A Young Boy Publicly Humiliated a Female Instructor, the Parents Mandated to Pay $35,000N.T.

The verbal insults that this sixth grade kid blurted out toward his teacher, in front of the whole class, humiliating her, made her lose authority over the entire class, and the punishment for the parents and the child was only $35,000N.T.s, only, a SLAP on the wrist!  The punishment still does NOT fit the CRIMES here!  Off of the Front Page Sections, translated…

A sixth grade boy in class, used profanity to mock his school instructor, causing the other students to chime in, the female instructor felt that her dignity as a school instructor had been, damaged, sued the boy’s parents for two hundred thousand dollars N.T., the Taipei District Court mandated that the child and his parents needed to pay the instructor $35,000N.T.s.

The female instructor accused, that one day in class, the male student publicly insulted her in front of close to thirty students, stating, “You had been, @$#%ED”, it’d, damaged her character, and his behaviors had, impacted her authority in the classroom as well, and as the student’s parents, being his legal guardian, the adults should also pay for it collaterally, and sued the parents for $200,000N.T.s.

The child’s parents rebutted, that based off of the other students’ and the homeroom instructor’s testimony, the classroom was in chaos, and some of the students didn’t hear the insults, and they were student and teacher, the female instructor, after the fact, should’ve, counseled their son, and using the means of gender equality education, instead of filing for the claims against their son and them in court, asked that the courts tossed back her, requests.

The courts reviewed over the voice recording of the time, found that she was instructing the class, the other students heard the boy stated, “You got @#$%ED!”, then immediately burst into, laughter, the female instructor scolded the boy for using profanity, with the other students getting louder, laughing, and joking, and claimed, “the teacher got shot”, “the one that ejaculated”, and in the process, many of the students were bursting out in laughter, getting rowdy and raucous.

The courts found, that the boy had, used the bad words, which had been heard by the other students, which caused the rest of the class to join in, to continually, using the same insulting words to mock the instructor; the boy was already in the higher grades in the elementary years, he was well aware of how the terms he used, had the sexual overtones, and were, sexist, the courts affirmed, that the female instructor’s reputation had been, damaged.

The courts found, that the boy showed disrespect over the instructor’s professionalism in teaching, used the sexist slurs to embarrass the female instructor, that he was, improper, and his parents, after knowing, did NOT restrict him in the uses of his words, it was, improper of them too, considering how the boy was in the sixth grade, wasn’t fully developed in his impulse control yet, the first trial in the simplified courts found the boy and his parents must pay the instructor a total of $35,000N.T.s.

The female instructor, the boy and the parents all fought for the appeals, the Taipei District Court Collectivist Cour believed, that the ruling of the first was proper, tossed back the appeals for both sides.

And, because, this is how it is, the students can, INSULT the instructors, using SEXIST remarks, and this is still due to the education at home, because the parents allowed for this bad behaviors to happen, because the parents spoke in sexist terms to each other, and people they interact with regularly, that’s how these children are, picking it up, because children will, always model after their adult counterparts, and when things like this happens, the parents DESERVED to get punished by law for “teaching”  their kid to INSULT his female instructor using SEXIST remarks!

More than Seven Hundred Protesting Students Arrested for Supporting the Palestinians Across the Universities of the U.S. to Date

These students were, merely, protesting for a CAUSE, the CAUSE for the Palestinians, setting up their own independently governing, body, and they were taken into custody by the police, in the “FREE” world!  How do you think this looks, for the Freedom of the Assembly (a First Amendment Right!) here, huh???  Observations off of the Front Page Sections, translated…

There’d Been More than Eighty Universities with the Anti-War Protests to Date Across the U.S.

The Palestinian Supportive gatherings of the university campuses across the U.S. isn’t halted yet, since the New York Police Department went into Columbia University to clear the campus of gathering protesters, there’d been, a total of more than seven hundred protesters across the university campuses in the U.S. who’d been, taken into police custody.  The New York Times reported, on the twenty-seventh alone, there were, over two hundred protesters arrested in Northeastern University of Boston, Arizona State, University of Indiana, and the Washington University of St. Louis, Missouri.

