The Five-Year-Old Young Girl Fell Out of the Window of Her Thirteenth-Floor Home, No Steel Windows on the Balcony, Her Father Out to Work, Her Older Siblings Taking Their Naps

Another “SUICIDE”, this time, not by “hanging”, like that little boy from sometime ago, but by leaping out of a window, and it’s still due to how you god damn adults aren’t watching over your own young closely enough!  Another young child’s life, lost, off of the Front Page Sections, translated…

The five-year-old young girl, Tsai yesterday fell from her own thirteen-floor home balcony, died on the way to the hospital, her balcony at home didn’t have the steel protective bars; back then, the child’s father was out working, her seventeen-year-old older brother, and fifteen-year-old older sister were at home taking naps, the police suspected, that the child climbed to the balcony to play, and lost her foothold.  As the mother was notified, she’d rushed over, and cried, “my daughter fell!”, her cries made the neighbors feel her sorrows.

Based off of understanding, the parents were separated, she lived with her father, her older brother and sister, her father is a skilled worker, they weren’t well-to-do.  The neighbors disclosed, that there’s no nanny hired to watch the young child, that she’d once, climbed over the railing to the neighbor’s home.

The police investigated, at around two in the afternoon yesterday, the child fell from the windows of her own kitchen, fell onto the rain roof between the third and second floors, then, landed in the courtyard of the community, the security guard heard the loud noise, went to check, found the child lying in a pool of blood, immediately called the emergency services; the child sustained severe injuries on her head, her thorax, as the paramedics rushed over, she was already without signs of life, they rushed her to the E.R., but she’d still died.

The mother was notified by the police, cried and rushed over to the community, had a meltdown, called out to the neighbors, “My daughter fell!”

The police investigated and found, that as the accident happened, the child’s father was out to work, the high school age older brother, the middle school age sister were at home, napping, nobody was watching her, there’s no sign of forces from without, they’d suspected that the child was playing on the balcony, climbed over to the railings, then fell.

The police notified the father to the substation to help them investigated, and will get the coroners and D.A. to autopsy the body to confirm the cause of death, and to see if the father had broken the laws of child and adolescent projection.

And so, this is what happens, when you don’t watch over your own young closely enough, they get into too much trouble, and this time, this kid died, and this is, unfortunately, but, there’s NO way the father could watch over his own daughter, and go to work at the same time, and, there are mouths he needed to feed, and, by leaving his own children at home, without any adult supervision was his, biggest, mistake.

The Nanny Went to the Restrooms, the Two-Year-Old Young Girl Passed Out from the Hoist Attached to the Backpack

This is still, a NEGLECT charge!  Also W-H-Y, you should, always KEEP your young children by your sides, at ALL times, tragedy off of the Front Page Sections, translated…

The two-year-old young girl, Hsieh from Taichung, yesterday sustained a serious strangulation, she’d lost consciousness, and was rushed to the hospital, under her nanny’s care in her home, yesterday, the young child was admitted to the I.C.U. and intubated; Yeh told, that the young girl was strangled around the neck by the harness from the backpack she’d set her down by the protective child’s seat, back when it happened, she was “going to the bathrooms”, the child climbed up the protective railing, which was what caused the accident.  The police took the nanny in on negligence charges, the social services intervened to understand what exactly happened, at the same time, the social services transferred the three toddlers that Yeh was looking after.

The police investigated, that the forty-three-year-old Yeh is a licensed nanny, and took on caring for Chou’s young daughter for a little over a year to date.

Yeh told, that at eight in the morn yesterday, she’d taken a short bathroom break, put the child down inside the enclosure, and as she’d returned back, she’d found that the young girl’s neck was strangled by the strap to the backpack that’s hung on the walls; she’d immediately loosened the strap, carried the young girl down, and immediately called the emergency services.

As the paramedics arrived, the child was with no signs of life, on the way to the hospital, the emergency service workers continued performing CPR on her, and finally, her vitals returned, but it was still, weak; after the assessment of the physicians from the Lin Shin Hospital made the decisions of intubation, rushed the child to the Taidong branch of Veteran’s Memorial Hospital, after the emergency resuscitation measures were performed, the young girl started breathing, with a heart rate again, but, the toddler is in a stage four coma, severely injured, and she may have permanent brain damage.

