A One-Year-Old Infant Accidentally Ingested Heroin, the Mother Charged, Sentenced to Five Months

NEGLIGENCE HOMICIDE is what THIS was!  Because this young child had been in contact with the illegal substances way before this man moved in to the residence, that’s why he got away, off of the Front Page Sections, translated…

The dealer, Cho, a little over three years ago, was found to have illegal substances inside his home when he was serving time, his wife, Wang provided the drugs to a friend, Hsiao, and had him look after her own young daughter, but, the child of only a little over a year old ingested some heroin, died in a horrid manner, the courts found from the forensic reports, that since the child was only six months old, she’d been in contact with the illegal substances, and charged the mother with manslaughter, sentenced her to five months, and she could pay the money to skip her prison time, Hsiao had the charges dropped, this can still be appealed.

In the midnight hours of July 9th, 2017, a one-year-five-months-old young girl in Taichung was found to be in a comatose, rushed to the hospital, the paramedics found that her coma was caused by her mistakenly ingesting heroin and other substances, and because she was poisoned too much, they’d treated her until the 28th of the same month, when she died.

The district attorneys found, that the father of the child was arrested on June 2nd on drug charges, left his stash of heroin, amphetamine, and other controlled substances that weren’t discovered by the police raids, that the young daughter mistakenly ingested the substances, and died, because the father of the child had already been taken into custody, he wasn’t charged for her death, but he was sentenced to ten years for trafficking and selling drugs, is currently serving in prison.

After the child’s father was taken into police custody, his wife, Wang (age 37), in order for her husband to make bail, she’d given the heroin left by her husband at home to a man, the thirty-eight year-old Hsiao to abuse, hoping that he can testify, that her husband had nothing to do with the substances, so he could make bail.

In order to get the substances and not pay for them, Hsiao agreed to head over to Wang’s residence, and helped her look after her young children.  At the midnight hour of July 9th, after Hsiao injected himself with heroin, he’d placed the needle where the young girl can reach, and Wang also left a bag of drugs in the room, causing the child to mistakenly ingest the drugs, as Hsiao found, he’d waken Wang up and rushed the young child to the E.R., but in the end, the child still, died.  The district attorneys charged Wang and Hsiao with manslaughter.

The judge weighed, that Wang knew there were the illegal substances at home, and that the young child is in her oral stage, and puts everything into her mouth, as the victim’s mother, she should be making sure that the drugs are out of reach from her young, but allowed the child to grab the drugs, and, stuffed it into her mouth, causing her daughter to die of overdose, and it’d confirmed that the death was, manslaughter.

The Collectivist Courts used the forensic sample from the child’s hair, which showed that she’d been ingesting heroin, amphetamine, and other controlled substances within six months, and found, that way before Hsiao started moving in to the residence, she’d been ingesting the substances, found Hsiao not guilty of negligence.

But, who should be held responsible for this young kid’s death?  The mother, for sure, and this man too, because the child had accidentally ingested the heroin under his care, and yet, only the mother was charged.

The Four-Year-Old Young Child Died, After Being Left Alone on the Roads, the District Attorney Asks for a Heavy Sentence for the Stepfather

Because the children were her and her ex’s, you have the right, to ABUSE them, is that it???  Off of the Front Page Sections, translated…

The man, Chen from Changwha after marrying Hsieh, he was accused of physically disciplining the three young children Hsieh had with her ex, this March, he’d, picked up the two young boys, threw them onto the streets, of the two, the four-year-old young boy was picked up by him, and, thrown onto the pavements, the child died immediately after getting thrown onto the road.  After he’d committed murder, Chen turned himself in, yesterday, the district attorney’s prosecuted him on murder, and asked the judge to sentence him more heavily, based off of the laws protecting youth and children.

The indictment pointed out, the thirty-three year-old Chen married Hsieh this January, and lived with the three children Hsieh had with her ex, Hsu, and he’d used the excuses of how loud they were getting, how they weren’t eating their meals properly, and used his legs, to “sweep” the four, five, six year old young children, after they fell to the ground, he’d told them to get back up, and continued punishing them to stand against the walls or kneeled down.

