The Elderly Father Took Care of His Own Ill Daughter for Fifty Years, Finally Suffocated Her to Death, the Judge Gave the Man a Pardon

As the burdens of caretaking became too great…off of the Front Page Sections, translated…

Sentenced to Two-and-a-Half Year “Never Received the Social Resources, Understandable Circumstances………Suggested that the President Issue a Pardon”

The man, took care of his own youngest daughter who was born with cerebral palsy for fifty years, last February saw his youngest having a major toothache, plus the outbreaks of MERS-CoV, saw that the pain killers couldn’t alleviate her pians, he’d, smothered her to death with a quilt, and attempted suicide but was, saved, the Taipei District Court took into considerations that he took care of his own daughter long-term, and not received enough social resources to help him out, and, reduced his sentence twice on how he’d turned himself in, how his situations was what made him commit the murder, yesterday, Chen was sentenced to two years six months on domestic violence and murder. This can still be appealed.

The Collectivist Courts on the verdict, specifically noted that Chen (age 78) is a loving father, for the benefit of his own daughter, for fifty years on end, he’d, taken care of her himself, had it not been the outbreaks, he would’ve, continued, caring for his own daughter.  Seeing how much he’d loved her, and, how he’d, terminated her life himself, in the futures, he would be, imprisoned, by his own conscience, and, there’s, room for discussions on whether or not the country should, enforce, a jail sentence for him, and, suggested that the D.A. examine if Chen would be fitted to serve his prison terms, and suggested to the president, to issue a special pardon for him.

Chen’s youngest daughter because of severe cerebral palsy, couldn’t take care of her own life, is bedridden long-term, her body became, malformed, last February, she had a tooth ache, Chen wanted to take her to the hospital to get her tooth extracted out, the eldest daughter voiced her concerns, Chen worried that it would be hard for his youngest to get sedated for the procedures, and the outbreaks were, getting, more and more serious, he couldn’t take her to the hospital.  On the evening of February 29th, he’d heard his youngest moaning out of pain again, believed, that even if he’d fed her the painkillers, it still won’t help her reduce the pains, and he’d, smothered his youngest daughter to death with a quilt.

After Chen murdered his own daughter, he’d started becoming, suicidal too, took a huge dose of sleeping pill, fell into a coma, his wife found him the following morn, reported to the fire department, as the paramedics arrived, they’d found that the youngest daughter was, already, dead, rushed Chen to the E.R., as Chen regained consciousness, he’d turned himself in, for murdering his own, youngest daughter.

The Collectivist Court pointed out, that Chen was really close with his daughter, but could not receive the social resources he’d needed to give her the needed care, and he’d not received the social supports of the caretakers on time, it’d made the caretaking process even harder for him to endure, to the point that he’d started showing signs of depression, anxiety, as well as, insomnia too, and seeing how his youngest was in pain, and couldn’t help her feel better, he’d decided, to put her out of her misery.

Chen’s wife and eldest daughter both testified in court, that they’d hoped that Chen can be found not guilty, that if he was sent to prison, then, it will, try the family even harder.  Even the district attorney who argued on the behalf of the victim spoke on his behalf, suggested that the judge sentenced him to only two years.

But the Collectivist Courts considered, that the defendant had loved his own daughter son, and ended her life himself, that in the future days to come, he will get tortured by his own conscience, that there’s considerations on whether or not sending him to prison would be absolutely necessary, the courts suggested that the president sign a pardon for him.

And so, due to these, trying circumstances in life, this man had, decided, to END his own daughter’s life, out of mercy, but, this is still, MURDER, and it’s still, due to how this man didn’t alleviate the stress of caretaking soon enough, that this tragedy occurred, and now, the courts is planning to not punish him, based off of the trying circumstances of the family’s conditions.  And yes, this is still MURDER!

Who will give the babe his name, why is it important, the “ownership”, the belonging, of this, child who’s parents had, left him, huh?  And, isn’t the task at hand to help him find a good home that’ll, love him, that’ll, raise him like their own, to offer him enough love to grow strong?