As Chou went to the hospital alongside her young daughter, she was very emotional, and hadn’t decided to sue the nanny for negligence yet, Yeh said, “it was only for a matter of a few short moments she’d stepped away to go to the bathrooms”, she’d not expected that the child would flip herself over the enclosure, and get tied up by the straps, she felt awful over the accident.

The social services of Taichung stated, that there’s no record of the young girl being reported for child protective services, that Yeh is a certified and registered nanny, the social workers will work alongside the district attorney’s offices, as well as the police investigators, to find out the cause and effect of the injuries of the young child.

And this still just showed, that you should NEVER leave a young child alone, no matter how safe you think the environment you are in is, because, it’s not, as these cases showed, that children will get their heads, STUCK in the cookie jar, like another case I’d written up on, how that young toddler boy committed suicide by HANGING himself using the strings from the window blinds, or how that young baby girl got crushed to death, getting put down for that nap, next to the grandfather by the grandmother, and unfortunate as these cases are, they will, keep on happening, because you @#$%ING (so???) parents have absolutely NO sense!

And all of these tragedies could’ve been easily, avoided, and these young lives, spared, but they still weren’t, due to adults’, CARELESSNESS!

The Retired School Instructor Found His Way into His Friend’s Daughter’s Bedroom and Molested Her in Her Sleep

And this is still because???  Oh yeah, all you, mother FUCKERS (don’t pardon me here!) still can’t keep your DICKS inside your, FUCKING pants!  Sexual misconduct, and he did it, to the daughter of a friend too!  A SEX CRIME, by, opportunity, off of the Front Page Sections, translated…

A retired male instructor from Taoyuan gave his friend’s middle school age daughter afterschool help, but used the time that the adolescent stayed at his home during the two nights, snuck into the bedroom, and, started molesting her sexually, the young woman woke from her sleep, not known how to react, and, took a peep, and saw it was her tutor, she’d kept everything silent until she finally broken down, and told of the experiences of enduring through the sexual molestation, that she’d felt very fearful, and disgusted as it’d happened to her; and recently, the district attorney’s office charged this predatory instructor on opportune sexual molestation, asked the courts to punish him severely, based off of the laws set to protect children and adolescents.

The investigators found, that the male instructor and the mother of the adolescent met in church, and because the woman trusted the individual, that was why she’d sent her daughter into his home weekly for the tutoring sessions, in 2019, the adolescent’s mother needed to stay at the hospital with a family member, left her daughter to the tutor’s care for two days.

And the male instructor made his way into the bedroom of the teen in the middle of the nights, and put his hand down into her underwear and bras, and molested her, the adolescent woke from having been touched, not known how to react, and can only keep everything in, and yet, for the two nights that followed, the man came continually, and she was physically assaulted on her breasts and in her pubic area, more than dozens of times.

Six months later, the adolescent felt upset, and went to her school counselor’s office and disclosed to the school counselor what had happened to her, and in the company of her own family she’d gone to the police; during the interrogations, the tutor only admitted to offering the tutoring sessions, and allowed the adolescent girl to stay with him a few days and, denied ALL allegations of sexual molestation.

The adolescent accused, that when she was being molested, she was awakened, she’d closed her eyes a bit to pretend that she was still asleep, and opened her eyes for a bit, to confirm that it was her tutor who was molesting her.  The D.A. confirmed, that the defendant took the time when the victims was asleep, to molest her, that it’s opportunistic molestation by subjectivity, and objectively, he was guilty of forced molestation charges, and, based off of the principles of the laws of “knowing and doing”, the district attorney’s found that the tutor was responsible for opportune sexual molestation.

And so, this woman wrongfully trusted this man, and placed her teenage daughter in his home, and this young woman was sexually molested, by someone who goes to the same church as her own mother, and what does that tell us about those who go to church again?  Oh yeah, some of them are still, SATANS in god’s skin, masking themselves up, waiting for opportunities like these, to hurt others.