The New York Times estimated, that since the arrests had been made in Columbia University on the seventeenth, to date, there were a total of eight universities, colleges with the protests to support the Palestinians, and of these, there were protesters getting arrested in nineteen schools.  In a couple of the cases where the campuses were cleared, the protesters taken into custody had already been, released.

The arrests made in Northeaster University in Boston was the second clearing of the campus grounds in Boston.  Early in the morn on the 25^th, the police arrested a total of 118 protesting students in the Emerson College in Boston.

The protesters camped out on the lawn on campus of Northeastern University, the school asked them to leave awhile back, but many students refused to.  By light on the twenty-seventh, the Massachusetts State Police came to the campsite to arrest the protesters, other than using the drawstrings to tie up the hands of protesters, they’d also, taken down a couple of tents too, there’d been a total of 102 students who were arrested.  The school stated, the students only need to show their student I.D.s upon being taken in, they would immediately be released.

And so, this, is HOW the exercising their FREEDOM of ASSEMBLY got, terminated, these students were merely, UNVIOLENTLY protesting AGAINST U.S.’s position in the Israeli-Palestinian “conflict”, then, they all got, ROUNDED up, taken into custody, and the school stated that it’s to KEEP things from, going out of control?  I’m more than certain, that these students did NOT bring out the handguns, the cannons, or even those, HOMEMADE BOMBS to these protesting sites, and they got, arrested, for EXERCISING their RIGHTS to ASSEMBLY!  And in the end, the police stated, that it was only for the sake of “crowd control” that these students were, taken into custody, and they’d all been, released, “back into the wild” again?

What the FUCK is that, huh???  Another CASE of how the FIRST AMENDMENT does NOT apply in the U.S. here, I’m afraid…

The Honorable Newspaper Deliverywoman

On work ethics, and there’s NO jobs that are, too, small or unimportant…translated…

I’d been a paid subscriber of the United Daily News for more than two decades, that honorable delivery person, when from a young girl, to an, aging, woman, from getting married to having her own daughter, and her daughter, having a son, she still, kept up with the newspaper delivery job.  My respect for her is genuine, she became more like a friend to me, for over twenty years, we’d met up every single, day, even as the pandemic began.

She’d told me before, that delivering the papers is nothing simple, no matter the weather, she’d had to get up early in the morn, tying the papers up by the bundles, sorting them, then, placing the papers into the designated subscribers’ mailboxes.  And she only has four days off for around the Chinese New Year’s, and, a lot of people can’t stand this work that required them to wake up bright and early, with almost NO days off in the year, within a few days of signing on, then they’d all, escaped.

Take my house for instant, at eight sharp, the paper is here, I’d returned for my morning run, began sweeping off the fallen leaves in my yard, she’d come.  Sometimes when it’d rained, worrying that the papers might get wet, she’d wrapped them up with a plastic bag, then, tossed the papers in; because she is extremely skilled in throwing the papers in, they’d always landed right, on my front steps.  Sometimes, I’d, not seen the papers, and called her to inquire, and she’d told me to “look under your car, or over  the cloth racks”, and certainly, I’d found, although, there were, so many subscribers, she’s, always correct in answering the people’s, inquiries, she has excellent, memory.

When her daughter married, she’d especially called all the subscribers, letting us know, that the paper would come a little bit late on the day.  I’d told her to not bring it by, if she’s too busy, that she could deliver it to me the following day, but she’d still, delivered the paper to me on her daughter’s, wedding day.  There were a couple of times she’d been injured in the car wrecks, and tried finding someone else to deliver the papers on her behalf, and one time, it was the owner of the papers who’d come to assist in the deliveries, and he’d told me, “I can’t not come, the deliverywoman is more nervous than I am!”

And, where can we find this sort of a newspaper delivery person with this strong a work ethics these days?

And so, for this woman, this is, no longer, a job, but she’d made it into a sort of a calling.  This is a really simple and small work, and yet, this woman takes her work so seriously, and that is, commendable, and if all the employees can have HALF of this woman’s work ethics, then I imagine, that the enterprises, the corporations, will all be, flourishing.

