The Tantrum My Son Threw for My Not Getting to McDonald’s Early Enough that the Hello Kitty Dolls were Sold Out

Arrived too late, you didn’t follow your son’s ORDERS, and now, it’s sold out, naturally, he gets upset and throw his, tantrum, but thankful for the assistance from that stranger, it’d, caused your “family storms” to not blown out of, control!  Translated…

Looking into my display case in the living room, there were the Hello Kitty dolls that had the spots on them now, it’d made me recalled back to thirty years ago.

Many of the parents have similar tools that they used in childrearing: when your young behave well, you give them stamps as reward, and, when they accumulated enough number of stamps, they get to trade the stamps in for tiny presents, to help your kids motivate themselves to continue to behave well.  At the time, Hello Kitty was the it toy, and so, that was the gifts for us when we behaved ourselves.

To fulfill my promises, the immediate rewards systems, although I’m a working mom, I’d signed for a day of leave, and headed to the store to stand in that long line to purchase.  That morn, I’d done some housework first, then, at ten when the sale is to begin, I’d rushed to McDonald’s.  And yet, soon as I arrived to the fast-food chain, the long line had weaved around the parking lot, I had no clue where the end of line, was.  What’s worse, the number plates already got, issued completely!

what the fuss was all about, the WHOLE set! Image from online

As my son heard, he’d begun tearing up, with the snot in his nose, left hook, right hook, attacked my thigh, then, used his hard head, rammed into my abdomen, cried loud, “it’s all your fault!  All your fault!  I told you to come early, you just won’t listen to me!  Wah…wah…wah!!!”, all fell silent all around us, everybody started looking at the two of us.  As his mother, I’d felt ashamed, upset, and laughable too, wished I could dig a hole and hide.  I knew, that any form of consolations toward my son, any means of distracting him would, work!

Later, there was a man who’d walked out of the line toward us, he’d stated, that he’d gotten an extra set of numbers that he could let me have it.  Suddenly, the thundershower ended, there came, that beautiful rainbow, here comes the, chivalry!

Had it not been the unknown man, I really don’t know how I would, end this, “thundershower” that my son had, cast me under!

So, the fault is on the mom’s, the son told her to get there early, and she didn’t, and, that’s what set all of these events in motion, and you CAN understand why the kid was so upset, right?  But, thankful, there’s the kind and helpful soul, an unknown stranger who drew an extra number, and was kind to offer to the mom and her son, then, the kid’s face, lit, up!
