The Civil Activist Groups Urged the Government to Set up a Database of Records of Predatory Coaches

How the systems of reporting only works for the formal schools, and NOT the privately owned sports clubs, or extracurricular activities gyms where the kids are training for some sports…this is, truly BAD!!!  Off of the Front Page Sections, translated…

As the Verdict of the Case is Pending, the Government Had Not Yet Listed Him into the Unfitting Instructors’ Database, the Legislators Criticized that This is a Breach, that there’s NO Way of Checking for the Improper Behaviors of the Educators in Question Whatsoever

The cases of predatory coach became prevalent, and yet, if the coaches are hired from outside the schools, they would not get flagged for the improper educator database, which makes the privately owned facilities to find out if the persons they hired are predators or not.  There were coaches in Hsinchu and Hualien, who were sentenced for molestations, but with their tracks of work all over the local places, the sports clubs, etc., etc., etc.  The legislator, Chang harshly criticized, “this is not a hole in the systems” but a PROBLEM!  Demanding the Kinesiology department of the Department of Education to view the matter seriously, to set up a database for the improper sport coaches.

The Humanistic Education Foundation C.E.O. Feng pointed out, that the coach, Huang in Hsinchu when he was working in the elementary school, had molested or sexually assaulted using his status of power toward at least SEVEN students, the case is pending trial at the High Courts, while from before, Huang not only worked in the public schools as a sports coach, he’d also, worked in the private owned gyms as trainer, but there was NO school that flagged him as an improper education and logged it into the databases, they’d only, stopped the contract for hire for him, which is what led to the growing number of victims who were assaulted or molested by him.

The parents of the victims also came to the press conference yesterday, told that when they’d signed their young up for the extracurricular activity, the school had used another instructor’s name on the enrollment, that after the incidents, the coach Huang, used a false identity to get in touch with the parents of the children, there was NO way that they would’ve known of the coach’s priors in the charges.

Feng also mentioned, there was a coach, Lee from Hualien, who’d had sex with and molested a student of not-yet-fourteen, and he’d received a prison sentence for his molestation charges, and got his teaching contract terminated by the school, and flagged as an unfitting, improper educator, and although he’d been logged as an instructor of the improper educator database, Lee had continued as the head coach of a privately owned sports club, and at the Hualien County Magistrate Badminton Cup, Lee was still listed as the head coach, to this May, he’d even taken the players to Japan on competition, this was too scary.

Feng stressed, the professional sports coaches hired by the school can be logged into the database of improper instructors, but the hired-from-outside the school coaches, they’re only fired from their coach positions, and not get logged in as an improper instructor, and the local communities are calling out to the Department of Kinesiology, to REGISTER the coaches in and OUT of the schools for their improper behaviors, and taken them off of the rosters of recommended for hire list.

And see how FUCKED (don’t pardon me!) up this SYSTEM is?  I mean, because these SEX PREDATORS don’t belong to any schools that they’re teaching in, because they may be private coaches in those, private sports rings or whatever, they get away more easily, and it’s still the children that will continue to get, VICTIMIZED, because there’s NO database uploaded to for the parents to review over, to see if they’re placing their kid into a program headed by a god damn, PREDATOR, this is, really bad, and yet, the government is still DELAYED in acting to protect the children from being victimized by these, SEX predators!
