A secret portal back to her childhood, Alice had, found. She was so happy, and eager to jump right in, because she’d, forgotten all about what’d happened to her as a very young child previously, only remembered the wonderful things, the dreams of, cotton candy cloud, unicorns, what-nots that she’d had from before.
So, she’d, followed that Rabbit that’s, running late (life’s calling, honey!!!), and, slid down that secret portal back to her childhood, and, started adventuring, back to, before.
she’d crawled in…
A secret portal back to her childhood, Alice had found, but, the moment she’d, started, falling down into the abyss (the Rabbit Hole), she’d, regretted it, and, there’s still, NO turning back to her, she got to, see it through, remember what was once there, but, forgotten already!
A secret portal back to her childhood, Alice had found, she’d, ventured, deep, into that hole, and, got her head chopped off by the Queen, and, because she’d died in her dreams, she can’t, wake back up, into, the reality again…
So, guess, she shouldn’t have been, curious, and now she’d learned, that curiosity does NOT just KILL that C-A-T, it’d, killed her too!
The Mother, Careless, Wrapped Up the Fetus She’d Given Birth to, Mistaken it as a Stillborn, Tossed the Baby Out the Window, Sentenced to Two Years in Prison
Given that the woman is mildly mentally retarded, that’s why she wasn’t charged with murder, nor given a harsher sentence, off of the Front Page Sections, translated…
A mildly retarded woman, Chu gave birth to an infant girl at her own home, she’d not heard her baby cried, and thought she was a stillborn, wrapped her up in a plastic bag, tossed her out of the window, to the rain roof, as the infant’s body rotted out and started giving off a rancid smell, that was when the infant was discovered. The coroners conducted an autopsy, and found that as the infant was born, she was still alive, the Tainan District Court found that the woman was negligent, considered how she’s incapacitated mentally, and couldn’t have the abilities to problem-solve, sentenced her on death by negligence, gave her two years in prison, this can be appealed.
Chu gave birth twice, and got pregnant again, two years ago in November, she’d given birth to an infant girl in her own bathroom, wrapped the infant in a plastic bag, tossed her out of the third-story window to the second-floor rain roof; the infant’s body started rotting away, the homeowner received a complaint from the tenants, that there was the dead body of an animal, found someone to clean it up, and they’d discovered it was the body of the infant. The coroners autopsied the infant, found that she wasn’t given the necessary measures of care, and got wrapped into a plastic bag to dispose of, causing her to die of respiratory failure.
The coroners claimed, that the as the infant girl was born, the umbilical cords was attached to her placenta, if the cord wasn’t severed, patting the back gently, to help the infant girl spit out what was stuck inside, and as the air entered into the lung, she would start to cry, but Chu had ripped the placenta out, the air didn’t get into the infant’s lungs, she couldn’t possibly cry.
The coroners stated, that the infant could receive the oxygen from the placenta, and lived for half an hour more, the autopsy showed that the internal organs looked different to those internal organs of stillborns, and deducted that the infant girl was not a stillborn, that her death was caused by the improper care after birth.
Chu’s attorney claimed, that Chu saw her daughter not made a peep, smacked her bottom and she’d stayed unresponsive, she’d mistaken her as a stillborn, and worried that others may misunderstand, and because of her mental incapacitations, she’d worried that others may misunderstand the situation, and couldn’t come up with a better solution to deal with the problems or to seek help from outside, asked the courts to give her probation.
The courts noted, that this was Chu’s third birth, she should have enough awareness of the neonatal care procedures that’s needed for her own daughter, and saw her daughter as a stillborn because she failed to cry, she’d used such a rash means to handle the matter, that she was negligent, that she needed to be placed into a correctional facility to learn what she did wrong, and in the interrogations by the police, she’d not mentioned that she’d patted the infant girl’s back and buttocks, only stated it in the trials, there’s questions on her statements; but because she was mildly mentally retarded, she may have a limited ability to cope with the problems, and admitted to what she did, so the courts sentenced her to two years.