An Unemployed Man Abused His Own Son to Death, His Wife Inquired About it, and Got Her Teeth Knocked Out

A VIOLENT man, with the PRIORS of PHYSICAL abuse, can’t control his temper, lost his job, and everything combined, turned into, MURDER and DOMESTIC, violence…off of the Front Page Sections, translated…

The twenty-two-year-old unemployed man, Feng became a stay-at-home dad, because his three-months-old young son started getting fussy, he’d become impatient, beaten the infant until he’d sustained brain injury, until he saw his son’s lips turned purple, did he then realize, that he’d done something awful, the infant was then rushed to the hospital, on ECMO, and resuscitated for a month and a half, and, pronounced dead, the Taichung D.A.’s Office charged Feng on domestic violence manslaughter, the case will be tried by a jury.

The investigation found, that on December 10^th, 2023, Feng in his home in the eastside of Taichung, became impatient of his own young son’s continual cries, lost control, started beating his young son’s face, head, to slamming the infant, causing the infant to sustain brain damage from the external traumas, subdural hematoma of his visual cortex, and he’d not stopped abusing the infant until he’d, stopped, crying.

The infant was beaten to nose bleed, and Feng took a few tissues and wiped the blood from the infant’s nose, until early in the evening, as he saw his son’s corner of the lips turned purple, unresponsive, then he’d notified his own wife, Lai emergently, then Lai called the emergency services, but before the infant boy got to the hospital, he’d, stopped breathing, showed no signs of life.

Although the hospital put the infant on ECMO, and got his vital signs back, the infant was in a coma, after a little over a month in the hospital, the family decided to take him off of life support this year on January 26^th, and the infant died from the brain injuries, and encephalitis.

The district attorney also discovered, that after Feng beaten his own young son to injury, as Lai asked him what happened, they’d started verbally altercating, when he’d, physically abused his own wife, broken her front teeth, causing her to sustain contusions on her face and nose.

As Feng was taken into custody, he’d denied the allegations of abuse on his own young son, claimed that his son accidentally bumped his head into the steering wheel while he was driving, then changed his statement that he was carrying the infant, accidentally fell, and he’d, injured his own young, but the D.A. compared the testimonies and the autopsy report, not believed him.

And so, this is awful, how after this man abused his own young son to death, he’d, evaded responsibility too.  He’d, ABUSED his wife as she’d inquired him on the abuse of their, young too.  This LOSER needs to get charged with MURDER and DOMESTIC violence, and gets LOCKED away for fifty-plus years, and it still won’t be “just” enough, because he’d, MURDERED his own young son by abuse!

Some of the Court Justices Interpreted the Selling of Sexually-Illicit Footages & Photos as “It’s Not that Big a Deal”, there Should be a Higher Level of Cognition in the Enforcing of the Laws

This is still due to DESENSITIZATION…and that’s why, there are, still a growing number of victims, DESPITE there are now, laws set up, to stop these sorts of things!!!  Off of the Front Page Sections, translated…

The Taichung D.A.’s Office relied on a letter, and it took them two years to finally CRACK the case of the “SCP Forum” on Telegram, selling the sexual images of underage adolescent girls, and after analyzing the data, there were a total of eighty-six adolescent females who were victims, the youngest being only nine, a lot of the victims were enticed by the benefits, and shot sexually illicit images of themselves, to the point of being forced to eat disgusting things, and had words carved into their bosoms, this case was compared to the “N Room” case, as the district attorney ordered the arrest of the primary suspect, the courts tossed the requests of the D.A.’s office on that it’s not Taichung’s jurisdiction, but the district attorneys fought hard for it, and finally, the suspects were, taken into, custody.

The selling and purchasing of sexually-illicit images or footages of children and adolescent is filed under “pure cybercrimes”, with the perps, the victims all over Taiwan, and they’re cases relating to women and children mostly, in the lacking of efficacy, there’s the reduced willingness for the police forces to put in the time and energies.  It’s quite difficult, for the head investigators, the prosecutors’ office to find the needed support, it’d become, mission impossible, to find and arrest all who are responsible for the cross-platform buying and selling of sexual images, videos of children and adolescents.

