The Trump administration is weighing a substantial shift in its cyberstrategy, including by enlisting private companies to assist with offensive cyberattacks, according to four former senior U.S. officials familiar with the administration’s thinking.
The proposals have been included in drafts of the administration’s coming National Cybersecurity Strategy, which will set out general priorities and be accompanied by a plan to carry out the policies, said the former officials, who spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss a document that was not yet public.
The government can currently contract private companies to develop elements of its cyberoperations. But the initiative would drastically expand the role of private companies in cyberwarfare, raising a host of questions about the legality and practicality of their involvement.

Under the law, private companies are prohibited from conducting offensive campaign s online, which can range from the breach that paralyzed Britain’s largest carmaker to persistent assaults targeting an opponent.
Changing the law to permit private companied to execute offensive cyberattacks would require congressional approval. In the past, representatives in Congress have proposed legislation that would do just that. Recently, those proposals have reemerged. Some lawmakers have called for private companies to be allowed to “hack back” when they come under attack.
But the measures raise the specter of U.S.-approved piracy in cyberspace, said Lieutenant General Charles Moore Jr., a retired deputy commander of the U.S. Cyber Command and an author of a recent report about the role private companies could play in U.S. cyberoperations.
Moore and his co-author, Brett Goldstein, a cybersecurity expert who held senior positions in the Defense Department pointed to those potential complications in their report, published by Vanderbilt University’s Institute of National Security.
Without Cyber Command overseeing all operations, Moore said, “you’re going to have actions that take place by private companies against nation-states that believe that was the formal position of the United States, and now you see escalation, and potentially even kinetic conflict come of that. You’re going to see chaos.”
And this, is how privatizing these national defense strategies will do, it will, cause CHAOS, because it’s not on a unified level of agreement by a higher up government agency, like the D.o.D. We’re a quarter past the twenty-first century now, the international conditions are now, completely, unstable, especially the Korean Peninsula, between South Korea, North Korea and the U.S., they are getting on one another’s nerves more now. North Korea in combating this, hastened its nuclear weapon development and tested out the missiles more and more frequently now, the U.S. had developed the Homeland Ballistic Missile Defense to prepare itself toward possible conflict with North Korea, causing tensions and upsets between North Korea, China and Russia, and these countries, started, pressuring South Korea in return. In 2016, the U.S. began negotiating with South Korea, and South Korea agreed to set up the Terminal High Altitude Area Defense as a defense against North Korea, back then, it was agreed, that South Korea would put up the territories for the building of the defense base, with U.S. providing South Korea with the missiles.
But many years later, U.S. demanded that South Korea import ten THAD systems, and demanded a payment of one billion U.S. dollars, and naturally, South Korea wouldn’t agree to it, and so, South Korea can only publicize the contract that was already signed, which upset the U.S.; after many negotiations, the U.S. settled for setting up the defenses in the U.S. military bases in South Korea first, with four sets of THAD temporarily, left in the central territories in South Korea, and didn’t explain what happened to the other missile defense systems. As for the problems of payments, still undisclosed. This is the most serious conflict between South Korea and U.S. to date, president Park had lost the support and understanding of the U.S. because of it, also lost the understanding and collaborations of Russia and China, with all the factors considered, Park was ultimately, impeached by the Korean Parliament, and ousted from office.

On this, very morning, I took my three children, from Dallas, to the neighbor city of Owen for their piano lessons. The two cities are a twenty-minute drive, but the weekly trip still made me, nervous; the freeways are too complex, too, intricate, if I lose my focus, I can easily miss the exit ramp; if I got onto the tollways, that would be, even more, unfortunate.
As I waited out of the classroom, the familiar barely noticeable pain started up from my lower abdomen, I’d thought, “shit, it’s, here”, that annoyance that came, with my period, that left me, weakened, made me want to, lie down where I was to rest.