So, why is “name” so important?  Oh yeah, because we only CARE about our blood, those who are, related to us by partial, of, full-blood, while the rest, well, don’t really, matter, does it???  Not………really.

And, this “babe”, unclaimed, unadopted, gained the name of, “baby Doe”, yay baby D-O-E!!!

The Department of Education Shall NOT Give Up on Any Child

The government’s not well-thought-out ideals of reforms in education here, off of the Front Page Sections, by a university professor, translated…

When I was in school, elementary years and middle schools are mandatory education, and this sort of making education available should be commended, because even for the kids from the poverty stricken backgrounds, they get the chance to get educated.  But what we can’t deny is, a lot of the children didn’t get educated enough.  Some had entered into the universities, and still can’t write out all twenty-six of the English alphabets.  Some had entered into high school, and still can’t do the addition, subtraction, multiplication, or division of fractions.  And there are those in high school who can’t understand the most basics of English words such as: not, at, in, with, there, who, when, etc., etc., etc.

For students who are on this level, staying in school getting an education, it’s, a waste of time.  For the country, it’s, a waste of money.  The kids don’t have the basic levels of education, and they’d, lost their competitive edge on the most fundamental levels, and it’s more than likely, that they will be on government assistance in the futures.  This is painful for the individuals, but even more a heavy burden for our country.

We need to track back to the systems of education in the elementary school years.  There’s no holding a child back in the elementary years, as the child falls behind in the first grade, and after that, the kid just sits and can’t understand what the instructors saying in the class, but all the way, they still, get higher in the grade years, and there’s nothing that teachers can do about this.

Don’t know when it was, that this country did away with holding the children back a grade, and, this is out of kindness, with the goal of helping the children keep their senses of dignity, and hoped, that children can somehow, be interested in learning.  A motto for the education reforms is “Happy & learning” it’s from the same beliefs.  But, this sort of not watching the gates, it’s actually, harming the students, because as they found, that they can’t understand anything, they can’t possibly have an interest in learning, and would lose faith, self-confidence over their own futures, and start giving up on themselves.  Some of the kids dropped out of middle school, all because they can’t make the grades.  And the government’s way, is giving up on the students.

We need to know, that only a tiny portion of kids hated studying.  I have the experiences myself, that so long as the instructors are compassionate, and patient, then, the child CAN, learn.

Maybe, we won’t go back to holding students back a grade, but we can’t, give up on the students either.  The first thing that needed to get tackled is, to set up a fundamental curriculum for the classes in the elementary school levels.  Meaning, that as the children is in the first grade, they should be mastering the skillset during that grade level, the government should set it up in black and white, same for all other courses too.  With this basics of curricula, all the teachers across the country should be more in tune with whether or not the students are matching up to the requirements of the governments.  Of course, children are smart in different ways, some kids may be slower to learn, and the elementary years definitely need to device separate education plans for the children.  Setting up of individualized education plans is a written rule in the legislation regarding education, but the sad part is, now, it’s no longer, used.

We don’t need to go back to the ways of keeping a child back a grade, but we need to set up the different materials to teach the students with varied learning styles.  The Department of Education should ensure that every normal child can learn the fundamentals well.   I hope that everybody can understand, that I’m NOT asking the government to guarantee that every child makes the good grades, I just believe, that the government should NOT give up on any child.

And so, this, is under the current system of education reform, because this country tries to follow the methods that hard worked for the western countries, without realizing, that hey, this is a country on its own, and what works elsewhere, may NOT work here, and so, the system of education is still, not fully developed, and that’s why the students are, not learning what they needed to succeed in their lives in the futures.