The Three Young Children Suspected of Being Left Alone on Their Own, the Birthday Celebration Became a Memorial

And this was what might have, led to the fires, off of the Front Page Sections, translated…

The fire at Zhonghwa Road Night Market took the lives of three young children under age six, based off of the city records, the Yi and Xing were both families with the records with the social services, Yi was reported as a high-risk family, the parents had left their young children at home alone, and the parents took the parenting lessons provided, and were counseled, two nights, they’d left their young children at home alone, and the tragic deaths occurred.

Yesterday was the young girl, Yi’s birthday, her father bought the presents and the cake, but his young daughter’s birthday became her date of death, it’d made him distraught.

The police and district attorneys investigated, that the twenty-nine-year-old Yi and his wife, Liu (age 27) had been married eight years, has a five-year-old son, and a three-year-old daughter, the parents worked the odds and ends jobs, and receive the low income supports from the government.

The first floor of the apartment that caught on fire was a salon owned by the fifty-three-year-old woman, Wu, the second and third floors were made into suites to rent to the low-income families.  Two years ago, Yi took out the rents of the place in the third floor, while Liu had helped out at the salon to make the extra money.

Xing (age 26) is divorces, with a five-year-old daughter, a year ago, they’d moved into the second floor suite rented out by Wu with his girlfriend, Wang (age 28), the family was also a low income household; the kids of the two families played together, and knew each other.

And so, this fire started, because the children wanted to celebrate the birthday, and the parents were still, way too, NEGLIGENT leaving their underage children alone on their own, and that’s how and this tragedy had, occurred.  This is a case of negligence that’s for sure!

The Two-Year-Old Had a Grape STUCK in His Throat, the Paramedics Weren’t able to Save His Life

And nope, unfortunately, NOBODY WAS, “CHARGED” in this, MURDER (or at least, NEGLIGENCE HOMICIDE!) here!!!  Where are your FUCKING (no, don’t pardon me!) senses, huh, you god damn, MOTHER @$%$ING RETARDED CARETAKERS, huh???  Off of the Newspapers, translated…

A two-year-old boy two evenings ago, in is maternal grandmother’s home in Hsinchu, he was having the seedless grapes, and, accidentally, choked on a grape, the families tried the Heimlich maneuver, and used a number of attempts to get the grape out, but were, unsuccessful, and they’d, rushed him to the local firehouse to get help for the child; the firefighters used the tools, gotten the grape out, then, rushed the child to the hospitals, but, the child was deoxygenated too long, and died.

The Dongyuan Hospital’s pediatrician, Lai said, as a young child chokes on food, the families can employ the Heimlich maneuver, hugging the child from behind, rolling the hands into fists, then, push the chest of the child, to attempt to get the foreign item out; for infants under age one, the “back methods” should be used, facing the infant downward, head lower than the chest, repeatedly patting the back of the infant on the scapula, then, turning the infant back front, then, use to fingers, and, pressed on the infant’s chest continually, repeat the moves, so the infant can, cough out the foreign object.

see how this kid here is holding his throat, face turning red, and all of that??? An INDICATOR that he’s CHOKING! Photo from online

Based off of understanding, the boy’s home is in Nantou, he’d gone to his maternal grandmother’s to visit of late, two nights ago, when he was eating a grape, no adults were watching him, he’d, swallowed a whole grape, and had the accident; because the grandmother’s home was in the mountains, the families attempted to resuscitate him first, and when it didn’t work, they’d, rushed him to the fire department.

By the time the child was taken to the firehouse, he’d stopped breathing, the firefighters lay the boy flat on the desk, used the tools, and, got the massive amounts of grapes, the skins out, but the child still ceased to breathe, then, the firefighters started performing CPR all the way to the Hsinchu branch of the Taipei Veteran Memorial Hospital, they got there twenty minutes later.

The E.R. doctor examined the child’s windpipe, found there to be no foreign objects, but he’d become asphyxiated too long, and he was declared dead.  The grandma couldn’t believe, that it was a grape that took her young grandson’s life, she was distraught.

Lai told, that the adults should PREVENT children from ingesting ro9und shaped, tiny food items, like soft candy, jelly, tapioca, especially, the parents should NOT allow the kids to play and eat at the same time.

And so, that, would be how, ANOTHER toddler D-I-E, because the adults had NO sense, feeding him the food items, and this still showed how LACK of education, or common sense as I call it, murdered this young kid, and, it’s still, NEGLECT, because???  Oh yeah, you should NOT be feeding your own young children these round and plump, and juicy looking food items, like the experts stated here!