As the kids finished their lessons, I’d told them, “mom’s not feeling well today, my period’s here, I feel, a bit, weak. But let’s still go to Kroger’s to get your favorite foods, but I would need you two to help me out.” I’d started, reading off the list, told them, that the mission upon us is, “get everything on the list we need, then, we go, homie.”, my three children nodded, like well-behaved, children.

What was accidental to me, that on the entire shopping trip, they’d not fought to sit in the cart, didn’t pester me about getting them this snack or that, and even as we got home, they’d fought to help me carry in the groceries. As I’d parked the car, turned the engine off, my eldest daughter told me in a light tone of voice, “mom, do you know what I was thinking about just now?”, “Tell me!”, she’d looked at me, with that seriousness about her, “I was thinking…what would happen, if you passed out, as you were, driving?”
The words shot into my heart like the arrow.
I’d taken her hand, taught her to turn on the warning lights of the car, to push down on the brake pedals, to pull the brakes up, to call 9-1-1, and how to protect herself when she’s inside the car. Seeing how focused she was learning all of this for me, it’d made me, cry. I held her face in my hands, said, “are you my little, genius? Whatever made you think of all of this? Mom never seen any nine-year-old as amazing as you, are!”, she’d started, smiling, like a, bright little, flower then.
And I knew better than she had: she saw my face turned pale, how I didn’t have enough strength as I carried myself by walking, how she’d, started up her own, protective mechanism inside her, unpanicked, not running away either, was her way, of steadying me in her own, way. That sudden onset of maturity, and that tenderness, was like the lid of the pressure cooker, the moment it’d gotten lifted, the heat came up toward my face: surprise, heartache, warmth, feeling that she didn’t have to carry so much……it all, took over my heart. I’d pulled her into my arms, told her, “mommy will take good of myself, and I won’t pass out when I’m, driving, don’t you worry about a thing.”
As we left the supermarket, I watched my three kids with the fruits, milk, vegetables in the backs, my eyes got teary, again. For a very long, long time, I’d gotten used to having the bags on my arms, on my shoulders, with the water bottles, snacks, coats, used to carrying everything by my own, self, to the point of not daring to expect, that someone is there to, help me with anything. And yet, this beautiful fantasy, had become a, wonderful, reality, on one morning I felt, too, weakened.
As I arrived home, I’d gone into my room to lie down to rest. My eldest daughter took my youngest daughter’s hand lightly, quietly walked to my door. She’d told me, “mommy, I will turn the light off, and put that night light on for you.”, my youngest also told, “mommy, you rest up now.”
They shut the door, and I was, hit hard, by that boomerang called “love”, all those years of giving to them wholeheartedly, everything I’d, shown to love them, it all got, returned back to me, today.
And, I’d started, crying then, underneath that dim light that my daughter had, left on, for me.
And so, these are the moments, that touched you, that brought you to, tears, not because of how your daughters had given back to you, as you’d, raised them with the right values, but how they, had been, socialized by you, to care for you, just as you’d, cared for them too, and this is a good example of how children modeled after their parents’ behaviors, because kids will feel our love for them, and saying I love you, sometimes means a whole lot less, compared to using your ACTIONS to show that you love your own young, like this mother had, socialized her own two young children well, loving them, unconditionally, and now, she’s been, blessed with the reciprocal, kindness from her own, young too.
Because we are, the IDIOTS, believing in the salesman’s LIES of how he will, MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN! And look how GREAT America currently is…

The Second Retrial Found that There’s a Chance of Reform for the Murderer, Sentenced Him to Life, the Family of the Murdered University Student Screamed Loud that They Won’t Accept it from Across the Oceans in Malaysia, the District Attorney’s Office Will be Filing for the Appeal
In the case of the Malaysian foreign exchange student, Chung’s rape and murder on October 20, 2020, in the first and second trial, the perp, Liang had been sentenced to the death penalty for his raping, murdering, and disposing of the victim’s body in the mountain regions. But the second trial in the High Subsidiary Court of Kaohsiung yesterday ruled that he has a chance of being reformed, that his murder wasn’t premeditated, the death sentence was overturned, and Liang was given the life-term, with his public government position stripped for life, and he received another eight years for robbery.