The Mixture Drugs Rose Up to Second as More & More Students Get Addicted

The new “breeds” of drugs, even more addictive!  Off of the Front Page Sections, translated…

The Zhongzhen University hosted its Prevention of Adolescent Drug Abuse seminar yesterday, the district attorney from Kaohsiung D.A.’s Office, Gu pointed out, that the mix-type of drugs in the coffee pouches was ranked third on the student addictions in 2017, two years ago and last, these rose up to second, right after ketamine, strongly recommended the schools and the police start collaborating together, to rid the drugs off of the campuses.

Gu stated, that the police confiscated over 100,000 drug coffee pouches, the highest since 2012, and that there were the level three, level four new age drugs mixed into the mixtures, based off of the estimates of the coroners’ office, there was a hike in drug-related deaths last year during fourth quarter, as many as forty-two cases, and in just first quarter this year, there’d been forty-two cases, and the number grew to fifty-six by second quarter, and in just July and August, there were, twenty-eight cases.

She’d pointed out, that the drug drip-coffee packs often had the second level controlled substances PMMA, third level controlled substances mephedrone, Erimin, taking one pack doesn’t do a thing, but if the user took multiple packs, and combined with ketamine, the users are more than likely to overdose and die, from January of last to September of this year, there are already 120 who’d died of overdose, of them, sixty-three were from twenty to twenty-nine years of age.

She said, that the age group of using level three to four controlled substances are mostly those between eighteen and twenty-four, thirty-five percent; and, there’s, a lowered age of first-time users, there were 1,878 persons who’d started abusing the drugs for the first time in the ages between eighteen and twenty-four.

Because the schools feared being labeled, it’s hard to crack down on the drugs infiltrating the campuses, Gu suggested, that the school should file the reports with the school safety committee, then, the committee then send the reports anonymously to the police departments locally.

And so, because you don’t want the reputations of your schools ruined, you are more than likely to under report the citing, and this is not good, because if you don’t report the right numbers, the numbers are just going to, increase by the day, because the law enforcement agencies can’t step in on time!

Selling the Raw Ingredients Used to Make MDMA, the Man Was Found, “Not Guilty”

Yeah, uh, how the #$%^ is this not guilty?  Oh yeah, because unless all the substances are, mixed together in a chemical lab, it wouldn’t, considered, harmful, or addictive, is that it???  Off of the Front Page Sections, translated…

The man, Su bought the chemicals GHB, extracted the GBL (gamma-Butyrolactone) from it, mixed it with water, and sold the bottles, was charged with distributing illegal substances; the judge believed, that even though, the butyrolactone is used to make a level two controlled substance, but it’s not listed as a controlled substance, that it can’t prove, that Su was guilty of selling and distributing drugs.  In the verdict, it’d stated that the gamma-Butyrolactone wasn’t listed as a controlled substance, that the citizens can easily get their hands on, hoped that the FDA can place a restriction on the substance.

Last year on March 5th, Su used the communication app claimed that he had some substances for sale, the police acted as buyers, and used $1,800N.T. to order three bottles, and as they went to get the substance, Su was busted and arrested, and as the liquid was tested, it was confirmed that it had the substance, GHB in it, the D.A. charged Su on attempts to deal a level two substance.

Su denied having trafficked, claimed that he’d used a total of $3,000N.T. to buy two 500mL bottles of GBL, then split the volume up, and sold off the bottles to help get the party going; the defense attorney stated that the “liquid” confiscated by the police only had trace amounts of GHB, that GHB is highly unstable, and can change with the temperature, as well as the acidity, that there’s no proof that Su was selling the bottles with the GHB in it, and that Su did not intentionally sell the controlled substance either.

The Taoyuan District Court discovered, that the liquid that Su was selling had less than one-percent of GHB in it, and, although the courts didn’t believe that Su stated he wasn’t selling drugs, but based off of the data, the literature of the investigative bureau, the GBL soaked in liquid, will become GHB, with the changes in the acidity or basic level of the solution it was in, Su claimed he’d bought the solute on February first of last year, was arrested on March 5th, and the reports of the ingredients of the liquid he’d sold came out on March 23rd, there was the uncertainty of how GBL was turned into GHB due to environmental factors, that it was difficult, to confirm that the liquid Su was selling had GHB or not, he was released, on a not-guilty verdict.