At the start of March this year, Chen and Hsieh were talking using LINE, he’d heard the six-year-old young child, Hsu getting fussy on the back, and as he’d arrived home, he’d, beaten the child up, and, grabbed the child, and threw him into the pile of items in the kitchen, causing the child to have multiple injuries.  On March 14th, Chen felt the kids were, getting too loud, he’d, punished them to stand against the wall, then, swept them all down one by one, with his leg, then, called them to stand back up to continue punish them to stand, the youngest child, the four-year-old Hsieh (carried the mother’s last name) told him that he felt “dizzy and didn’t want to stand,” and wanted mommy, Chen lifted his right left, swept the child off to the ground, the child’s head hit the ground, and was punished to kneel until the nighttime.

On that same night, the young child, Hsieh started vomiting, and at 3:30 in the morning on the fifteenth, he’d waken up, and vomited again, Chen asked him how many times he was going to do it, there was no reply, the child was dragged out of bed by Chen, and kicked and punched.  Hsieh got up, to protect her own young, and was ready to take the kids out on her scooter for some snacks, and as Chen asked Hsieh the young boy, “Are you really hungry now?”, and because the young child didn’t answer, he was picked up, and thrown outside onto the pavements, the child died immediately.

Chen started performing CPR on the boy, and, eighteen hours later, he’d, turned himself in to the police, but the district attorneys believed he’d intended to murder the child, asked the courts to have him in custody, and the district attorneys charged him on murder, and laws against children and adolescents.

And so, this is still all, after-the-fact, and, it’s already, too late, because???  Oh yeah, ANOTHER (and no, still NOT the last of this, “dying breed” here!) kid dies, from the abuse, because this loser took his anger out on his own girlfriend’s children, which don’t have his blood, and because these children aren’t related to him by blood, I guess he felt okay, that he could, beat the CRAP out of them, and this time, this young boy died in the process…

The Infant was Abandoned in the Park, the Stray Dogs Eaten it Up with Only the Skull Remaining

In the Dual-Lake Park construction area in Sanming District of Kaohsiung there were the construction workers who’d found a white package in the construction sites, as they’d opened it, they were shocked to find the corpse of an infant without the head, the police and district attorneys examined the body, suspected that the infant was eaten by the stray dogs after being abandoned by its, parents, they’re, currently, chasing the leads to identify the parents, to find if the infant was abandoned alive, or dead.

The location of where the body was found, was the back slopes of the Daping Yu First Cemetery next to a junk yard in Dingjing Alley of Sanming District in Kaohsiung, it was originally the public Ding-Jing Cemetery, but the city government had, relocated the cemetery, currently, the location is under construction of the greener park projects.

At around 1:30 in the afternoon yesterday, the contractors of the park started working, they’d discovered  small white package on the lawns, the workers went over, opened it up, found a tiny head with the face chewed off, they’d, immediately, notified the police.

As the police arrived, they’d, immediately, sealed up the site, the police found, that the infant head was wrapped in white tarp, inside the white tarp, there was also, a cardboard box, and around the 100 meter radius of where the box was found, were the scattered pieces of bone, they’d suspected that they may be from the infant.

The workers who’d discovered the infant head told, they’d stopped working for two, three days on end, that they’d discovered the package of white cloth, and because a woman often come to feed the stray dogs, there were, the gathering of, about eight stray dogs, the police suspected that the infant’s body was chewed up by the stray dogs, leaving the blood stains on the white cloth.

The Kaohsiung District Attorneys came with the coroners to examine the body, and, found, that the diameter of the skull was, only a little over ten centimeters, they suspected that the infant was, only a few days old, but, they couldn’t tell the sex, because there were the irregular lacerations of the skins on the neck area, and suspected that after the infant was abandoned, it’d been chewed up by the stray dogs already.

