding his bicycle out, and on the way back he’d, fallen to the ground again, and this time, he needed the hospitalization to get the surgeries to get his hips replaced, he’d become, immobilized, and, needed physical therapy for an even, longer period of time from before.

My father who’s normally sturdy and strong, became, a changed man, not only did he lose his appetite, lost a lot of, weight, he’d, become, disinterested, unmotivated in physical therapy, seemed he had a lot on his, mind.

Every time I’d called home, I’d always reminded him to follow the doctor’s orders, to exercise, and to eat right, but it seemed, not be enough, to help him find his zest for life, back again.  And I’d, recalled, how when I was younger, I was awful in mathematics, and couldn’t figure out the logic behind the equations, while dad had, always, stayed by my side, and explained the problems to me, step, by step, and, it usually takes three, four hours for me to finish my work; and, feeling upset, with dad’s constant encouragements, I’d started, doing better, and, although I still, wasn’t, excellent in school, I always, carried that, positive attitude for learning because of him.  To this very day, I’m still, mediocre, but, with the drives to keep working hard, and a ton of, stamina, everything that I’d become, is credited to my father’s, being a, good role model to me.

And so, I’d, used the same attitude of encouragement on dad, “keep going, dad, you’d, done four laps today so far!”, “not bad, did you finish a whole bowl?  Amazing!”  when I got home, the whole family would go to his favorite restaurant to dine, seeing how he’d, downed, a full bowl of rice, and finished all the food from his hotpot, suddenly, I’d felt, that the role of parent and child was switched for my father and I, and, I’d come to note, that no matter how old we get, we needed the encouragement, and support from our, loved, ones.  And now, it’s my turn, to give my father his, needed, boosts, I want to tell him, “everything will get better, just you wait and see!”

And so, this is because the father put in the time, the energy, and the heart, in relating to his own children when they were, younger, and so, naturally, his children are now, willing, and able, to give everything back to him, and this way of relating to one another, is long established, when the writer was still a young child, with her father, showing her the right ways to behave, being, a good role model for her.

Letting Go, So You Learn to Handle Yourself

How these parents, realized, that they were, about to, begin, reminding their children WHAT they needed to do, but then, decided to, let their children, TAKE responsibilities for themselves, in doing WHAT they needed to get, done, translated…

As I’d found the opportunity on the weekends, to go out with my wife to the café for some afternoon tea, my son texted me, “enjoy it, do be happy!”, as we’d read, we started, smiling at one another.  Certainly, it’d been, long, since we’d gone out on a date for two, since we had children, we’d been, traveling as a whole, unit.

As I sipped the aromatic coffee, my wife said, thoughtfully, “I think, the kids had, entered into, the next stage of their, lives, do you feel it too?”, as she’d mentioned it, I’d, certainly, had, noted it, our relations aren’t as close-knit anymore as back when they were in the elementary, years.  They’re in middle, and high school now, no longer, tagged along behind us, and that also meant, they’d wanted, more freedom from us, and they’d not wanted us to, glue our eyes, to everything they’re, doing.

The next day, my children’s mid-terms were coming up, we were still, a bit, worried, leaving them at home on their own, will they, really, do their, reviews, or, will they, start, slacking, when we’re, not, watching them?  But, thinking on it closely, they are already, teens who can, handle themselves now, and, if they can’t take responsibilities for their own, schoolwork, then we’d, wasted our times in, accompanying them, all this, way.

Awhile ago, as I drove, I’d, told my son, that there’s, that lack of, ambition when it came to, the scholastic.  My wife, close by, chimed in, “yeah!  You need to, give it, all you, got!”, and, don’t know why, as I’d heard the wordings, it’d, made me want to, chuckle, because, wasn’t it us, who’d told, that some things, the kids had to, experience on their own, for the things to, leave a, deep enough, impression in their, lives?

With this awareness, I’d, stopped, nagging, and lecturing my children on how to handle their, studies.  Because I’d come to understand, that as parents, we can, only, give them, the, reminders, and, if we reminded them too much, we’d become, annoying to them, and our words wouldn’t have, the effects that they’d needed.

So, toward the mid-terms coming up in school the following day, before my wife and I headed out, we’d only, reminded them lightly of it, to remember to study, as for how they will set up the time for their studies, if they took our words to mind, it’s up to them, to choose.

And, I turned back, to rethink my wife’s words, “the kids seemed to have, entered into, another stage in their, lives”, it’d become, more, meaningful to me, and our means of disciplining them, also, need the, upgrades too.  We no longer, watched them like hawks, to satisfy our own senses of, security, we needed to constantly, learn to, release that hand that held tightly to the, reins, to let them, learn to, ride out their own, lives now.