The Sixth Grader Ran on the Track Field, Became a Vegetable, the School Mandated to Pay the Families

Knowing this student’s heart condition, the instructor still made him run, that’s why the school is mandated to pay!  Off of the Front Page Sections, translated…

Four years ago, a sixth grade boy with a heart condition, ran around the school track, fell down, he was rushed to the hospital, and became a vegetable, the families filed a suit toward the country, the Taichung District Court found that school needed to pay the boy’s families until he turned twenty, the amount of over $40,000N.T. per month for the medical fees, and over $20,000N.T. per month extra until he’s sixty, that the amount of over $4.36 million N.T. needed to be paid to the boy and his mother for emotional distress.

The parents told, that filing the suit against the country is to get justice for their son who’s “growing up but never waking up”, and they hoped that their son will be the last victim of the negligence of the school campuses, the school already filed for an appeal.

The verdict stated, that the boy had a congenital heart condition, isn’t fitted for hard exercises, and all his teachers knew this.

On the morning of October 20th, 2016, the homeroom instructor told the whole class to get on the track field to practice running, and the instructor stayed in the class, not gone out to keep an eye on the students, allowed the boy to run two laps, the boy started swaying left and right, limping, and started panting, turning pale, along with other symptoms that he was not will.  The homeroom instructor saw, but didn’t call the ambulance immediately, the student was carried by another instructor to the nurse’s office, where the nurse performed CPR, until the paramedics arrived.

The judge believed, that the homeroom instructor wasn’t monitoring the boy when he was running, and not paid enough attention to how he was afterwards, and as the boy passed out, she’d not called the ambulance on time, that it all fitted into negligent in care, that the school should pay for the damages on behalf of the country.

And so, because you weren’t paying enough attention to this student with a HEART condition, and you made him run the laps, that’s why you’re, responsible, for his death, and the school got sued for it, because of the teacher’s not paying enough attention to the student’s health conditions.

The Families were Totally Unaware that the Nine-Year-Old Boy Was Carried Away by the Creek and Fished Out

How CARELESS this whole family was, thankfully though, this young boy didn’t DROWN, this time!!!  Off of the Front Page Sections, translated…

The Nine-Year-Old Boy, Lin went with Six Other Members of His Family to a Barbecue by the Leopard Creek in Sanxia Two Days Ago, as He Was Trekking by the Creek, He Accidentally Fell into the Water, and Got Carried Away, He’d Floated, Struggled, Took in Water for Over Dozens of Meter Downstream, and Was Fished Out by the Red Cross Volunteers Who were There; Until the Families Were Notified by the Local Fire Department, the Boy Lifted Back to the Barbecue Site, Did They Become Aware, that He’d, Fallen into the Waters & Nearly DROWNED!

Two days ago, was summer solstice, Lin and his families went to the Leopard Creek in Sanxia to swim; at around four in the afternoon, the families were barbecuing by the creek, Lin was left unattended, playing on his own, and accidentally fell into the water.

like, this???photo from online

Lin floated downstream, and his families didn’t know it back then, the Red Cross volunteer, Lin was close by, saw Lin struggling with his arms out of water, looked like he was drowning, he’d immediately leapt into the water, and embraced the boy in his arms; and the firefighter who was on duty, keeping the safety, Chang also went up to help, used the bamboo stick for Wang to grab a hold onto, to help both the boy and Wang back to shore.

Wang told, that the child had floated about over dozens of meters downstream, that he’d not called for help because he took in too many gulps of water, and can only wave his arms, without a second thought, he’d, leapt in.  Chang told, that thankfully, the water wasn’t too rapid, that he’d found the boy in time, and if he’d floated another two meters down, he may fall from a two-meter high waterfall, and the results, unimaginable.

As the boy was rescued up, he was in shock, but was still conscious, the firefighters took him back to his families, and that was when the families learned that he’d been taken away by the rushing streams, and almost fell down the waterfall; after the firefighters warned them, they took the child to the hospital to check if he was all right.