And, this infant would’ve been alive, had she been born to a mother who is healthy, and “normal”, but because this woman was mildly mentally retarded, she couldn’t make the right judgment calls, and that’s why her daughter died, and because of her negligence, that’s what caused the infant to die, and considering how her state of mind, being mentally retarded may have affected her judgment, the courts only gave her a two year sentence, which is quite light.
The traumas your minds can’t, remember, well, guess what? Your bodies, keep track, and, there, ain’t NO way, of dodging, that hard-hitting, tornadoes that’s, comin’, all your, ways there.
The traumas your minds can’t, remember, other parts (don’t ask which “parts”) of your, entire, “being” will, keep on, keeping track of, and, you won’t know, when the triggers of what happened will, make you, unwind, and everything will, break loose, suddenly, because that, is how it goes!
The traumas your minds can’t, remember, oh, but your minds, remembered them, every single last one, it’s just, that your minds knew, you are, not quite ready yet to deal, so, to protect you, they’d, wrapped you up, inside, those, bubbles, to insulate you from the pains.
But eventually, your body remembered and, it will, remind your minds of, your traumas, and, it will, HIT you, too hard, ‘cuz you’d been wrapped, safe and sound, insulated, unsuspecting, just like IDIOTS (so??? Feel free to take them offenses, why don’t ya!), without a single clue.
Then, WHAM! All hell breaks, L-O-O-S-E, and…
Yeah, sorry, I’m not here to help, ‘cuz, my hands are, T-I-E-D!
NOT my problem, I’d already, DEALT with every single, FUCKED up shit in my fucking life here, and besides, I got my best friend, NIMBY, as my, best, “defense”, so………
Because the kid’s only been left with the nanny for one day, and this became of him, and so, we are bound to deduct, that it’s the nanny who’d not looked after this young infant boy closely enough, but, the real facts hadn’t come out yet, so…but, someone IS, responsible for what happened to this young boy! The Hospital Found Signs of Abuse, the Nanny Claimed that the Toddler Choked on the Formula then Fell into a Coma, the D.A. & Police Checked the Child, Found Him to Have Old & New Injuries, and is Now Looking into Who Abused Him
A young boy, Yi, of a year and ten months of age, two evenings ago, fell into a coma two evenings ago, was rushed into the E.R. by his nanny, Hsia, he was found with multiple bruises on his body, subdural hematoma. The police investigated, Hsia claimed that the infant had choked on the formula, that was why she’d rushed him in, and was unclear as to how he came to have the bruises over him, but the parents of the boy told, that when they’d handed their son to the nanny, he didn’t have any injuries on him, pressed charges of physical assault on the nanny. The investigators found the young boy to have multiple injuries on him old and new, but, who had abused him, they will clarify that through investigations after the hospital evaluations come out.
The police found, that the nanny, Hsia started looking after the one year-old boy Yi, started on the evening of the 24th this month, on the evening of the 25th, the boy was taken in, it was only, a day’s time, the police questioned about the time of the injuries, and the results are pending until the hospital’s reports come out.
Based off of understanding, the boy sustained the injuries of subdural hematoma, a fractured skull, retinal hematoma, redness, bruising on the lips, body, the wounds were numerous, and some were old, while others are, new, and, if the boy’s injuries were caused by the nanny, or someone else, is the focus of the police investigations right now.
After the interrogations at the D.A.s office, the nanny was listed as a defendant, the toddler’s persons as related individuals, the police aren’t ruling out a third person who’s involved, and will be comparing the evidence, the statements made by both sides, to clarify the facts of the case.
An individual, Chen who claimed he was related to the family disclosed, that two afternoons ago, the nanny, Hsia had texted the parents the photo of their child, and at ten in the evening, she’d notified the parents, that the boy choked on his formula, and was in the E.R.; the families rushed to the hospital, and the nanny had, left, and not told them exactly what had happened.
The individual from online, Chen told, that the nanny stated that the injuries weren’t caused by her, that he’d bitten his own tongue when she fed him the bottle, that she’d not called an ambulance, but drove him to the hospital herself.