And so, because there’s a LOW rate of catching the perps, because they’re all over the place, on the INTERNET, low rate of successful prosecution of the cases, as a lot of the victims don’t want to relive the traumas again, and, there’s also, a lot of the court justices who’d believed, “it’s NOT that big a deal”, that’s why, these crimes are now, flourishing, we need to see this not as some misdemeanors but as CRIMINAL charges, because they ARE!

The Suppressing of Pains Long-Term Turned Traumatic, the Justice Systems Only Offered Slaps on the Wrists for the Perps, Most of the Victims Made to Re-Experience the Traumas

The need for a safe environment, to disclose, to tell what happened to them personally, is needed, but unfortunately, the society isn’t, as, kind, so the victims of these crimes, will, continue to, suffer…off of the Front Page Sections, translated…

There’d been one right after another and other cases of children and adolescents’ sexually illicit videos gone viral of late, the victims are traumatized psychologically, lived their days on eggshells, the assistant director of the Taoyuan Psychiatric Unit, Lee pointed out, the victims who’d been traumatized like this, normally responded by exerting signs of anxiety, depression, a distrust of the world around them.  Lin, the certified counselor told, that most of the victims hid their traumas too deeply inside, the justice department’s giving the perps slaps on the wrists, hurts the victims even more.

“So of the victims who’d gotten their sexually illicit footages secretly filmed and posted online, these footages may still be online to this, very day!”, Lee pointed out, these victims suffer from a greater psychological impact than the those who’d been sexually assaulted in the past, from before, there’d only been a limited handful of those who’d watched the footages, and causing the victims the pressures; and now, the images and videos get passed around on the social media, to the point of getting posted like the online pop-up ads, or maybe, the pornographic sites got hacked, and the personal data passed online, causing the individuals’ personal lives being, impacted too.

“In another country, maybe someone can recognize a victims!”, Lee pointed out, compared to the past, the images that were recorded without consent, is carrying an everlasting effect, not only would the privacy of the victims get invaded, the traumas for the victims are, unimaginable to the ordinary persons.

Lin told that most victims would experience the acute symptoms of posttraumatic stress, feeling unclean, with the repeated nightmares, blaming oneself, or hating oneself, without the needed social support, the victims may suffer from long-term effects of PTSD.

Lin pointed out, most of the victims buried their pains too deeply, if they don’t speak out about the pains, or deal with the traumas, the individuals may start fearing intimacy, to the point of their personalities start distorting, and, most of the society, the members of the society’s fearing the discussions or the encounters of these experiences, not known how to handle, the justice systems, only giving the perps slaps on the wrists, it’s, another brand new forms of, emotionally assaulting the victims.

Lin said, to help these victims get away from the nightmares, there’s a need to create a safe environment for them to heal from their traumas in, step by step, by telling the experiences, to help heal their injured selves, and this requires the entire society to work together on.

This showed, the importance of a strong social support systems for the victims of these, heinous crimes, and unfortunately, because most of the society still gets into the automated mode of blaming the victims, even IF it’s the PERPS who are to blame, but that’s how the mentality works, that makes the healing process, that much more difficult than it should be.

She Was Filmed at Age Nine, & Had Been Trying to Get the Sexual Footages of Herself Off the Shelves Since, had a Total Melt Down as She Couldn’t Get Any Assistance in Getting the Footages Off: What Happens to My Life Now

“What’s going to happen to the rest of my life now?  Can’t you get my videos taken off?”, an adolescent female whose sexually illicit video got sold online, cried to the police for help; in the investigation of the case, the district attorneys, the police found, that the adolescent was filmed without consent when she was only nine, and the footages are still, getting passed online, and they continued to get passed around, the adolescent had been under enormous psychological stresses over the years, she’s, almost at the point of breaking down completely, a lot of the victims couldn’t find the help they needed, and those who’d purchased the sexually illicit footages don’t know how their buying the footages had, damaged the victims.