The family of the victim, Chung heard the verdict, and called out from overseas, “we can’t accept this decision”. The High Subsidiary D.A.’s Office of Kaohsiung was also unsatisfied with the ruling, believed that Liang premeditated the murder, that in the short time he’d sexually assaulted, robbed and murdered the victim, that there should be the more thorough considerations of evaluation all of these crimes together, that the crimes should not be viewed separately, that the verdict was against law and order, and the high subsidiary district attorney’s office of Kaohsiung will be pursuing an appeal.
Liang had committed the crimes of forced sexual assault, murder, attempted forced sexual assault, disposing of the victim’s corpse, in the first and second trial,, the justices believed that there’s a high chance of him offending again, and that he’d sought out females who are alone to commit the crimes, that this constituted as premeditation, and he’d denied the allegations of murder, showed no remorse, that his crimes fitted to the “severest of crimes.”
In his first and second trials, his psych evaluations were done by Kai-Hsuen Hospital and the Chia-Nan Mental Hospital, and both believed that there’s a high chance of him “reoffending”, in the first retrial, the Chia-Nan Mental Hospital included the additional evaluation, that there’s a high chance of his using more severity in reoffending, maintained the rulings of death.
The Highest Court on April 2nd tossed the verdict back, believed that Liang had prepared the “hangman’s knot”, that it is undetermined if he had premeditation, and using the testimonies of the counselors from the penitentiary, Liang showed introspective means of his own crime on his own, and they’d not ruled out the chances of him being treated, that the death penalty can only be considered, after the evaluations thoroughly and carefully, and ruled that the lower courts need to retry.
The second retrial affirmed yesterday, that Liang had originally planned to rape and rob, as he’d tightened the rope to hang the victim, Chung fought harder than he’d expected she would, because Liang was afraid of getting caught, which drove him to tighten the noose, and murdered Chung, that it’s not determined that he’d prepared the rope, that he’d premeditated the murder.
And, on the psych evaluations by the Kai-Shuan and Chianan Mental Hospitals on the possibility of reform, to reduce his chances of reoffending, to return him to society, and the evaluation of sentencing, it’s believed, that if Liang is placed in long-term imprisonment, in psychotherapy, there may be improvements to prevent his chances of reoffending.
The Collectivist Courts ruled, that Liang has a chance of being reformed, that his behaviors can be corrected, there’s no need to sentence him to death, he was sentenced to forced sexual assault, murder to life in prison, and the robbery together, he was sentenced to serve eight years. This can still be appealed.
So, how the HELL did this MURDER, RAPIST, ROBBER get from life-in-prison to only EIGHT short years for the murder AND rape? I wouldn’t know, but this still showed just how FUCKED up the justice systems got, and how the justice systems is the HIRED HITMAN for the corrupt political party of DDP, because the DDP aimed at getting RID of death penalty altogether, and it’s still NOT because of any forms of “humanitarian” reasons either, but for their own political agendas, this rapist-murderer who got sentenced to DEATH in his first trial, then to life in prison, is now, reduced to eight short fucking years, and yes, that is, how CHEAP the lives of humans are, as the DDP enforces its agenda of getting RID of the DEATH PENALTY, using the COURT’s hands.

The reasons for not enforcing the death penalty “capability of being reformed”, “not fitted to the most severest of crimes”, had recently been cited frequently, for the changing of the death penalty to life sentences, it seemed like the justices’ rational assessments for the functionality of penal correctional, but to the victims’ families, the words were like sharpened daggers, breaking the wounds that were not yet healed; the expectancies of “capabilities of being reformed” is more like a grand gamble, there’s no guarantee of the tragic murders recurring, and what sort of justice, is this, to the families of the, victims?