Think of it, if the kids into their, adulthood years, we still, “zoomed in” on them, how annoy, how, upsetting it would, be.  We’d slowly, loosened our, grips, so they will learn, how to, handle themselves, instead of, being the, carriage drivers for them for their, whole, lives, so they are, only, passengers, on their rides of their, lives.

So, this is, letting go, when you’d, stopped, nagging your children, to do what you know they needed to do, and, this takes awareness on the parents’ parts, because, sometimes, we’d been parents for the term of, more than ten years, it’d become, this, “occupational hazard” that we got into the habits of, nagging our children, on what they needed to get done, and with us, breathing down their, necks, they will, NEVER learn to, take responsibilities for themselves, because, mommy and daddy’ll help me remember what I need to get done, and that’s, no good!

The Many Paths of Different, Lives

Family is NOT defined by blood, but by connection, and love!  Translated…

Getting married, having children, to many women, this may be, a naturally transitioned into stage of life, but for me, there’s not that swinging door that I can, push, through.  Seven, eight years ago, I rode on the MRT by myself, recalled what my gynecologist declared to me, “no matter how hard you try, you will, NEVER get pregnant”, in a daze, my helpless tears came flooding, out, that feeling of lost became light as smoke, and had surfaced from time to time in living my days.

My old acquaintance who’d battled cancer for a decade, before death, the various support she had, all her friends, we’d, all, gathered around her ward, said our goodbyes to her individually.  And that sight, it’d, made me gained a new definition of, “family”; what related to us wasn’t the blood connections, but the shared connectedness, the love, as we can’t, control, fate.

Next to the sidewalks of my community in the autumn evenings, I’d heard a four, five year-old young boy, begging his adults to carry him, and suddenly, it’d, dawned on me, that I could, no longer, carry a child like that in my arms at my age right now; or maybe, life had, other, plans for me still.

Yes, I’d not, missed out on the trains of life here, it’s just, that I’m on a, different, ride with, most women is all.

So, this is on infertility, and you’d been trying, but you just, couldn’t, and so, you finally, let go, after seeing how the friends, the coworkers who’d cared about the friend that was, dying, all came to be with her, you’d realized, that what made the families, isn’t the blood relations, but the care, the connections, and the, love you feel for those whom you’d, interacted with in your, life.

House Dysfunction: 724 Votes, Only Twenty-Seven Laws Enacted

How, by holding the majority of seats in the House, the Republicans are able to, kidnap the bills, and not allowed ANY acts to get signed into law, and there’s NO checks or balances of the three branches of the government in the U.S. anymore!  From the New York Times that came with today’s papers, by Annie Karni…

Representative Kevin McCarthy, the former speaker, had a positive spin on the five days and record-breaking fifteen voting rounds it took him to win the gavel in January.  “Because it took this long,” he said after the ordeal, “now we learned how to govern.”

But as the first year of the 118^th Congress draws to a close, the numbers tell a different story—one that doesn’t involve much governing at all.

In 2023, the Republican-led House has passed only twenty-seven bills that became law, despite holding a total of seven hundred twenty-four votes.

That is more voting and less lawmaking than at any other time in the past decade, according to an analysis by the Bipartisan Policy Center, and a far less productive record than that of last year, when Democrats had unified control of Congress.  The House held five hundred forty-nine votes in 2022, according to the House clerk, and passed two hundred forty-eight bills that were signed into law, according to records kept by the Library of Congress, including a bipartisan Inflation Reduction Act and the first bipartisan gun safety bill in decades.

The list of this year’s accomplishments is less ambitious and more bare minimum, such as legislation to suspend the debt ceiling and set federal spending limits that helped pull the nation back from the brink of economic catastrophe.  The tally also includes two temporary spending measures to avoid government shutdowns.  The House cleared the must-pass annual military policy bill last week before leaving for the year, although it is not known when President Joe Biden will sign it into law.

The numbers reflect the challenges that have plagued Republicans all year and are likely to continue, and maybe even get worse, in 2024; a tiny majority that requires near unanimity to get anything done; deep party divisions that make unanimity all but impossible; and a right wing whose priority is reining in government, not passing new laws to broaden its reach.

Molly Reynolds, a senior fellow in governance studies at the Brookings Institution, said Congress’ productivity issues this year reached a “low point.”  She attributed it to deepening political polarization and to the fractured House Republican conference with its too-slim-to-govern majority.