The D.A. who’d cracked the case of “Taiwanese N Room”, Chen during the investigation period, he’d travelled across Taiwan, and interviewed a total of eighty-six adolescent girls who’d been, victimized, she saw all of these victims suffering from long-term trauma, other than telling them, “I caught the perp who did this to you”, hoping to take away their pains, also, hoping that the society can start, viewing the sexploitation of children and adolescents as a serious crime, to NOT let the sexual footages spread faster online.

Based off of understanding, the “Creative Private Rooms” that Mickey Huang had purchase pornographic footages off of had existed a long time, using the various videos of voyeuristic filming without the victims’ consent, then, it’d grown into the “SCP Forum” on Instagram, with Pan the primary suspect creating the image centers of female minors sexually-illicit videos, Chen the accomplice called himself the “Headmaster of Sex Trade Forum in Taiwan”, threatened, enticed the teenage female victims to make selfies of themselves doing sick things.

“I can only save one at a time!”, Chen told, the busted SCP forum had a total of at least eighty-six adolescent females and girls who were victimized, considering how they were all underage, still in school, the individual counties and cities Women & Children’s Squad contacted the victims individually, then, she’d gone to interview every one the details of what had happened to them.

Most of the adolescent girls, the young girls had been traumatized many years to date, to the point of, not being able to disclose what had happened to them verbally, Chen told the individuals, “the people who did this to you are already caught”, using this to encourage them to bravely tell their parents, to get the support to heal back up from their families.  There were the mothers of victims who couldn’t get help anywhere, when the district attorney came to them to tell them that she’d arrested the perps, the mothers cried, “Finally, someone had come to, save my daughter!”

Based off of understanding, the victims fall in the middle and high school ages, the youngest was nine when it’d happened.  during the police interviews, the victims were traumatized to crying really hard, kept stating, “what’ll happen to my life now?  Is there any way, you can get the videos taken off the internet?”

Chen said, from the examples of the foreign cases, if the police department, the district attorney’s offices can start up a database of the sexual images and footages of children and adolescents, and analyze the confiscated footages and videos, to trace back to the perps who’d produced these videos, to find out who’d spread it online, then, maybe, they can cross compare and positively identify the victims, and they will better understand, why some of the teenage girls’ keep on getting found repeatedly online.

And so, this is an effort the law enforcement had made, in tracking down, and cracking the cases of sex videos gone viral online of the underage minors, and, the traumas that these young girls are suffering, will never end, because there will always be the files online, because EVERYTHING you post online is permanent, and, because you were way too young, way too easily enticed, that’s why you’re, victimized.

The Hardest of Counseling the At-Risk Students is the Lack of Understanding of the Parents

How this problem is going to, expand, into the workforces, if these students don’t get the help they are in need of, once they’re adults, chances are, they won’t be willing to get into  treatment programs that will actually, help them become better adapted into the society, and we will have, loose time bombs, everywhere, that’s going to go, B-O-O-M, regularly…off of the Front Page Sections, translated…

Have started the plans the “Three Leveled Counseling” for many years, Taiwan is ahead in Asia in Asian countries, and yet, there are still the cases of the at-risk students in Hsinbei neck slashing case, the Keelung three-on-one beating occurring.  It’d made the society question the efficacy of these, counseling means.

Th current three-level counseling system, the homeroom instructors who are at the frontlines of this, had enormous pressures on them.  Although, with their observations, they can note many “signals”, but, currently, the system zooms in on the middle and high school levels.  Certainly, this is the teenage rebellion age, the students are easily influenced by their peers, and easily fallen to temptation from the outside, once they’d gone astray, it may be next to impossible to set them back on the right tracks, again; and yet, with the age getting older, the compounding factors of school, work, economics, peers, social interactions, etc., etc., etc., the pressures grows, with the school instructors, counselors, faced with, an even harder to tackle problems in counseling.