“Is there a scientific methodology to determine the capabilities of being reformed? With a hundred evaluations, there are, a hundred capabilities of being reformed”. This was the line out of famous show, it’d pointed out the biggest problems in sentencing evaluation; Liang’s second evaluation determined that he runs a very high risk of committing another murder again, and yet, the highest courts still went by the testimonies of the counselor of Liang’s in prison, believed that the first retrial had, neglected that there was a chance of him being, reformed, and ultimately, this may, offer him a more lenient sentence than what he received on the second retrial.
The murderer from thirteen years ago who’d murdered the female instructor who’d won the highest teaching award, after three evaluations, that final evaluation believed that he has the possibility of being reformed, and turned over the death sentence he was originally set to serve to life-in-prison; that same “ability of getting reformed”, still stabbed at the victims’ families’ hearts that weren’t, healed.
“Ability of being reformed”, is seemingly, a professional claim, but the process of evaluating this, is under the determinations of a combination of factors including the perpetrators’ family backgrounds, the state of mind during which the crimes had been, committed, there’s the gray areas. On Liu’s case, his three evaluations spanned across the whole of eight years, and, does the evaluation show factually, how stable he was mentally, this is questionable, besides, the closed in environment of the prison systems, warrants the different level of stresses and pressures the released inmates face after their release, by the time the sentences had been served, who’s to say, that the evaluations made from however long before, is still, fitting? The justice department can’t give us a clarified response on this.
The two reasons for giving a more lenient sentence “ability to be reformed”, “not fitted to the severest of all crimes”, the cruelty of the perp committing the crimes were lessened during the reading of the verdicts, that the decisions of not sentencing these perps to the death penalty is based off of the justice system’s expectations of reforming the perps, so they can return back to the society again, but in the public’s eyes, this feels more like justice serves the perps, that the victims and their families will never see the day that justice gets, served.
This is still all because of the agenda of the DDP’s justice reform, to get RID of death penalty in its, entirety, the political party already gotten the Grand Justices to rule death penalty as unconstitutional, which means that this will be a FREE PASS to the mass murderers, the bombers, the terrorists, along with others who commit the worst kinds of crimes including rape, murder, etc., etc., etc., and it’s still OUR money that goes into keeping these “lifers” alive.

The KMT will send out the representatives to China to attend the Straits Exchange Collaborative Forums. The DELUSIONS of Trump’s of bringing BACK the Monroe Doctrine, to MAKE the United States a dominant POWER of the Western Hemisphere…how we can’t, shake loose of these, delusions of what didn’t work from before, and we still, MAKE history repeat itself…off of the Front Page Sections, translated…
In the early morning of January 3rd, the American military forces used the name of helping the U.S. Department of Justice, took the president of Venezuela, Maduro and his wife into, U.S. custody, and extradited them both back into the U.S. The chief of the U.S. Department of Justice openly accused Maduro for colluding with the terrorist organizations, and criminal organizations for the past years, bringing the lethal illegal substances and violence into the U.S., that he’d caused serious threats to the national security of the United States. Two days later, Maduro was taken to the New York U.S. Federal Court to trial, but he’d pleaded not guilty on the charges of illegal substances, weapons smuggling, and terrorism.
Many people are confused as to why the Trump government uses so much military forces to take Maduro into U.S. Federal custody. The illegal substances that’s caused the most number of drug overdose death is fentanyl right now, however, the drug that is primarily trafficked from Venezuela to the U.S. is cocaine, and Venezuela is only a transit country for the substance, not the country that produced the substances, so, the official claims of drug bust isn’t the primary reason why Maduro is placed under U.S. arrest.
Since Maduro came to power he’d taken over Venezuela using authoritarian rule, but Trump didn’t take Maduro into U.S. custody to help restore Venezuela’s democracy, because Trump had allowed Maduro’s vice president to take over the Venezuelan government instead of the opposing party.