This loser got off on a technicality, because this chemical is quite unstable, and can change with the varied temperature, that’s why the courts couldn’t confirm that he’d sold the raw ingredients to make the illegal substance for sell or not.  And this can be, a really BAD precedence, because now, every one who’d tried to sell off this particular drug can use the excuse that set this person free from here on out!

He Got into a Car Wreck, Went Home, Downed a Bottle of Rice Wine…the Charges of Drunk-Driving, Dropped

Because he downed that bottle after he got into a crash, to calm down his own nerves???  Got off, on a technicality here, off of the Front Page Sections, translated…

Two years ago, the man, Liu had a fender-bender with a sedan, he’d, walked back to his residence close to where the accident occurred, downed a bottle of rice wine to calm his own nerves, and the D.A. and the police believed he was trying to, mess up his own sobriety test, charged him on drunk-driving still; the first trial found, that Liu had, arrived home after he got into a fender-bender and downed a bottle of 600mL rice wine, there’s no way of confirming that he was already drunk before the accident had occurred, found him not-guilty; the D.A. appealed, the Kaohsiung High Courts maintained the not-guilty verdict, case closed.

The district attorney filed for an appeal, calculated on how if Liu had three cigarettes and drunk, subtracting the time he took to smoke, there were only four minutes that he had to spare, to down that six hundred milliliter worth of rice wine, it was, hard to imagine that he was able to, the Collectivist Courts found during the second trial, that calculating the time like so wouldn’t be precise enough, and it’d lacked the scientific basis of binge drinking’s effect on impairment, that it couldn’t prove that Liu was drunk before he got into the car wreck, tossed back the district attorney’s appeals.

And yeah, so this LOSER still, got away, on a technicality, and, maybe, he drank the bottle, to smooth his own nerves for hitting the car, who knows, or maybe, he’d, knowingly drunk that bottle, because he knew, that it helped him get off on a conviction of drunk-driving, either way, this, IS a H-O-L-E in the justice system here!

The Adolescent Girl Was Acquainted with a Police Officer on a Case He Was Working on, Asked Him to Borrow Some Money, She Was, Raped by Him

This still, is a CRIME of OPPORTUNITY that’s happened here, an officer, taking ADVANTAGE of this teen’s situation!  Off of the Front Page Sections, translated…

A Police Officer in the Jiali Police Subprecinct’s Substatin, while he worked the case of a single mother’s being scammed online, he’d traded LINE ID with the mother and her twelve-year-old daughter and started contacting them, recently, the single mother was having a hard time finding work, so the adolescent girl asked for help from the officer for a loan to help her and her mother get through the hardships, and he’d taken the advantage of being alone with the teen, and raped her, the Tainan District Attorney’s Office took the officer into custody, and after they’d interrogated him, they charged him with power rape, and had the courts set his bail at $200,000N.T.s.

Based off of understanding, this officer is already married, with two sons, with his quality of work average, and had been listed as an officer to be watched for for discipline; when the local substation investigated the case, he’d denied having sexually assaulted, and told a different story compared to the single mother.

The police stated, that after the officer was out on bail of $200,000N.T., the department held a session of evaluation on his work, they’d believed, that he’d not reported that he was going to visit the adolescent at home to his superiors, nor had he another officer accompanying him, that there were faults in what he’d done, that his actions had, severely, damaged the reputation of the police department, gave him a huge reprimand, and they would reconsider his areas of services, and the police department will wait until the judiciary investigations are finished, then, the police department will find his supervisors, and issue a fitting punishment for every person responsible.

The Jiali Substation on the 22nd of this month received the calls from the social workers, pointed that an officer in the station is accused of obstruction of sexual freedom, the substation immediately set up a special task force to investigate, and immediately reported this to the Tainan Sexual Assault Prevention Center, and called the District Attorney’s Office of Tainan to work the case.