I’d worked as a primary instructor for the technical university for close to three decades, I continued carrying the mindset of respect, trust, and empathy toward my students, listening to their problems, to help them find a way to resolve, and I’d, also felt cheated, for being too involved, and after the students’ lies were busted, the losses of money is small, what’s more difficult to deal with, was the oppositions between the students and instructors, and the parents’ misunderstandings.

And, there were the two female students who started developing the homosexual attraction to each other that their parents are against, one of them was the weaker, the other more possessive same sex partner always gets jealous, if the student is friends with those of the same sex, or gotten acquainted with members of the opposite sex, the misunderstandings, the upsets caused the girl to attempt suicide by leaping off of the building at school, but was caught by her roommate, her life didn’t get, lost.

There is also a female student from parents who were divorced, and remarried separately, who’d had to manage everything for school, student loans, boarding, meal plans, by part-timing herself, and had to deal with her mother who’d just had a child, who’d constantly asked her for money.  And she was forced to work as a waitress at a night club, and, gotten off work in the midnight hours, and, in a few short hours, she’d had to get back up for her schools, and naturally, she’d, missed on hundred of, lecture sessions.

All of these cases, are the ones that came to disclose their situations, as I’d found that something was not quite right with them on their own, while, some don’t even, trust the counselors.  And, if I’d wanted to refer them to a second, or a third level counseling service referral, I’d had to, get consent from them.  The university students are already, adults, so things we can’t help them on, and, we can’t, do, anything, for, them.

There were 215,000 younger generations who were on anti-depressants in 2020, “psychological illnesses” are getting younger and younger at onset, and, it’s usually, hard to tell from looking.  These individuals, no matter if they’re in school, or in the workforce, they all needed assistance and the shows of care and concerns.  Is the current system of counseling, up to standard for the needs of these, persons?

If you aren’t aware enough, that you are mentally ill, then, chances are, you can’t get the assistance you need, and, most people, due to the general taboos of the realms of being labeled as “mentally ill”, “on anti-psychotic medication”, that’s why, the adult population are less likely to seek out the assistance they needed, and, this will cause the workforce to become, unstable, because, you don’t know if you’re working with someone who’s, mentally troubled, who must might, take a gun to work, and start, shooting everybody who was there at the office one day…

The Retired Serviceman Seduced the Servicemen to Spy for Communist China, Sentenced to Two and a Half Years

The artillery unit private first class, Dai, who’d been retired, three years ago when to Zhuhai, China to work, was absorbed by the local army intel agency, and, paid by the case, he’d returned to Taiwan, to entice the currently serving military members to collect the military intel, Dai attempted to absorb two currently enlisted military servicemen, to start an organization but failed, was indicted on espionage by the D.A.’s office; the Tainan High Subsidiary Court found him guilty on breaking national security laws, sentenced Dai to two years six months.

The D.A. investigated, Dai was enlisted in February of 2007, he’d started serving the voluntary terms, in March, he’d gone to the Artillery Unit of the Marines to train, worked as an artillery, retired from the services in 2011, on the same year, he went to China, met a government intelligence agent called “Budweiser” in Guangdong.

As the man learned of Dai’s background, he’d offered him a very high payment plan, used the money to entice Dai to return back to Taiwan, to set up the communist spy units to prod, to collect the military classified data, and the plan zoomed in on the currently active servicemembers in the military.

Based off of understanding, Dai paid the intel by the cases given to him, enticed the currently enlisted, to collect the military classified data, with Dai, handing off the classified information to China, then, sent it up the chain of command in the Chinese military to evaluate, and, based off the grade of the data, that was how high or low the intel was worth.  Dai tried to get two currently enlisted military men, Yang and Tsai as his providers, but they’d told him they wouldn’t commit treason.

So, can you imagine, how easy it is, for the classified information from the military to get sold to the enemies, money is still a tool that’s used here, and nobody can turn down the offers of the huge sums, that, is how cheap morality is worth these days, and, this makes this country even more dangerous, because, we do NOT know, which of the military servicemembers, are going to, SELL military classified information to the HIGHEST bidder, and in this case, the highest bidder would be CHINA, NOT, Satan!
