We women are already, at a DISADVANTAGE on EVERYTHING,  because of our, “parts”, we do NOT get equal pay with men (not even close!!!), we don’t get the EXACT same benefits as they do, when men file for paternity leaves, they’re deemed as, amazing, wonderful men who wanted to help raise their young (when it’s IN their, responsibilities to do so in the first place!), but when we women want a longer maternity leave  to spend more time with our new babies, we’re called, slackers!

She said that on that day, she was taken to a motel, when Hsieh asked to take shots of her, to start a file on her, that it would be easier to set her up for the “clients”, and, shortly after that, she was taken to a motel, and found that Hsieh had texted her sexually illicit photo to a john, and didn’t know that she was getting, pimped out from before.

The verdict pointed out, the mother, due to using threats to attempt to get money, and public endangerment charges, was sent to prison, finished serving time by April 2018, and needed the money, and went to work as a companion drinker at the small food shop, earned the wages of $300N.T. per two hours.  Because her shift is during the late night hours, she’d worried that nobody can watch her daughter, and took her to work with her, and yet, as she started working, her eldest was called by the owner of the business to sit and drink with the customers too, with the earned wages of three hundred dollars for two hours worked as well.

As the mother saw her teenage daughter work as a companion drink, she was shocked, but she’d not stopped it, allowed the food shop to keep on calling her daughter out to drink.  And, the daughter was “well-rounded”, gave the total of what she’d earned, a little over $20,000N.T. for the night to her mother.

In the trial, both the mother, and the owners of the food shop, the Jengs all denied the allegations, claimed that they didn’t offer the services of companion drinkers at their business, that the teen made it all up; the girl also told the courts, that she was on medication for her emotional management troubles too, that she wasn’t in a good mood, that was why she’d, lied about it.

The investigations conducted by the Taoyuan District Court found, that because of the police inquiring, the Jengs admitted to offering the drinking companions at their shop, that this mother told them, that she’d only known about her daughter’s moonlighting “job” as she’d bumped into her own daughter at the tables, and told, that there’s more than one underage minor, that the officers who’d gone to make the rounds, didn’t check carefully enough, just signed the rosters, then, left.

The first trial criticized the Jengs for making the profits, taking in the underage girls to have them work as drinking companions, and this mother didn’t protect her own teenage daughter enough, after she’d learned that her daughter became a companion drinker, she’d not stopped it, instead, introduced her daughter to the job, other than twisting the teen’s value systems, it’d also, damaged her mind too.

The Class Manager Drugged & Raped the Adolescent Girls, Received the Harsh Sentence of Seven Years Two Months

The office manager of a certain cram school in Kaohsiung, Hsiao used the excuse of solicitations, invited the fifteen-year-old female student to go out, but told her to treat him “like I’m your client”, as the young lady said no, he’d spiced up the drink he’d given to her, after she’d passed out, then he’d raped her, the Highest Courts found Hsiao guilty of severe forced sexual act, sentenced him to seven years two months.

Hsiao waited for the adolescent to regain consciousness, paid her $10,000N.T., but as she saw her clothes wasn’t on, felt dizzy, headache, nauseous, she’d texted her ex-boyfriend, then, her ex notified her families, and she was taken to the hospital, and called the police.

Hsiao denied the rape accusations, said that it was consensual, that the girl agreed to have sex with him, and because she got nervous, after he’d gotten consent from her, he’d added the “drugs to help you get relaxed”, that in the process of the sexual intercourse, the girl was aware of what was happening, that she’d slid on her cell phone, and chatted with her boyfriend at the time too, and he’d paid her the agreed-on $10,000N.T. afterwards.

The adolescent told, that she’d needed money to get her cell phone fixed, wanted new clothes, because she misunderstood that she was getting pimped out to another female, that was why she’d agreed on it, but, that day as Hsiao gave her the black tea, shortly afterwards, she’d felt the headaches, the dizziness, and was raped by Hsiao.

The judge believed, that afterwards the adolescent texted Hsiao, “What did you put into the drink?”, Hsiao replied, “my cold med”, she’d pressed him, and that was when he’d admitted that it was sleeping pill, which showed that she wasn’t aware, that she didn’t agreed to be drugged by Hsiao.

The first trial, Hsiao was given eight years six months on rape charges with drugs, the second trial gave him seven years two months, the Highest Courts considered that the original trial applied the correct and fitting laws, that it didn’t go overboard, that the sentencing was just, tossed back Hsiao’s appeal.

And so, this young lady is STUPID, and she was willing to PIMP herself out for some quick cash to buy new clothes, this showed how fucked up (don’t pardon me here!) the values of these younger generations are, which made her the ENABLER of her own rape, while the man took advantage of the inexperienced teen.  Both are guilty for what had happened, there’s still NO vic in this case!
