Upset Over His Girlfriend Breaking Up, the Vendor Poured Alcohol & Vandalized Her Scooter

But because she did NOT get injured by him, so, another, SLAP on the wrist again…off of the Front Page Sections, translated…

Chen was upset over how his girlfriend Shen broke up with him, in April of last year, he’d gone to his ex girlfriend’s rental apartment with a bottle of alcohol, poured the alcohol onto her scooter, then committed arson on her scooter, causing three scooters to get burned down, thankful someone caught the fire shortly after he’d committed arson, there’s only the ceiling of the scooter lot of the resident that was smoked to black.  The district attorneys found that the apartment had forty-nine suites, that had the fire start, it would’ve caused irreparable damages, indicted Chen on public endangerment of the domestic violence prevention laws, at his first trial, Chen received three years ten months, the Taichung High Subsidiary Courts maintained the ruling for the first trial, tossed back his appeal.

Chen has a stand at the local market, was dating Shen.  In March of last year, Shen broke up with Chen, Chen was upset, in April, he’d filled alcohol in a five hundred milliliter bottle, went to the scooter parking garage of her rental home on the first floor, he’d opened the unlocked storage compartment on his ex’s scooter, poured the alcohol all over it, then, lit it up with his lighter.

Immediately after he’d committed arson, he’d left, but the act of his arson was caught on the surveillance cameras in the garage, the residents found it in time, extinguished the fire before any major damages had happened and the fire that Chen started only caused Chen and two other individuals’ properties to get destroyed, and the fire smoked the ceiling of the parking garage.  Eight hours after Chen committed arson, he was arrested, the authorities confiscated the lighter he used, the Taichung D.A.’s Office indicted him on arson and attempting to break and enter.

Chen was given a sentence of three years ten months for the domestic violence prevention and public endangerment, Chen appealed to the Subsidiary Court of Taichung, stated that he’d reached a settlement agreement with his ex, that the first trial’s sentence was based off of his drunk driving records, that he was viewed as a repeated offender, but the two crimes aren’t similar in category, that the courts’ adding the time to his first trial was unjust.

The High Subsidiary Court of Taichung found that Chen has prior in drunk driving, he was sentenced to four months, in 2023 he’d finished serving the time, with the fines paid, and within a five-year-period, Chen again attempted to destroy the residence of his ex-girlfriend by arson, clearly showed that he didn’t learn a thing from his term served, that the courts was just in adding time to his sentence this time.  The second trial stated that the settlement agreement was reached in the first trial, Chen had no founding basis for his appeal, his appeal is tossed, but he can continue to appeal.

And so, what do you think this teaches this, PERP?  Oh yeah, I can get away easy with harassing, stalking my girlfriend vandalizing her property, because she broke up with me, and I can delay serving my time, while continuing to WASTE the taxpayers’ taxed, by keep on, appealing higher up, until voila, all charges are, DROPPED.

How’s this going to, STOP these stalkers, these harassments of the victims, because they broke up with these individuals, huh???