Two days ago, the district attorneys searched the officer’s residence, and took him into custody, after they’d interrogated him, they set his bail at $200,000N.T.s; the district attorney’s stated, that they will get a closer look at the crimes the officer had, committed, after all the investigations are completed.

Based off of understanding, the officer worked the case of fraud reported by the single mother, and he’d used the case to visit her home, and, had the mother and daughter add his LINE id as their friend, awhile ago, the single mother was having a difficult time finding work, and became suicidal, the adolescent girl believed, that she could count on the officer, and called him for help, hoping that he could, offer them some assistance.

The officer visited the home for a second time, as he’d come, the single mother was not home, and the adolescent girl described how her mother attempted suicide to the officer, hoping that he could let them borrow some money so they can get by, but, the officer was accused by the teen of taking the advantage to rape her.

And because the adolescent girl started behaving oddly at school, as the social workers noted this, they’d, stepped in to investigate, the single mother thought, that the officer who came to their home must’ve, done something to her daughter, and took her daughter to the hospital for a rape kit, and as her sexual assault injuries were confirmed, the mother and daughter decided to sue.

The Penal Code 238 “Rape Using Status” stated, that using status or opportunity to rape, the perpetrator is to receive a sentence of anywhere between six months to five years; if it was sexual molestation, then the sentence would be under three years.

And so, this officer is a BAD example, for what the police should be doing, he took advantage of this young woman’s situation, and raped her, because he thought, that by offering her monetary assistance, she’s indebted to him, and therefore, he can do whatever the @#$% (maxed out!) he wanted to to her, after all, he had, paid, and that’s, just, how off the values are these days right now.

The Cases of Sextortion from Online, the Youngest Victim Only Nine

They’re still, getting younger by the years here!  Off of the Front Page Sections, translated…

There is an influx of the sextortion cases of young children for the first half of the year in Hsinbei City, it’s at the peak compared to three years, clearly, these cases are, on the rise, and there were male AND female victims, of the youngest, found in the city of Hsinbei, was only nine, the youngest found in the city of Taipei, eleven.  The summer had begun, the social services department of both Taipei and Hsinbei alerted the parents to tune in to their children’s cell phone usage, their online activities, so they don’t turn into, victims.

The outbreaks kept the children at home, plus, a lot of the children in this country all had cell phones, which was what caused this rise in the number of victims.  The head of the Domestic Violence Prevention Center of Hsinbei City, Hsu called out to the parents, to follow the “Three Don’ts and One Do” rule, “don’t photograph or film”, “Don’t keep the files”, “Don’t Share” those private photos, and to “keep the footages” on file to use as evidence.

Since the implementing of the “Children & Adolescent Sextortion Prevention Laws” were amended in 2017, there’d been a hike in the reports of the sextortion cases online, but the age of the victims, started to decline, and mostly, the video sound files were, leaked out, and to the severe, rapes.

The Department of Sanitation & Welfare and the Hsinbei Domestic Violence Prevention Center estimated, that there were 415 reported case nationwide, forty-eight were from Hsinbei; the 351 reported case in 2018, thirty-nine were from Hsinbei, with most of the cases in the age group of fifteen to eighteen, taking up seventy-four-percent; of the 677 cases nationally last year, there were 139 cases from Hsinbei, with the ages of the victim, dropped to between twelve and fifteen, taking up forty-six percent.  To this May, there were, eighty-seven reported cases in Hsinbei City, of these, two-percent were children under twelves two years ago, and this year, it’d, hiked up to eleven-percent.

There were sixty-one cases two years ago, seventy-five last year, and, just the first half of the year this year, the number reached up to fifty-one cases to date, the youngest victim was only eleven, eighty-percent were females, and the victims were mostly, fourteen-year-olds.  The Social Services pointed out, that with the hike in the cases, the parents and the police are all on high alert, and believed, that it was because of the outbreaks, the kids were kept at home, they’d, gotten more involved with the activities online.

