From the Inside of Harvard: Asian Students Found to be Discriminated Against

Racism, found in one of the MOST prestigious schools in the U.S., and you still think that there’s NO problem in this world that we’re currently residing in??? Is someone IN DENIAL or what??? From the Front Page Sections, translated…

The Harvard University was accused of discriminating against Asian students, based off of the documents turned in by the S.F.F.A. provided to the courts by the students, the Asian American students’ “personality characters” received a consistent lower marking, and thus, the rate of admittance were, lowered, had it not been so, the number of Asian students in Harvard would be, doubled, and reach forty-three percent.

S.F.F.A. accused Harvard for systematically discriminating against Asian students, that it was, against the civil rights laws. The S.F.F.A. claimed, that in admissions, Harvard used a “balancing of the races” method, causing there to be a lowered number of Asian students getting accepted, and allowing more whites, African Americans, and Latin Americans who aren’t as qualified to get in.

The New York Times reported, that the analyses by the S.F.F.A. showed, that on “positive characteristics”, including personable, courage, friendliness and “gaining a wider spectrum of respect”, the Asian applicants always scored lower than the other students who’d applied.

The Asian students performed exemplary in the areas of academia, tests, and extracurricular activities compared to the other races of students, but because of the Asian students’ “positive characteristics” being lowered, thus, it’d, reduced their chances of getting accepted into the school.

Harvard had denied the allegations on the fifteenth, stated that the analyses conducted by statisticians of the school showed NO such tendencies; during these past few weeks, Harvard had tried to prevent the related reports from leaking out.

And, if this is true, then, it only showed, how RACIST one of the most prestigious university in the U.S. is, and, maybe, the heads of the departments are rationalizing how they’re only, trying to give equal opportunities to ALL the students of ALL the races, but this is racial profiling, and it’s, happening right now, in 2018!

“If You Don’t Pay, I Shall Take You into Custody”, the Officer Who Took the Bribes Was Indicted, the D.A. Suggested Probation for Him

Police, extorting a drunk driver, because he was annoyed, and thought hey, maybe, I can, make a little extra cash on the “side” with money as the sources of ALL crimes here, isn’t it??? From the Front Page Sections, translated…

A rookie officer from the city of Hsinbei, Lin, last year in June, he’d, arrested a drunk man illegally, afterwards, he’d, let the man go free on his own, and, used the opportunity of his involvement in a case, and extorted $200,000N.T. from the defendant, and the man turned him in for it, yesterday the district attorney’s offices of Hsinbei indicted him on embezzlement and some other charges.

During the time of the district attorney’s office’s investigations, Lin admitted to his crimes, and turned in all the money he’d received, and the D.A. asked the courts to consider, that Lin had a good attitude after he was caught, and that if he made a confession in his trial, then, he would get only probation.

The indictment pointed out, that officer Lin, had been working in the Sinchuang Police Substation of Hsinbei City after he’d graduated from the police academy since 2015, on his shift on June 22^nd of last year in the midnight hours, he received repeated calls from Chou, who got drunk, turning in the parking violations; and because he’d gone to and from multiple times, he was angered, and in Chou’s not breaking any laws, he’d not read Chou his miranda rights, just, cuffed him.

Although Lin arrested Chou on obstruction of social order, and defamation charges, but he’d not gone by the law, instead, he’d, given him a lift home in the squad car, and after Chou sobered up, he was called into the substation, and extorted.

The D.A. investigated and found, that Lin threw down a stack of records of Chou’s arrests and offenses, and told him straight, “$20,000N.T.s, or I will charge you!” and said, “if you don’t want to pay, how would you want to handle this?”, they’d started bartering, and in the end, the price was reduced to just $20,000, which was wired into Lin’s bank account.

And so, this would be, the ABUSE of power, and, because the officer got annoyed by how this man kept calling the station, and he drove the man home, waited until he was sobered up, then, EXTORTED him, and being a rookie in the force, still does NOT excuse his bad behaviors, and this is a man, who’s supposed to SERVE as a better example, of following the LAWS, and he’d, broken the laws!
