In Two-and-a-Half Years, He Managed to Abuse Two Young Infants to Death, the Father Was Given a Severe Sentence of Fourteen Years

The couple, Huang were taken into custody for abusing their two-months-old youngest daughter to death, the D.A. followed the leads, and found, that their second born son, was shaken hard by Huang, to death as well, back then, the infant boy wasn’t yet three months of age.  The Chiayi D.A.’s office prosecuted the couple on two counts of manslaughter charges, sentenced Huang to fourteen years, Ting, his wife, was found to have allowed him to abuse their youngest daughter, found guilty of abandonment causing death, and sentenced to seven years two months.

Huang (age 34, currently in custody) and his wife, Ting (age 23) went to court to hear the verdict, as the judge told them of their sentence, and that they could appeal, Ting replied loudly, “okay!”, while Huang only, nodded.  Ting was accompanied out of court by her families, and, at the press conference, the reporters asked her how she felt, she’d not said a word, just left.

The judge found, that when Ting was underage, she married Huang and had their eldest daughter and eldest son, Huang became the sole economic provider of the household; in February of 2017, Huang started shaking their not-yet-three-months-old infant eldest son, and, allowed their son to ram his head into the frames of the bathroom doors, after he was rushed to the hospital, the hospital diagnosed him as multiple organ failure due to abuse, he’d suffered a subdural hematoma, died.

Afterward, Huang moved his family from Taoyuan to Chiayi.  Last October, because of the stresses from life, he’d gotten annoyed at his two-months-old young secondborn daughter’s crying, he’d, beaten the infant girl’s head repeatedly, used the hangers, the blunt objects to abuse her, strangled her neck using a towel, and used the objects that weren’t too sharp, to cut his own young child.

Although Huang’s wife attempted to stop him each and every time from hurting their secondborn daughter, after she’d found her child to not have an appetite after being abused, she’d still spoken on his behalf, that he’d been under a ton of pressure, that he wouldn’t, hurt the children again, and that she couldn’t, take care of her own young if she were to get divorced, that she might want to, leave her own young behind, that was the excuse she used, to justify how she didn’t, take her second-born daughter to the hospital, which caused the child to die in turn.

And, this woman was just making excuse for herself, and her husband, for abusing their children, for NOT taking her own infant child to the hospital to be treated after her husband abused her, and, they’re, BOTH guilty, of murder!