And so, we have, a Baby Doe, and, the way this infant got chewed up by the strays, was too awful, because its (as the sex is still, undetermined???) parents couldn’t, take responsibilities for it, and maybe, Baby Doe was a stillborn, maybe it wasn’t, nobody knows for right now!

Outside the abortion clinic, the crowd parted like the Red Sea, on one side, was the men who are, PRO-LIFE (you mother fuckers aren’t the ones going through the FUCKING pregnancies, what right have you to say, huh???), and on the opposite, there are, the PRO-CHOICE women (it’s our bodies, our rights!!!).  But, do we really, have a right over, our bodies?  I mean, think about it………

Outside the abortion clinic, the crowds are, getting rowdy, and then, in an instant, windows shattered, death took over the air, and there’s, still NOTHING that anybody CAN do, because a woman has the right, over HER body, doesn’t she?  Or, must we women, be ruled by, M-E-N???

Before the Restraining Order Was in Effect, the Three-Year-Old Young Child Was Physically Abused by His Father to Seriously Injured

Yeah uh, as this would be, how THESE cases, usually worked, the restraining order ALWAYS came, a little, TOO L-A-T-E!  From the Front Page Sections, translated…

A three-year-old young boy in Taichung, two days ago, because he’d cried too hard, he was, beaten by his own father until his nose bled, his head bruised, and, this suspected case of child abuse was exposed online.  The Miaoli County government’s social services showed concerns, and, they’d found, that the mother of this young boy had filed for a restraining order against her husband for domestic violence, but yesterday, the workers from the Social Services couldn’t get in touch with the child’s mother, and as they’d gone to her mothers, nobody answered, and, the social services is now, in charge of this case.

Based off of understanding, the child’s parents lived in Da-An District in Taichung, they had two children, the father is twenty-three years old, the mother, twenty.  At the start of the year, the woman was suspected of being physically abused by the husband, she’d gone back to her parents’ in Miaoli to live, and she’d filed for a restraining order against him with the courts, the courts had yet to process the case; during this period, the woman had taken her son to return back to her husband’s house, the man works odds and ends jobs, the woman is, unemployed.

from this…See the source imagephoto from online…

Two days ago, the man showed up abruptly at the woman’s family, said he ws taking the young boy to buy toys, he’d driven his wife and son back to Taichung.  But, that afternoon, as the man was napping his son got too loud, he’d beaten his son so hard that the child had nose bleeds and bruising all over his head, as the woman found her son covered up in bruises, she’d, called her father to get them out and away from her husband.

The social services of Miaoli stated, that the case happened in Da-An, Taichung, and after the case of suspected child abuse was out, the social service had, stepped in, at around three in the afternoon yesterday, they’d received the confirmed reports of injuries on the young boy, and there WAS a case of child abuse, they’re now, waiting for the government in Taichung to deal with the paper works of processing, and as the case will be reported, they will handle the matter afterwards.

The Social Services of Miaoli stated, that at the beginning of January, the man was suspected of physically abusing his wife, back then, the domestic violence prevention center in Taichung had intervened.  At the bottom of March, the woman went back to her parents’ in Miaoli to live, the Taichung Domestic Violence Prevention Center had referred the case to the Miaoli unit, the social service department in Miaoli then, reported the case to the police, to help the woman get a restraining order with the courts, the case is set to open in court on May 23rd.

to this…See the source imageanother CONCRETE angel…photo from online

And so, see how god DAMN long this process is?  The case of abuse started before March of this year, because the woman RAN to her parents’ to live at the end of March, and the case will only BE going to TRIAL this month, in a few more weeks, and, what IF, this LOSER breaks the restraining order, and beaten his own wife and child up again, or worse, what if, he’d gone after them, and, MURDERED them both, huh???  I mean, it’s, happened before you know…

A Two-Year-Old Child Was Abused to a Vegetative State, His Parents Were Charged

Parents who hurt their young, off the Front Page Sections, translated…

At the start of last year, there was a two-year-old boy who fell into a coma, his parents carried him into the E.R. to ask for help, but the child had subdural hematoma, he became, a vegetable, the doctors who treated him found that he was covered in bruises and wounds old and new, that there were, puncture wounds on the soles of his feet; the police and social workers intervened, and found, that the boy’s twin older sister, and another younger sister of a little over a year old were, “disciplined” the wrong way long-term, the Changwha District Court yesterday charged the abusive parents.