The Social Services of Taichung told, that Hsia didn’t have a certification of operation for a daycare center, that if she’d taken in the children unlawfully, she will be fined anywhere from $6,000N.T. to $30,000N.T.s.
And so, let’s put aside, whether or not this nanny was certified, and the facts are this, a child is injured, and someone should be held accountable for that, it’s just that as all the details of the case hadn’t come out in the open yet, we still can’t tell, who’s fault it is, but the least, neglect, and maybe, abuse too.
The Infant Who’d Died Ten Years Ago, the Police Can’t Find the Body, the Mother Charged with Abandonment of the Corpse of Her Own Young
The case had, almost, “gone cold” here…off of the Front Page Sections, translated…
Ten years ago, the woman, Liao was suspected of not being able to care for her newborn son, after her son died, she’d wrapped him up in a towel, and buried him in the public cemeteries; the investigators chased the leads three years ago, and, based off of Liao’s description of the location of where she’d dumped her son’s body, the police dug five times, and not found the body. The Shihlin D.A.’s Office believed that the infant was dead, without any evidence of foul play, nor neglect, and they’d indicted Liao on disposing of her own young son’s body, and asked the courts for a year’s prison terms for her.
The indictment stated, that Liao had a son a decade ago, because the father was unknown, she took care of hm on her own, at the bottom of 2011, her son died of unknown causes, Liao was suspected of wrapping his body up with a towel, took the body to the Fuder Public Cemetery at Muzha Road Section five, and, dug a hole on a slope, without any containers, just, buried the young infant’s body in, abandoned his corpse.
where she’d, DUMPED her own infant son’s body, in a place like this one!
On June third, 2017, the young boy wasn’t registered for school, the school notified Liao, she’d claimed, that she’d given her son away to someone else to raise; her father didn’t know anything, because he’d only seen his grandson once after he was born, he’d not seen his own grandson for years on end, and became worried of the boy’s wellbeing, he’d notified the police.
Three years ago, the police started searching for the missing boy, the data from the health insurances showed, that the boy was born on April 1, 2011, was inoculated five days later, then, there wasn’t any other records from the health insurances. Liao then admitted, that her son died a long time ago.
The D.A. and the police went on four occasions, based off of Liao’s descriptions, on December, 2018, January, 2019, March, 2019, and April, 2019, to the public cemeteries to find the body, but couldn’t, and on November fourth of this year, they’d dug again, and, not found him.
The district attorneys pointed out, that they can’t prove, that the infant’s death was directly related to Liao’s behaviors, but the child lacked the proper care when he was alive, and Liao should’ve asked for help from outside, and instead as her son died, she’d selected to, dispose of his body, they’d suggested the courts to give her a year sentence.
Yeah, a year seemed, not quite enough, for how this woman treated her son’s dead body, she’d just, dumped him somewhere, and not even had the decency, to bury her own young son properly, and she’s only charged with the disposing of the body illegally? Yeah, how’s that justice for the dead child???
The memories of what he’d tried desperately to recall but couldn’t, all came back to the surfaces again…
The fragmented memories of his forgotten childhood now slowly, remembered, because, he was, finally, ready for them now. The fragmented memories of his forgotten childhood, a childhood, full of, darkness, of pain, of hardships had been, blocked out of his awareness, for survival’s sake, and now, as he’d, survived those years, he finally started to, remember.
The fragmented memories of his childhood, now slowly, remembered, to say the impact was less, was a total, lie, because it wasn’t, but now he’d, matured, he could, better deal with them, more effectively, unlike how he may have dealt with them, had they come back to him, earlier.
The fragmented memories of his childhood, now slowly, remembered. What do you want from me? He’d asked them, and, received, NO replies, because his past had been, dead a long, long, long time, and it takes them awhile, to finally, come back to life again!
