The Hypocrisies of the Nationality Law Based Off of the DDP President, Lai’s Interpretations

How the DDP uses double-standards on the citizenship laws, and only implemented the portions of the law that benefitted itself, and how are we, the people supposed to obey to that, huh???  And we’re still letting these, mother FUCKERS run our lives to the ground here…off of the Front Page Sections, translated…

The Lai government used the nationality law to demand the new branch legislator of the TPP, Lee to turn in proof of her renouncing Chinese citizenship, not was the president intentionally causing confusions on the Straits people’s relations regulation, he’d gone against the constitutional spirits of One-China; but as the Lai government on one hand, stowed away the “dual-country” concept against Lee, when it came to the civil duties including mandatory military service terms and levying the taxes, etc., etc., the government retuned back to the one-China policy, this is the unlimited abuse of the DDP government’s double-standards.

Based off of the additional amendments of the two-sides regulation, the Republic of China is separated into two territories, “Taiwan” and “China”; the two sides don’t admit to each other’s autonomy over oneself, there’s no issues of giving up nationality of the people of the two sides of the straits, there’s only the elimination of local district registry, which is applicable by the dual-autonomy regulations.  The Lai government, enforced the nationality laws on Lee, with the intentions of making things more difficult for the legislator; the head of internal affairs, Liu ordered that Lee shall not be provided with classified documents, and viewed her as “enemy from out of the territory of the Republic of China”, disregarding that she has the national identification card from Taiwan for a very long time, that she is legally voted into the legislative seats.

The government of Lai made Lee into a “foreigners”, but leapt right back into the spirit of one-China constitution.  From before, the Taiwanese service age man was naturalized into Chinese citizenship, and he’d received the enlistment notices; Liu stated, based off of the dual-strait regulation, the man isn’t waived from serving in the military of the Republic of China, and the absurdity of “Chinese citizen serving in the Taiwanese military”.

Not only this, the Taiwanese businesspersons’ earnings in China is also recorded as “from within the country”, which means, all the profits gained by the Taiwanese businessmen and women are all taxable, that they won’t qualify for the tax-free amount of $7.5 million N.T.s.  The government of Lai sees China as “foreign country”, then, should the government led by Lai refund the taxes paid by the Taiwanese businesspersons who are making a living in China too?

The behaviors of Lai’s government is creating an all-you-can-eat buffet of the nationality laws, only selecting what benefitted him, how can the people find this fair?

So the government is the only one allowed to pic, and choose, which part of the law is implemented by it, because it makes the law, and that makes way for abuse, because the Taiwanese merchants with the citizenship from here, go to China to do business, they didn’t give up their Taiwanese citizenship, and now, they’re made to pay a higher rate, filing their income taxes as “foreigners”, and yet, on the side of the Taiwanese citizen who gave up his citizenship here, and became naturalized as a citizen of China, and he still got the enlisting notices?  What the FUCK?  I mean, at least, stick to ONE set of rules, and stop mixing and matching, what the hell does the DDP think this is, a parade of different outfits?  That they can match the rules that they find benefitting to them, but discard the rest?

How’s that just?  It isn’t, but that’s how the DDP does it, DOUBLE-STANDARDS!
