The Attainment About Democracy the President Lai Should, Have

The president, leading the way, in ABUSING the power of the EXECUTIVE office, making himself, into, a DICTATOR!!! And we can’t do a thing about it here…off of the Front Page Sections, translated…
The Head of Executive Shouldn’t Cause Any Disputes, to Avoid Causing the Hatred & the Oppositions of the Political Parties in the Country
A free country, must be diversified; ruled by a leader with mature attainment of what democracy, should, be, as the parties that didn’t win the presidency outnumbered the legislators of the president’s party, how to communicate, negotiate, and finally, make the compromises to ensure a harmonious, stable, society.
Up to date, Lai’s taking control of the executive office, the means to which he’d handled the matter of his party being outnumbered in the legislature, showed his lacking in the attributes of, democracy. As the other two parties passed the amendment that wasn’t in his favor, other than using the legislative means of “discussion in the executive department, and after that failed, he’d filed for the interpretation of the legislature), he’d encouraged the “Bluebird Movement” to destroy the enforcement of the laws, and on the other hand, blaming the parties out of power for “destroying the constitution”, causing the fraction between the parties that are out of control of the executive office and the party in control, causing the spiraling effect of hostility of members of the society to grow.
The Bluebird Movement is a defiance movement outside of the systems, it’s an expression of people’s freedom of speech, allowed by an independent society; but the problem lies in: the President stated, that “this is the real voice of democracy”, meaning, that the Bluebirds’ claims are verified as democratic, while the legislators’ votes are, not, what sort of a beliefs about democracy is that? The “democracy” of modern day society is founded on a system, the legislature is the highest government branch that helped people exercised their opinions, a vital part of democracy, the decisions of the legislature may not be justified as rightful, but, the decisions are founded from the validity of democracy.
And if the voices outside of the systems are the real democracy, this is a serious, misinterpretation; if the voices outside of the system fitted to one’s own liking, making them into what is defined as, democracy, it’s saying “Lai’s claims of democracy IS democracy, and the opinions against Lai’s claims of democracy, is, anti-democracy”, this belief is closer to authoritarianism, not democracy; having a difference of opinion politically is interpreted as defying the constitution? Is Lai trying to, unify the thoughts of all the people, with only one opinion that mattered, turning the diversity of society into uniformity?
In reality, the DDP unwillingly to admit to losing, the party started, controlling the freedoms of expression, and spreading the bad words about their opposing parties, because the party couldn’t gain majority in the legislative, it’d lost the reasoning of what a democratic society should, be, and it’d, defiled the name of the party of being, “independent progressive”.
Making it harder to impeach is NOT an act of anti-democracy. Impeachment is not a norm in democracy, if the DDP can listen to the advice of the head recruit, Ke, and, impeached all the KMT legislators in the districts, then surely, the KMT would do the same to counteract, and you can, imagine how much it would cost the society then. Because the publicly elected officials all needed to go through the evaluations of “periodical election”, unless in special circumstances, using our “next votes” to oust the unfitting politicians, would be a more, reasonable, way.
And so, this is how the DDP, keep itself in absolute power, but, DENYING the right of the legislative, because the party is, outnumbered, and it wants complete control of EVERYTHING in this country (we’d stopped being one since Lai’s predecessor took over???), and, this authoritarian dictatorship political CULT will STOP at nothing, until it reached that goal, and we the people still get, totally, SCREWED over! Without our rights, we are all, enslaved by our, governments here.

The Waves Had Receded Now, Where’s the Principles of Elected into Office by Popular Vote

“As the waves receded, you will know, who wasn’t, wearing, any, PANTS!”  Now, the water’s, receded, and we see, that almost, NOBODY was, wearing, PANTS!  Especially, as all the vulgarness showed from, the politicians!

The mottos of “the realities of the people’s wanting to deshelve the DDP!”, “Pushing forth the reforms from within the party, the president wins the election by popular votes!”  After the elections, NONE of the politicians, the commentators, talked about, any of these, issues, totally, hypocritical!