So, with the legislative branch, divided on all those, issues, nothing will get signed, because, the factions are starting to set in, within the Republican Party, which controlled the House for now, and, by controlling the House, the Republicans are now, better able to, KIDNAP the Congress, by NOT getting any bills passed, holding the Legislative Branch of the American government, hostage, until they get their, ways.

And that’s, how the legislature gets, kidnapped by a whole bunch of, MOBSTERS in the U.S. right now!

My Father-in-Law’s Cabin Up in the Mountains

Taking his sons to work in the mountains that his own father-in-law began, pioneering, time with the families, translated…

Right before we were married, my wife and I rented an old house, to successfully move ourselves in, we’d asked my father-in-law to come and check the conditions of the place for us, to assist us in the remodeling.  Seeing that toilet that hadn’t been used in, forever, my wife stated, that we definitely, need a new one, and my father-in-law asked if I knew how to install one?  I’d shaken my head no.  He’d looked, quite, surprised, like installing a new toilet was like changing a lightbulb.

Later I’d learned, that my father-in-law is an expert in the means of fixing up a place; on the mountains of the suburb he lived, there was, a deserted planting lot, whenever he had the time, he’d gone up the mountains, to get the land more fertile.  Took him many years, from zero to now, he’d, planned out and set up a comfy bed and breakfast, and now, it’d become, our favorite place for the, family vacations.

The outdoor restrooms, he’d, set up on his own, my father-in-law had also, set up the pipes, to, get the mountain springs from the back mountain walls to his cabin to use.  At the start, to test if the water is, drinkable, he’d, spent the money to get the testing done, and in the end, the quality of the mountain springs was like mineral, water, every time this was mentioned, my father-in-law would start, glowing with that, pompous smile, told us, that the water out back would make the instant noodles taste, even, better!

After I was married, I’d gone on several times with my father-in-law up the mountains, and he would, share all the techniques, skills he’d ac quired, like passing down an heirloom, to me, for instance, which sort of leaves can be used as a mosquito repellent, which fruits are easily grown.  At mealtime, he’d picked the mountain dong quai leaves to make the fried eggs with, smoking up the few fish he’d caught in the, nearby, creeks, then, a ready-made meal from the mountains, served, and, the fruits after the meals were even, more, widely, varied.

A few years ago as the pandemic heated up, the two boys couldn’t go to school anymore, they’d gotten stuck at home to the point of falling ill then, and this made that cabin up in the mountains, away from everything else ever the more, precious.  First time we took them up, my youngest, Ge, started freaking because there were bees, flying, all around him, but after a few more times, he became, able to, examine the insects at close-range; we took off the masks, worked out in the, wide and open fields of grasses, took in those breaths of, fresh air, greedily, like we’d, found back our, long lost, freedom, and all of the glooms we’d felt, gone in a, split, second.

“Grandpa who knows how to do everything” became my son’s idol, and every chance they got, they’d, circled around him, asking him tons of, questions.  Grandpa told of his experiences of operating the “bobcat” to make the roads, talked of how he was able to, deter the killer bees, the pythons from harassing him, the boys who enjoyed the stories, were both excited, and stated that Grandpa’s so tough, and grandpa was smiling very hard.

“That’s easy, when you’re older, I’ll, teach you!”

This was, a small surprise during the pandemic, to help the three grandfather and grandsons, who’d, originally not known to interact, to connect more, I’d begun, envying, them, for having a childhood like this now.

And so this is how important families are, to everybody, we’d, started, connecting more with our own loved ones, during the pandemic, because we realized, how unpredictable life is, how fragile life is, and so, we’re, bound to, take the advantage of the times we got to share with our, loved ones.

The Consequences of Bribing for the Votes, the Next Generations Shall, Carry

How the voters of the younger generations, are gobbling up the LIES of the DDP, and how they’re all, BRAIN-WASHED by this corrupt, political party, and this “country” (oh wait, we’d, lost that, “status” under the DICTATORSHIP of the DDP too, hadn’t we???), is, going, down!  A needed WAKE UP CALL here, from the Front Page Sections, translated…

As the 2024 elections are, heating up, counting all the new policies proposed by the DDP, assisting the students for their tuition for private universities and colleges, the amounts given to raising the children, the increases social benefits, the reinforcing the amount for purchasing new water heaters, etc., etc., etc., they’re all, the bonuses, proposed, other than appeasing to the younger voters, they’d added the traveling in the country reimbursements for the elderly group, to attract the votes of the elderly groups yesterday.  The added benefits are all, coming out before the elections, but the bitter fruits of financial policies, will be left for the future generations to, carry.