Another three-year-old boy, Tseng was looking at some fish by the Leopard Creek two afternoons ago, and accidentally fell in, the parents cried out for help, the alert firefighters close by immediately tossed the floatation device to the child, and pulled him back to safety.

There are multiple drowning accidents by this creek every year, the fire department stated, that the temperatures are rising up higher and higher, and the people are coming to the creeks to swim by increasing numbers, that as the parents take their children to swim, they MUST keep a close eye on the children.

thank heavens, however, this particular case did not end…查看來源圖片like this!  Phoot from online

So, this is pure NEGLECT!  I mean, how the FUCK (don’t pardon me!) can you possibly NOT know that a kid from your family was missing, oh yeah, because you adults are way too busy, watching that FIRE pit of the barbecue, that you failed to pay attention to your own young, and this time, he was, lucky enough, that there were firefighters downstream, who got to him in time, and the next time?  He just not might get lucky, and you fucking (no need to pardon here!) parents still don’t got a SINGLE C-L-U-E???  Wow, are you all just, @#$%ING (maxed out!) retarded, or are you all just way too, @#$%ING, retarded here???

Traumatized, Between a Parent & a Child

The adults’ careless words that impacted a child into the adulthood years, this showed the extent of your words, and their effects in your children’s lives, translated…

When I was five, I’d always, slept, with upside down on my parents’, bed, they couldn’t understand why I’d needed to sleep with them, and, they couldn’t, get me to stop climbing in next to them in the middle of the nights, but, because I’d, adjusted my sleeping postures soon enough, they’d, allowed me to sleep with them, and they’d, forgotten this, tiny interlude of my, childhood years.

But I still remember something that upset me during this period of time.

Late one night, I suddenly woke, heard my parents in conversation, I’d not moved an inch, I’d not wanted to listen in on their conversations, just wanted to, fall back to sleep again, but, a sentence that’s stayed with me came into my ear canals, ‘if my daughter was so-and-so that would be wonderful!”

The person my parents were referring to was my older female cousin, very well-behaved, did excellent academically too, it’s only natural, that the adults, loved her so, but, am I, really, that awful?  I’d started, to cry in the darkness, until my parents finished their conversations, fell asleep, I’d, still, stayed, wide awake, shocked, at this “secret” I’d heard.

“So, mom and dad don’t love me”, this thought started, rooting itself down inside of my young mind, and after this long, even though, the vines that entangled me in were, already, cut off almost, completely, but, I couldn’t, uproot this thought one bit.

The adults may think, that children can’t understand, or that they forget easily, and sometimes, their, careless words, blurted out, had caused the traumas in your young’s mind forever.

And this is precisely W-H-Y, you FUCKING (don’t pardon me here!!!) adults need to WATCH what you say in front of your kids, because even IF you think they’re not listening, their eyes are still, watching G-O-D, with their ears, tuned IN to your words, so, DO take this into consideration, the next time you want to blurt something out, even IF you don’t mean it so seriously, your young will, take it to heart, ‘cuz that’s, what we, children, ALL do!!!

The Infant was Abandoned in the Park, the Stray Dogs Eaten it Up with Only the Skull Remaining

In the Dual-Lake Park construction area in Sanming District of Kaohsiung there were the construction workers who’d found a white package in the construction sites, as they’d opened it, they were shocked to find the corpse of an infant without the head, the police and district attorneys examined the body, suspected that the infant was eaten by the stray dogs after being abandoned by its, parents, they’re, currently, chasing the leads to identify the parents, to find if the infant was abandoned alive, or dead.

The location of where the body was found, was the back slopes of the Daping Yu First Cemetery next to a junk yard in Dingjing Alley of Sanming District in Kaohsiung, it was originally the public Ding-Jing Cemetery, but the city government had, relocated the cemetery, currently, the location is under construction of the greener park projects.

At around 1:30 in the afternoon yesterday, the contractors of the park started working, they’d discovered  small white package on the lawns, the workers went over, opened it up, found a tiny head with the face chewed off, they’d, immediately, notified the police.

As the police arrived, they’d, immediately, sealed up the site, the police found, that the infant head was wrapped in white tarp, inside the white tarp, there was also, a cardboard box, and around the 100 meter radius of where the box was found, were the scattered pieces of bone, they’d suspected that they may be from the infant.