And yet, this election, the D.D.P., in the crippled means of the K.M.T., won a little over forty-percent of the votes, and this made the wills of the majority of the polled citizens’ “take the DDP off the shelves” go BUST, and, those who wanted to take the DDP out of office can only, swallow their, tears, and accept the results.  And, had the KMT won under these same circumstances, will the DDP conceded their, losses?  No matter how many times the polls were taken, it still, don’t replace the formal elections, and, what’s most reflective of the majority of the voters’ opinions, is to let the party that won the most number of votes, get into, office.

This isn’t only, to ensure that the elected needed to fill the requirements of the majority of voters’ will, but also, it will help reduce the calculations of the elections, have more rationality to the voting, to NOT suppress those who are, actually, capable.  Most importantly, so we the voters, don’t go to the polls, with tears in our, eyes, but be happy, voting for who we find fitting, to NOT worry about the results; then, as nobody won more than half the votes in the first round of voting, seriously, consider, who of the two most votes, is better fitted, to rule over us all.  And, the end result of this, would it not be, more accepted by the majority of the, voters right now?

Certainly, we can’t deny, that in the win by popular votes, the Lai-Hsiao combination might win the elections, and that it may be, the highest but, so long as the majority of voters’ votes being considered, then, it would not be affirmed, that the winning party had, gained the, most number of, votes, but the one who won, would not have gained, half of the voters’, supports.  It’s exactly the same the opposite; even after the long-term surveys, which proved that “taking the DDP off the shelves” is the wills of the majority of the public, but, the public opinions can be, shifted, without the formal election of majority votes received being the elected, there’s, no justifications to take the unofficial majority of public opinion as the opinions of the general, public.

And, everything that’s onstage, especially, for Ke, he needed to keep his words, and really push forth the candidate with the popular votes gets elected into office.  Otherwise, the motto of “voting DDP out of office”, became, nothing more than, a trickery of the mottos during the election time!  I’m really hoping, that the politicians will push forth the elected by popular votes principles, which party it may, come from!

And so, this, is the post-election views, when none of the candidates get more than half, then, it’s only, natural, that we get the one with the most number of votes into office, right?  But, that would not be, unfair, especially when not everybody who has the right to vote had, voted, there’s NO mail-in voting system in this “country”, and we’d had to go to the, DESIGNATED voting locations, we can’t vote out of, district, and that’s, inconvenient, because, what if, someone is working out of the location where s/he is, registered, to live, and, can’t get back home on time, to vote?  Then, the individuals’ votes, don’t get, counted, so yeah, there’s the need for the reforms of the, voting, means in this, “country” (are we still one???) of, “ours”…note: I’m still NOT from “around here”!

The Birth of a, Minority, President…

The candidate had, W-O-N (yay her/him!!!), but, due to the low, voter turnout, s/he, still, did NOT “stand for” the majority’s, choices…

The birth of a, minority, president, s/he was, the one who’d not gained HALF of the votes, but, of all the candidates, s/he was the one with the most number of votes, so yeah, s/he gets to, wear that, CROWN!

The birth of a, minority, president, that’s NOT the democracy we expected, but hey, that’s, what you get, when you elected the president, by, popular, votes.  And, the minority president, whom does s/he, serve?  Those winning number of voters who’d, voted for her/him?  Everybody in the country, despite how it wasn’t, an, UNANIMOUS decision, that WE the people had, PUT her/him, into, office?

That, is the problem with, DEMOCRAZY (no, I did NOT misspell the word here!).  We EXERCISED our rights to vote, and, this is, the end, result of the, DIRECT ELECTION of presidency, by popular, votes.

And, does this president who won the, most number of votes but didn’t get the majority of, votes, represent us, all???  Of course, N-O-T!

But hey, the system of democracy (as it was, set up by man, is, totally, FLAWED, as HUMANS are, F-L-A-W-E-D!), and, this became, an oligarchy, because the political party that won the most number of seats, is the same as the one being, elected by, popular votes, into, presidency…

Well, look on the, BRIGHT, side (silver lining here!), at least, it’s NOT, a DICTATORSHIP like those, past, EIGHT years that we’d been, ruled by the last person who wore that, big hat, so, at least, it’s not, a total, FAIL here………