This pair of husband and wife admitted to what they did to their own young children, admitted that they’d, improperly, disciplined the children.  In the indictments, the D.A. stated, that the boy’s father was guilty of abuse, and the mother had long-term abused the children, and charged with physical assault, and negligence assault, and suggested to the judge, to increase their sentences by fifty percent of what would normally be given to the adults charged in similar conditions.

cruelty to a young child, photo found online

At around noon of February 8th, this couple rushed their two-year-old comatose son into the E.R.  The doctors examined him, found the child to suffer from subdural hematoma, and they couldn’t get him back, he fell into a vegetative state, and because the doctors, in their examinations of the boy found there were wounds old and new on him, that there were puncture wounds on the soles of his feet, they suspected it was a serious case of child abuse, and immediately notified the police and the social services.

The child’s mother admitted, that on February 8th of last year, she was alone at home with the children, he’d started crying, she couldn’t soothe him, she’d picked him up and started, shaking him, and accidentally, bumped the young boy’s head on the wooden wardrobe, then the child had, stopped crying, and that was when she’d realized that her son was in a comatose, and started twitching unstop, she’d, panicked, and found something sharp, to stab the child’s soles, to attempt to wake him up using pain.  Later, as her husband returned home from buying them lunch, they’d quickly, rushed their young child to the E.R.

And, we still have here, TWO unfit parents, and, this time, a two-year-old young boy was beaten to comatose, and this couple managed to have a total of FOUR young children between them, and you can guess, how many times this kid’s younger and older siblings may have been abused, but, you’d, probably, NOT come close to the exact number of times these young children were hurt!  And these parents deserve to DIE for what they did to their own young children.

The Father Slammed the Infant Girl Causing Her to Have Subdural Hematoma, Charged with Domestic Violence

These cases seemed to be, never-ending, don’t’ they???  Another case of an infant being abused!  Off the Front Page Sections, translated…

A man, Liu, in Changwha was accused of forcing his a little older than a year old daughter who was developmentally delayed to physical therapy, allowing her to fall on her own, and, as he was having an argument on the ways of teaching his own young, he’d, thrown his own young daughter onto the table, causing her to have subdural hematoma, and the infant started vomiting endlessly; the D.A.s office in Changwha charged Liu with laws to prevent domestic violence, and other charges, asked the courts to sentence him heavily.

Liu’s wife was also taken into custody, the D.A. dropped the indictment charges against her, due to lack of evidence of abuse.  But, the Changwha Social Services Department, after reviewing the facts, believed that it would be ill-fitted for the infant girl to go home, and still placed her in protective custody.

The D.A said, that when the infant was just a little over a month old, she suffered a subdural hematoma from “not being cared for properly by an unknown member of the family” and was, hospitalized, back then, there were bruises on the infant’s eyes and left cheek, she seemed to have suffered from shaken baby syndrome, and was diagnosed as developmentally delayed.  In February of last year, the child started vomiting, and started sleeping too much, was taken to the hospitals, and the hospital examined her and found there were injuries new and old on her, that she’d suffered subdural hematoma, the hospital suspected that she was abused.

The county government and the police investigated found, that because Liu’s noting the infant had injuries on her, refused to take her to the hospitals to get treated, and after many days, he’d taken her in on February 22nd.  Back then, Liu told, that he’d allowed the infant to stumble around as she’d learned to walk, that she’d, bumped her head.