Hsu stated, that the methods of enticing the victims back in 2018 were mostly the online gaming credits, or the “Korean pop music group selections”, and last year, the methods switched to voyeurism, sex-cam, and forced the children and teens to get more shots nude to send to the perpetrators.

Like how two days ago, the model maker, Liu from Taichung used the huge sums of money, had the adolescent female filmed herself masturbating or shoot the photos of herself nude, and he’d, kept the footages, and, threatened the young woman to expose her, forced her to take more nude photos, or make more sex tapes, like the Taiwanese version of “Room N” from Korea awhile ago.

Because all of these teenagers and tweenagers got NOTHING else better to do, they can’t play outside, so, they’d, started, roaming online, and because of how young, how NAÏVE they all are, they’re, all SCREWED, because they were educated enough, of the DANGERS, lurking in the “woods” online!

Fountain Pen

Memories of those younger years of life, that stayed…translated…

My house is two streets away from my aunt’s.

Every morning, my mother would ride her bicycle to my aunt’s to do her laundry.  My aunt was the older sister of my mother, in order to help with our household finances, she’d hired my mother as a laundrymaid for over a decade now.

Although we lived only two streets apart, and both our families had the mansions, with the families of fours, but, everything in my aunt’s house had that scent of elegance to it.  In the daytime before I was school age, I’d gone on discovery trips at my aunt’s home, and that house that was built like a palace became as familiar as the back of my hand.

查看來源圖片with the ink level showing here…photo from online

First, the high-end sedan parked outside, that was one of the things my mother told me not to touch.  The fur draped over on the couch in the living room, the wine cabinets by the T.V., with the assortments of souvenirs from all over the world, the high-end chinaware, dinnerware on the dining tables in the kitchens.  Other than the marble floors, the staircases of the three-stories were all lined with carpeting, although later on, I’d realized, that it’s no fun, cleaning up the carpets, but it’d still showed how appearances were important in my aunt’s home.

And, of these places in the house, the den kept my interests the most.  There was a shelf that lined the walls, with the heavy volumes of encyclopedia, and the volumes that my uncle needed to flip through for his work, and there was also a family photo of my aunt on vacation abroad.  The other wall became a closet, with the name brand purse, bags, and elegant clothing stored inside, and my mother had been in awe, at how well my aunt had, kept her figure all these years.  On the other side of the study was my older cousin’s piano and my uncle’s desk, with the thick volumes of sheet music, and the documents, and they gave off that sense of elegance that was, beyond my grasp.  On the tea stand by the desk, was the projector and films that my uncle needed for his work, each of the film, after the colors were, extracted out, all became those weird, but attractive picture, a micro sort of mysteries of images.

What made the den even more elegant, was that window that faced out, in the daytime, the sun passed through the thick burgundy-colored drapes, the sapphire colored carpet became, deeper, and thicker, the silent piano keys showed the black and white contrast of the ivories, like they’re, lost in deep, meditation.

The place where my mother did the laundry was the add-on of the rooftop, where a healthy-coated, agile looking Shetland sheepdog was kept.  When I’d not explored downstairs, I’s sat quiet, as my mother did the laundry loads.  The umbrella, the penguin, the crocodile, my mother pointed out each and every one of the brand logos out to me, even the dirty socks, and soiled underwear that my older cousin wore, my mother washed them until they’re, completely, whitened with her two hands.

There were several times when I’d gone to eat the meals at my aunt’s, because of how serious and quiet my uncle was, along with how excellent my two older male cousins were, it’d made me feel, very, out-of-place, I’d hated to go home quickly.  After the meals, my older cousins never watched those shows that were for entertainments, but those science programs, I’d watched, but never understood what I was watching.