Venezuela produced the excellent source of crude oil with high sulfur content, which is what the U.S. needed. And yet, because of the use and tears of the equipment of extracting oil in Venezuela, the uncertainties political environment, along with the surplus of oil reserves in the world, most of the oil companies of the U.S. are holding a more conservative view of drilling the crude oil resources in Venezuela right now. So, robbing the country of its crude oil resources also doesn’t fit the motives of the raid.

The combined analysis suggested, that Trump’s placing Maduro under U.S. federal custody, is to get rid of both Russian and Chinese (mostly China’s) influences in Venezuela, to the tactics that China is setting up in Latin American countries, along with the economical influences of Chinese government in America, the evidence of this is that Trump had made demand to the new interim government to cut off all contact from both China and Russia, as well as Iran and Cuba economically, driving out the military and intelligence partners from these countries from Venezuela, and for Venezuela to be in an exclusive partnership on the crude oil production with the U.S. But this arrest of Maduro showed Trump’s singularism, also signaled the coming of U.S. power under the Monroe Doctrine.
In the original version of the Monroe Doctrine in 1823, the U.S. proposed, that if Europe forced colonization in any regions in the Americas, it will cause threat to the United States, but the U.S. was willing to respect the originally-in-existence colonies, and promised not to interfere into European countries’ national affairs.
And yet, because U.S. isn’t fully developed back in the 19th Century yet, it couldn’t enforce the Monroe Doctrine, instead, Great Britain had done all it could, preventing the new almost independent countries in Latin America from becoming again, Spanish colonies, to allow its own growing industries to enter into the American markets without any interferences from Spain.
To the twentieth century, U.S. is growing stronger by the days, and its intervention of the countries in the western hemisphere had expanded to beyond the colonies. Roosevelt who followed the Monroe Doctrine proposed, that when the countries in the Western Hemisphere and Europe had territorial or debt disputes, European countries shall not intervene into the disputes directly, to protect the rights of the countries in Europe, and end the disputes locally. Simply stated, U.S. was the boss of the Western Hemisphere then, and can mediate between countries in America when they have conflicts with countries in Europe.

The arrest of Maduro signaled at the “Trump inference” of the Monroe Doctrine: when un-American foreign powers (such as China) started exerting a certain level of influences in the countries in the Western Hemisphere, even if the influences benefits the locale, are purely economical, and the countries are welcoming to them, U.S. can sever the influences by force. After Trump took over Venezuela, he’d demanded to annex Greenland, this is taking the Monroe Doctrine a step, farther; as the forces of Russia, of China had yet to made their ways into American territories, he’d, started the interventional to prevent entry, to prepare for what’s to come.
The goal of the Monroe Doctrine was to protect the countries in the Americas from being colonized, later, it’d evolved into preventing the world powers of Europe from using military intervention against countries in America, to ultimately, developing into U.S.’s complete control of the Western Hemisphere. It was originally a symbol of isolationism, rejecting all outside influences, but the newest version, had caused the U.S. to lose the respect of its allies, isolating the U.S.
And so, this is how the Monroe Doctrine, evolved into isolationism, under Tyrant Trump’s manipulation, and maybe, there’s that original beliefs of isolationism when Monroe wrote the Monroe Doctrines, keeping the Americas governed by the individual countries of the Americas, but, Trump took it a step farther, as he’d become too power-thirsty, he’d wanted control over EVERY single possible metal, mineral, crude oil, or whatever OTHER sorts of resources that can help him get RICH.
The U.S. is spiraling down, losing the respect of the REST of the GLOBAL world, under the NEW DONROE Doctrine, and, Trump will cause the DIVIDED STATES of Trump (no longer the “United States of America” NO more!!!), to lose ALL of the country’s original allies, then, see how the DIVIDED STATES of Trump CAN survive, ALONE…