The fragmented memories of his childhood, now slowly, remembered, it was painful, but, as he’d, reexperienced all the moments of trauma of his younger years, he’d reminded himself, that he wasn’t, that helpless young child anymore, and he was better able to cope with everything, like he was, watching a movie of his own, childhood trauma, as an, outsider…
The Predator Raped & Molested His Friend’s Young Daughter Over Thousands of Times in the Span of a Decade, Got a Severe Sentence
The long-term, sexual abuse of this young child, into, her teenage, years, and, this is called, justice??? Yeah right, get REAL!!! But hey, the judge had, spoken, and case is, closed! Off of the Front Page Sections, translated…
She was Not Yet Five When Her Mother’s Boyfriend Was Asked to Help Take Care of Her, Although the Settlement Agreement Was, Reached, but the Man Didn’t Get His Sentence Reduced, Due to the Maliciousness to Which He’d, Raped Her
Yo, in 2008, was asked by his friend to help watch his three-year-old daughter, but, before the young girl turned five, Yo started raping, molesting her, for around ten whole years, until the victim could no longer take it anymore, and told a volunteer counselor about it. The Yilan District Court found Yo guilty of forced sexual behaviors of a child of under age fourteen 608 times, molestation for four hundred times, a total of thirteen-years, ten months; and, for the sixty-two times of sexual molestations of the child, a year an eight months, and he could pay the charges and not serve the time for this.
Yo is currently sixty-six years ago, and even though he’d, admitted to what he’d done, and settled with the teenager, the teenager’s father forgave him, and begged the courts for mercy for Yo, but the judge believed that the crimes Yo committed was serious, and not given him a lighter sentence.
the molestation of a young child…
The verdict pointed out, that Yo, being the victim’s grandfather’s friend, the victim’s parents were divorced when she was young, her father wasn’t doing well in his ventures, in 2008, he’d, handed her and her older brother to be cared for by Yo, back then she was only three years old.
Yo was suspected of raping the young girl from August of 2010 to mid-October in 2012, in the frequencies of once every two days, a total of 404 rapes on her during the time; from 2012 to 2017, he’d, raped her in her bedroom, in his residence, a total of 204 times.
From September of 2017 to October of 2019, he’d patted her breasts, patted her pubic areas, molested her, for about four times a week, a total of, four hundred times counted; from when the adolescent turned fourteen, he’d raped and molested her another, sixty-two times to the start of June in 2020. In the end, the girl couldn’t put up with it, and finally, told her social worker whom she was getting counseled for long-term, and that was when the whole thing busted, wide open.
The courts found Yo guilty on 406 charges of forced sexual acts of a minor younger than fourteen years, and, sentenced him to seven years two months; the charges of having sexual intercourse with a minor of under age fourteen, a total of 202 counts, seven months each, that he is to serve a total of thirteen years, ten months for.
And, the molestations charges of a minor between ages fourteen to sixteen, sixty-two counts, with three months sentence on each count, a total of a year eight months in prison, which he could pay the fees, and not serve the time.
And yeah, how’s this, enough, for punishment? I mean, imagine it is you, who got FUCKED (don’t pardon me here!) by this “friend” of the family, someone you trusted, because your parents entrusted you to him, and what of the emotional sufferings, the psychological problems this young woman will develop (and she will in her future!) for what she was put through, by this, SEX predator that wore the false fronts of a “family friend”, huh? How’s this punishment, SEVERE enough? It’s nowhere NEAR, enough!
The Three Young Children Suspected of Being Left Alone on Their Own, the Birthday Celebration Became a Memorial
And this was what might have, led to the fires, off of the Front Page Sections, translated…
The fire at Zhonghwa Road Night Market took the lives of three young children under age six, based off of the city records, the Yi and Xing were both families with the records with the social services, Yi was reported as a high-risk family, the parents had left their young children at home alone, and the parents took the parenting lessons provided, and were counseled, two nights, they’d left their young children at home alone, and the tragic deaths occurred.
Yesterday was the young girl, Yi’s birthday, her father bought the presents and the cake, but his young daughter’s birthday became her date of death, it’d made him distraught.