One day after the meals, my cousin led us into his father’s den, pulled out the drawer of the desk, and, took out a white pen mysteriously.  The pen was chubby, looked like a fountain pen, actually, on the other side, there was a blonde in a bathing suit, with the perfect curves.  We saw my cousin smiled that cunning smile, he’d, turned the pen upside down, and, the ink level declined, and, the woman’s swimsuit was, also gone with it, she was, nude.

Ever since I knew this secret, I’d often wait until my aunt and her family was away, took out the fountain pen from the drawers, and, turned the pen up and down repeatedly, like the grains of sand falling in an hourglass, so the woman can put on and take off her bathing suit repeatedly, to pass the long mornings.

And so, you’d, discovered this “secret” that your uncle had, and, I’m sure, that to your uncle, that pen is NOT just for the sake of writing, it fed into his need to see a nude woman, without your aunt’s knowing it…

The Families were Totally Unaware that the Nine-Year-Old Boy Was Carried Away by the Creek and Fished Out

How CARELESS this whole family was, thankfully though, this young boy didn’t DROWN, this time!!!  Off of the Front Page Sections, translated…

The Nine-Year-Old Boy, Lin went with Six Other Members of His Family to a Barbecue by the Leopard Creek in Sanxia Two Days Ago, as He Was Trekking by the Creek, He Accidentally Fell into the Water, and Got Carried Away, He’d Floated, Struggled, Took in Water for Over Dozens of Meter Downstream, and Was Fished Out by the Red Cross Volunteers Who were There; Until the Families Were Notified by the Local Fire Department, the Boy Lifted Back to the Barbecue Site, Did They Become Aware, that He’d, Fallen into the Waters & Nearly DROWNED!

Two days ago, was summer solstice, Lin and his families went to the Leopard Creek in Sanxia to swim; at around four in the afternoon, the families were barbecuing by the creek, Lin was left unattended, playing on his own, and accidentally fell into the water.

like, this???photo from online

Lin floated downstream, and his families didn’t know it back then, the Red Cross volunteer, Lin was close by, saw Lin struggling with his arms out of water, looked like he was drowning, he’d immediately leapt into the water, and embraced the boy in his arms; and the firefighter who was on duty, keeping the safety, Chang also went up to help, used the bamboo stick for Wang to grab a hold onto, to help both the boy and Wang back to shore.

Wang told, that the child had floated about over dozens of meters downstream, that he’d not called for help because he took in too many gulps of water, and can only wave his arms, without a second thought, he’d, leapt in.  Chang told, that thankfully, the water wasn’t too rapid, that he’d found the boy in time, and if he’d floated another two meters down, he may fall from a two-meter high waterfall, and the results, unimaginable.

As the boy was rescued up, he was in shock, but was still conscious, the firefighters took him back to his families, and that was when the families learned that he’d been taken away by the rushing streams, and almost fell down the waterfall; after the firefighters warned them, they took the child to the hospital to check if he was all right.

Another three-year-old boy, Tseng was looking at some fish by the Leopard Creek two afternoons ago, and accidentally fell in, the parents cried out for help, the alert firefighters close by immediately tossed the floatation device to the child, and pulled him back to safety.

There are multiple drowning accidents by this creek every year, the fire department stated, that the temperatures are rising up higher and higher, and the people are coming to the creeks to swim by increasing numbers, that as the parents take their children to swim, they MUST keep a close eye on the children.

thank heavens, however, this particular case did not end…查看來源圖片like this!  Phoot from online

So, this is pure NEGLECT!  I mean, how the FUCK (don’t pardon me!) can you possibly NOT know that a kid from your family was missing, oh yeah, because you adults are way too busy, watching that FIRE pit of the barbecue, that you failed to pay attention to your own young, and this time, he was, lucky enough, that there were firefighters downstream, who got to him in time, and the next time?  He just not might get lucky, and you fucking (no need to pardon here!) parents still don’t got a SINGLE C-L-U-E???  Wow, are you all just, @#$%ING (maxed out!) retarded, or are you all just way too, @#$%ING, retarded here???