The indictment told, that last year around New Year’s, Liu’s wife took the infant child home, and her grandmother found there were bruises on her, and Liu’s wife told her that he’d disciplined the infant when she’d started crying out of term.  Liu also posted on FB and argued with his friend, “Why don’t you report my beating my daughter up to the police then?”  the friend replied, “you keep on beating her, your wife said you’d beaten both of your children so bad she couldn’t take them out………”  “it’s just, that the Social Services hadn’t found out yet…”.

And so, that is how this worked, unless someone REPORTS something, the social services wouldn’t have the slightest CLUE to check, and that just won’t work, because usually, by the time shits like these gets reported, someone had gotten so severely injured that s/he had died, or is now, on life-support, and, this violent father’s being charged, is still NOT fitting enough for what he’d done to his own young.

The Mother from the Murdering of His Own Cerebral Palsy Son: We Couldn’t Get Help Anywhere

The “follow-up” of yesterday’s tragedy, from the Front Page Sections, translated…

The man, He, was suspected of strangling his own son with cerebral palsy to death, after the Taipei District Attorney’s Office took the man into questioning yesterday, they’d turned He to his own wife’s custody, and mandated house arrest for him.  As He’s wife went to the D.A.’s office to pick up her husband, she’d stated, “I hope he (son) won’t have this sort of torture in the next lifetime, and be a healthy child.”

He admitted to what he’d done, and, after the court case came into session, the D.A. believed, that he was not at flight risks, that he wasn’t going to weasel his way out, and that he was the primary source of income for his family, and so, they’d placed him into his wife’s custody, and asked the city of Taipei’s domestic violence call center, to help He get to the hospital for an evaluation, to assess his mental states, as well as the family’s situation, to decide the treatments, the counseling that comes afterwards.  As for the precise cause of death of his own son, the D.A. will wait for the autopsy results.

He’s wife said, that everybody had gotten ill, after taking care of her son, in the second year of the son’s high school year, the entire family helped to find a place for him to go, but, as the institutions and the schools saw how severely handicapped the son was, they’d not taken him, and, as the son went into his last year of high school, he’d felt, that everybody was singling him out, and, he’d blocked the world out since.

He’s wife said, that the Social Services Department had sent people to their house to help bathe, feed, and care for her son, but, after her son graduated from high school, the services weren’t continued, she’d once used how she had spinal injuries, with a heart condition, how her father-in-law is elderly, how her husband works, along with other reasons to file for assistance for her son’s sake, but, the Department of Social Services told them that they couldn’t manage to get more people to them, “We’d still relied on ourselves in the end.”

He’s wife said, at first, her son didn’t know his own conditions, but slowly, he came to realize, that he couldn’t walk, couldn’t write either, and, starting in middle school, he’d started, mutilating himself, “He (the son) had even told me that he’s sorry he couldn’t walk.”

He’s wife said, “My birthday was on March 21, and, on the 22nd, it was, the date of my own son’s death, I really don’t know what to say.”

And so, had the social services department not withdrew the assistance from this family, then, this tragedy could’ve been well avoided, but, there’s NO way that the government can provide for the cares of the handicapped people indefinitely, there’s this lack of human resources, as well as the lack of funding.

The Young Mother Who Was Saved from Suicide, “I’d Strangled My Two Children to Death”

From the Front Page Sections, translated…

A young married woman, Lin, awhile back, took her two young kids to commit suicide by overdosing, the two kids are dead, the woman was rushed to the hospital and is now, out of danger, the police officers yesterday went to interrogate Lin, she’d cried and told them that she was emotionally unstable that day, that she’d fed her kids some medication, waited until they passed out, then, strangled them both.

Lin was very emotional when the police interrogated her, mentioned how “in the current world, there’s nothing keeping us here, I don’t want to let them live, so they’d have to weather through more pains in the futures”, “After I’d killed them both, I’d tried committing suicide.”

Lin said, in the little over six years, she’d been troubled by mental difficulties, went to two clinics to see doctors, and got medicines, later she’d gone off her meds, and in the past year, she’d started back on them once more.