The police and district attorneys investigated, that the twenty-nine-year-old Yi and his wife, Liu (age 27) had been married eight years, has a five-year-old son, and a three-year-old daughter, the parents worked the odds and ends jobs, and receive the low income supports from the government.
The first floor of the apartment that caught on fire was a salon owned by the fifty-three-year-old woman, Wu, the second and third floors were made into suites to rent to the low-income families. Two years ago, Yi took out the rents of the place in the third floor, while Liu had helped out at the salon to make the extra money.
Xing (age 26) is divorces, with a five-year-old daughter, a year ago, they’d moved into the second floor suite rented out by Wu with his girlfriend, Wang (age 28), the family was also a low income household; the kids of the two families played together, and knew each other.
And so, this fire started, because the children wanted to celebrate the birthday, and the parents were still, way too, NEGLIGENT leaving their underage children alone on their own, and that’s how and this tragedy had, occurred. This is a case of negligence that’s for sure!
The Autopsy of the Child Who’d Died Abruptly Showed Internal Injuries, the Couple Who Nannied Him Taken into Custody
After the investigations, people ARE, charged, in the death, of this, infant child! Off of the Front Page Sections, translated…
Last September there was a three-year-old boy, dying, from a high fever, back then, from the external examinations of his body, there were no external injuries, but, as the D.A. conducted an autopsy, they’d found his internal organs ruptured, subdural hematoma, and, turned the investigations toward abuse, as they took in the unlicensed nanny, Liu, two days at the opening of the trial, the courts arrested Liu’s husband, Chang, and the D.A. asked the courts to take the man into custody, on the fact that he was in suspicion of abusing the young boy to death, that he runs a flight risk, and corroborating his statements, and the courts mandated his custody.
This case of the child’s death occurred last September, as the nanny, Liu called it in, she’d claimed, that the child’s fever wont go down, and as the ambulance came, the paramedics found the child already, dead, didn’t take him to the hospital. The police were called, and started the investigations, the forensic officials also showed up, they’d found that the child was dead on the floor of the room he slept in usually.
the death of an infant boy by abuse…
The nanny told the police then, that the child ran a fever, and wasn’t well, but the temperature would get up and down, and in the mornings, there was no sign of illness, she’d put him down for a nap at noon, and in the afternoon she’d gone to check on him, and he became, unresponsive. The parents questioned why the nanny didn’t take their son to the hospital if he were ill.
The police and D.A. examined the body, and found there were the old injuries that seemed to have happened from a fall on the young boy’s legs, the nanny told that that was from his running carelessly in the parks when she’d taken him out, there were no other visible, external injuries on the child, the police originally thought this was a simple getting ill and delaying the hospitalization, a case of death by negligence.
As the Keelung D.A. conducted an autopsy, the coroners found the internal organs ruptured, and there were the old injuries on the boy’s, spleen, old injuries on the head, subdural hematoma, to the extent of the nerves, snapped in half, and, the D.A.s suspected that the child may have been abused while he was still living, last year, the D.A. prosecuted the nanny on abusing the child to death criminally, and, got her into police custody.
The police and D.A. investigated, that the young boy was on the around-the-clock care to the nanny on the cost of $24,000N.T. per month, but Liu complained, that at first, the families paid her regularly, then, they’d, started, owing the nanny charges, the investigators found that the couple had many conversations since the child’s death on their cell phone records, and they’re not ruling out that Chang may also have involvement in the torture and death of the young boy.
The district attorneys called Chang two days ago to appear before court, after they’d cross-examined him, they’d believed that he is involved, and arrested him in court; the social services of the city investigated, that the nanny graduated out of the childcare related majors, but didn’t have the registration as a nanny, that she’d posted that she was willing to offer care to children, to make an extra income, that was how the young boy’s family found her. And so, this is still, awful, having this UNLICENSED nanny, ABUSING a young boy to DEATH, and, the child died in such a brutal manner, with the breaking of his nerve endings, internal organ rupturing, can you imagine how painful dying like this is? Yeah, and these unqualified adults deserve the DEATH penalty, for murdering, for abusing an innocent young child to death.