It’d become, the norm, before the major presidential or local elections, for the candidates to make the promises of benefits.  In 2020, when Tsai was fighting for the incumbency, she’d added the childcare and the aging farmer assistances, to fight with her opposition, Han back then, the people, gets a two hundred dollar voucher, just for going to the night markets; Tsai successfully got elected for her, second, term, the DDP had a taste of the advantage of being in power in politics and they’re now, imploring, the exact, same techniques this year.

The DDP’s giving out these benefits, seemed to follow a standard set of, protocol.  From the proposed plan of Lai’s making up the differences of the private and public university tuitions, hoping to improve the amount of social benefits, etc., etc., etc., soon as he’d tossed the ideas out, the head of Executive Department, Chen immediately, chimed, in, and, followed through.  And, it’d lacked the neutral stance, and not to mention, that the Executive Department held the policies to change the benefits of social welfare of the people, but, it’d waited until an election year, to use it, to sing-along with the candidate, it’s a wonder, that people are now making fun of this, political party “song-and-dance”.

The sporadic bonuses that came for the upcoming elections of late, are everywhere.  For instance, if we buy a new heater, new gas stove, taking the drivers’ exams, we all get, reimbursed; and, not only is there going to be the increases of wages of the public office employees, the military, there’s also, the promised raises for the government hired sweepers, the public daycare workers too.

Lai had once boasted how he’d pulled the finances of the Tainan government out of I.C.U. to balancing the budget.  But, solely before the major elections, the Executive Department had burned a total of over $200 billion N.T.’s, about a tenth of the total budget for the central government next year.  A party that only wanted to keep themselves in the office to control power, does it, even care about, the “balancing of the, checkbooks”?

That’s the, false promises made to the voters, by the DDP, and it’s EXACTLY like from before, when the DDP handed out those, vouchers for spending (yay, we get, FREE CASH!), and the money WAS originally ours, we’d paid into that account with our, tax dollars???  And, the voters are still played for, STUPID here, and, that’s what the DDP’s counting on, because we the people, are too drugged to know the difference between what’s good for us as individuals, as a “country” (are we still one???), and that’s why, these younger generations of voters, are all voting, DDP, because they are feeding off the FALSE promises of this, CORRUPT, political party.

Take a look at the past, EIGHT years of the DDP’s complete control of this “country” here, how many died at the beginning of the pandemic, because the DDP refused to buy the BioNTech vaccines from China?  Or how we went from Taiwan CAN help, to WHO can help, TAIWAN, in a matter of, uh, dunno, three months was it???

And, we the people are still, STUPID enough, to vote for this party that only had power in its mind, to control WE the people???  WE DESERVE what we are getting then!

The Anti-Death Penalty League: Vigilante Justice Doesn’t Make the Society Safter

On Dcard, PTT, and other notable social media, there were the personal data of the adolescent male who’d slashed the neck of the middle school student being posted, the Hsinbei District Court told, that they’d, already asked the social media to take it all, down, called out to the managing systems of these online forums, to tell the people NOT to pass the information along, to not break the laws on the handling of juvenile crimes.  Members of the online community criticized, “the government keeps on telling us to shut up”, and there were the legal experts who’d pointed out, that by telling the people who’d posted and passed the data along, is breaching the freedom of speech.

The Hsinbei District Court stated, that based off of juvenile court, no person shall use the media, or any other means, to disclose the case information, including photos of the teens involved, or the details of the cases; the juvenile court felt awful for the losses of the families, and felt the anger too, but the online social media had the unknown persons’, human search engine’s finding out the young man’s personal data, and posted it, the photo of the adolescent who’d committed the crimes, and those who did this had already broken the laws, and the courts are now, asking the people to not, passing the data along, to not break the, laws.

The Department of Social Welfare & Sanitations also pointed out, that they will have the related agencies to investigate, and that if the platform was found of not being in line with the regulations, then, they will demand the platform to take the information down.

This case also brought the discussions of adolescent crimes back up.  The Anti Death Penalty League of Taiwan issued a statement yesterday, that going after the perp won’t make the society safer, the public online trials won’t clarify the facts of the cases, that using the accusations of who did what to whom, also, doesn’t help those who’d lost their loved ones heal, hoping, that the society continue to care, and give the support to the school where this happened as it will, need.

The Anti-Death Penalty League believed that the way of sorting through the cases involving juveniles is to ensure that the minors grow up in fitting environment, hoping to use the environment, to change the personality traits, that heavy sentence can’t achieve just that, called out to the laws of punishment of juvenile court, to NOT get stuck in the cycle of crime and punishment.