The workers who’d discovered the infant head told, they’d stopped working for two, three days on end, that they’d discovered the package of white cloth, and because a woman often come to feed the stray dogs, there were, the gathering of, about eight stray dogs, the police suspected that the infant’s body was chewed up by the stray dogs, leaving the blood stains on the white cloth.

The Kaohsiung District Attorneys came with the coroners to examine the body, and, found, that the diameter of the skull was, only a little over ten centimeters, they suspected that the infant was, only a few days old, but, they couldn’t tell the sex, because there were the irregular lacerations of the skins on the neck area, and suspected that after the infant was abandoned, it’d been chewed up by the stray dogs already.

And so, we have, a Baby Doe, and, the way this infant got chewed up by the strays, was too awful, because its (as the sex is still, undetermined???) parents couldn’t, take responsibilities for it, and maybe, Baby Doe was a stillborn, maybe it wasn’t, nobody knows for right now!

The One-Month-Old Infant Boy Died Sleeping on His Abdomen of Asphyxia, the Nanny Charged

Hello, where the !@#$ is your SENSES, huh, an infant that young can’t turn himself over!!!  Off of the Front Page Sections, translated…

The little over a month old young infant boy, Tsai, after only four days of being taken to his nanny’s he’d died of asphyxia from sleeping on his abdomen, he was rushed to the hospital, but still died, the parents of the young baby cried like hell, suspected that the nanny had, left their young son in the room sleeping on his own.  The Social Services of Kaohsiung found, that Kuo the nanny was certified, but, she’d taken in too many infants under ages of two, they will be, retracting her license of operating a public nursery.

The D.A. and police’s preliminary investigations found, that after the infant boy was born, he’d stayed in the hospital with his mother for the afterbirth month-long recovery, as he got home, five days ago, he was, sent to the nanny, Kuo (age 38), two nights ago, Kuo left the infant boy alone as he slept in the bedrooms, half an hour later, the nanny went in, to check on the baby, he’d, stopped, breathing, she’d, immediately performed CPR, and after she’d, rushed him to the Kaohsiung Hospital, he’d still, died.

The police charged the woman with negligence causing death, and, sent the nanny, Kuo to the district attorney’s office, yesterday the district attorneys had, autopsied the infant boy, found him to not have any external injuries, suspected that the cause of death was asphyxia, they will be conducting an autopsy, to confirm his cause of death on another day.  After the nanny, Kuo was interrogated, she’d blamed herself, cried hard, not said a single word, the district attorney sent her home after they’d interrogated her.  The parents of the young infant boy held each other and cried as the D.A. told them the cause of their son’s death.

The couple, the Tsais owned and operated a betel nut stand in Kaohsiung, the infant male who’d died was their secondborn, they have a son of a little over a year old, because there’s not enough space at their original residence, they’d, bought a second home in the city, they were on the way to move into a new home.

The infant’s father stated, that his son was born not too long ago, for the move, he and his wife bought the furniture for their new home, then, found the nanny through FB who’s, certified, but, the nanny left their son alone in the room to sleep on his own, on his abdomen, causing their son to die of asphyxia, as they’d heard the news, they’d both become, “dumbfounded”.  The grandfather of the infant boy was distraught told the press, that he never got a chance to hold his grandson in his arms, and he’d, died.

The Social Services Department in Kaohsiung pointed out, that based off of the regulations, the nanny Kuo, can only take in two infants under age two but she’d, taken in two infants under age two, and a toddler over two, and on the eleventh, someone asked her, to take in another young child, she’d, taken in more children than she was, supposed to, they will retract her certification for daycare, and issue a fine of $6,000 N.T. to $30,000N.T. based off of the law.  The Social Services already transferred the other infants and toddlers that Kuo had taken on to another nanny now, and called out to the public, that infants should be placed down for their naps on their sides or their backs.

So, in a moment of carelessness, this young infant boy still, D-I-E-D, and this nanny shouldn’t have, taken over the limit of number of young children she was supposed to, and now, she’s charged with negligence homicide, or manslaughter, and this should’ve, NEVER happened, but it still, did, so, what does that tell you, about the nannies who are, certified???  That if you’re not careful, it does NOT matter IF you’re, certified, accidents still, happen, too easily!