On the 27th of last month, in the afternoon, she’d driven her kids to Kenting, and, on the way, she’d become emotionally unstable again, and gone off the freeways, bought some fast food at a fast food joint in Mingshyong, then, took her kids to a motel, mixed the pills into their drinks, waited until her kids passed out, she’d strangled them, her daughter tried to fight, then, she’d strangled her daughter with a rope, then, she’d downed the rest of the pills.

Lin said, she wanted to commit suicide, and didn’t want to leave her kids, to become burdens to her families, decided to take them with her, that, was why she’d strangled them to death.  Lin also said, that she and her husband were getting along very well, other than the occasional altercations, there was NO economic stresses, nor was there affair on her husband’s part, or domestic violence.

After Lin woke up yesterday, the family members consoled her that everything was all right, that the kids are fine, that they’d been taken back to Taichung already, but Lin knew, that she’d killed her kids by strangulation, as the police was about to interrogate her, she’d started crying, and when she told them how she’d strangled her kids, she was crying so hard she couldn’t even talk, said that she is in deep regret.

Yesterday as the coroner’s autopsied the young children, they’d found that the muscles of the young girl’s hyoid muscles had hemorrhages, and that there were finger markings on her neck, that she’d died of suffocation, the coroners then took samples of the internal organs, and sent the sample to the justice department to determine if there are drugs in the systems.  Because Lin had histories in depression, she’s still in the I.C.U., with the police, keeping a close eye on her.

And so, this mother has a history of depression, and, she didn’t want to keep her kids on this earth without her, so that, was why she’d killed them first, then, attempted suicide, and now, she’s going to have to live with the fact, the guilt, that she’d MURDERED her own young, for what?  Her own selfish reasons!

A Boy with a Birth Defect in the Head & Throat, Unable to Grow Up in Time

A story of loss of one’s own offspring, from the Newspapers, translated…

A young boy with malignant neoplasm of the larynx had passed away yesterday, the doctors stated that this condition is not a rare illness of the childhood years of the throat and head, and that the parents must watch the child’s as s/he slept and was being fed, and, normally, this condition goes away on its own when the patient gets older the grandfather of the child who died yesterday sighed, “he didn’t even have a chance to grow up, and he’s already dead.”

Yesterday morning at around six, a ten-month old baby boy died, of no apparent causes in his own home, the family told, that the child was diagnosed with malignant neoplasm of the larynx, and because he couldn’t swallow on his own, he was living with a feeding tube, at birth, the baby boy was hospitalized for two months to get treatments, and, after he was released from the hospital, he’d gone back to the hospitals multiple times.

Yesterday morning, as the parents were just about to carry him up to feed him, they shockingly discovered, that he didn’t have a heart rate, and wasn’t breathing at all, and, even though, they rushed him to the hospitals, it was already too late, the family was in enormous pain, the young boy’s grandfather stated, that when they’d taken him to the doctors, the doctors told the family, “Wait and see if he gets better”, and now, he’s already gone.

The obstetrics department of Taipei Hospital’s manager, Wu stated, that this condition is a very often-seen abnormality of the head and throat regions of young infants, if it was not that bad, the condition will heal on its own by age one and a half, and, for most kids with this condition, it’d heal up completely by age four.

Wu pointed out, that the collapse of the ligaments in the throat will cause difficult breathing, and difficulties swallowing, and, in the most serious case, the patient would need breathing tubes to live, but, the patient can get laser surgery to make the soft tissues hard, so it won’t collapse, and, when the person gets older, it will heal just the same.

Wu reminded the parents, that if there are children in the house, normally, the parents should prevent the infant from sleeping on her/his back, so the child can breathe easily, and children with this condition are all recommended to sleep on their sides.

And, when the parents are feeding, they should hold and support the child’s neck, and feed the child in separate times, to make sure that the food doesn’t get stuck inside the throats.

So, even though this is a birth defect, it’s still treatable, but the parents weren’t paying attention, and so, their baby boy died, and, it still wasn’t anybody’s fault here, because the parents did all they could for this child, and, the child still died…