But, if you do something awful (i.e. murder, massacre), when you’re a teen then, you should be CHARGED as an adult, I mean, these are, very “adult” crimes, and, there should be, NO leniency, just because the perp is an underage minor, and receiving only a slap on the wrists, what do you think that will, teach these, kids?

That I can get away with murder, because of how I’m not, legally, of age yet!

The Political Manipulations as the Priorities, the Promises of the President is, Too, Ironic

The promises of the DDP’s keeping the society safe, still went, BUST, there’s NOT just the reduce of cases of violent attacks since they took office, but the attacks had, increased, during their, terms in office, and if we allow them to control our government for four more years, how many more would have to die???  Off of the Front Page Sections, translated…

The blood is shed, in the school of Hsinbei City, and it took away the life of a teenage male student, and, everybody is now, worried of, the safety of the schools, and the DDP had, used the “reflexes”, to turn the events into a political manipulation, in the shortest time, the DDP blamed it on the city government of Hou, the promises that Tsai gave to the case of the murder of the young girl, “little lightbulb” is thrown, out the, windows, after the complete takeover of the country by the DDP, the Times Power Party’s legislator, Wang, the mother of “little lightbulb” sighed about how “there are still, too many holes in this, net”, and this became, the worries that all parents, are having.

In March of 2016, the young girl, “Little Light Bulb” was attacked and murdered, Tsai, who was elected as president, went to the location where the young girl was attacked, to offer the stuffed animals and fresh flowers, and wrote a card herself, with “Aunty will NOT let your sacrifice be for naught”, and stated that there are, too many holes in the safety net of this society that needed patching up, that she was going to do all she could, to patch all of them up, and now, just as Tsai is about to, step down from her presidency, there are still, way too many holes in the net of social security here, and the card she’d written with all the right words, seemed, quite, sarcastic now.

The neck slashing case in Hsinbei, brought out the troubles of the schools’ dealing with the bullying in school, and there were the treatments of those who were placed in juvenile detention, but are now, released back into the schools to study, and there were even, instructors who’d accused, that the amendment that the Department of Education issued “the counseling of the means of students by the instructors guidelines”, mandated that the instructors get taped, while, doing a thorough search of the students’ backpacks for dangerous objects, causing the instructors who work in the classrooms, not dared to check the students’ backpacks as needed, and they can’t, prevent anything dangerous from getting taken into the classroom settings.

In the shortest time, the realms of education spread out the holes of the net of security, but the DDP doesn’t think about patching these holes up, the presidential candidate, Lai, selected to use the political manipulations, started going after the presidential candidate of the KMT ticket, Hou, also the mayor of Hsinbei City for not responding toward the lives of the student in critical condition, and used the exact same means of the manipulations of the administering of medicines in the kindergarten of Hsinbei City from before, not seeking out the truths, but, blaming everything onto Hou first, and it didn’t matter, if it was at the students’, expenses.

The day of the victim male student died, Tsai, claimed to patch up all the holes, ignored the issues, and kept broadcasting Lai’s policies, continued on the campaign trails just the same, putting the elections as her first priority, showed that she’s, completely, cold and dead to what had happened in Hsinbei, it’s a wonder, that the online communities, started, sending the messages onto Tsai’s FB account.

After the fires of the words had spread out, the head of Executive Department, Chen said that he is to invite the officials in the six major cities to a conference, Pan, the head of the Department of Education also stated that there would be a need to discuss if there are the securities that needed to get stationed at the schools, Lai also, reiterated the Safety Net 2.0 program, but the net had started weaving since, EIGHT years ago, and it’s still not done yet, all the promises made to that little girl who’d been murdered, went, bust, what the DDP is now doing, is solely, for the sake of, saving their, election.

Wang stated, that Taiwan can’t start to change, only in the repeated events of tragedies, “This path is too slow, too, painful”.  The heavy and heart wrenching cries of the parents of the victim student called too loud, but to the DDP, it’s, an overlooked, request.

And so, this still proved, that the DDP is, nothing but, hot air, the case where the young girl got murdered, surely, Tsai put on the, tear works, and, swore to the mother of the child, that she will, do all that she could, to patch up the nets of security, to avoid, future cases, and yet, this stabbing in the city of Hsinbei happened, and, that still just showed all of us, that what the DDP is saying, is for the SOLE purpose of, winning the elections, and, hopefully, they will, lose BIG this next time in 2024!
