This is, the only, certainty of the world’s, “operation” right now…forget about the good of the people, the food of mankind and all that CRAP.
Anyone and EVERYONE will, STAB you in the back, because in this world, the golden (or did it become DIAMOND!!!) rule is everyman for her/himself, and when it comes to benefits, you think that my benefits would be, less important than yours? Think again.
‘Cuz I gotta, look out for number one (that’s still ME!), because if I don’t, I get, SCREWED over, and I got ZERO intentions of being, screwed OVER, again. Anyone and EVERYONE will, STAB you in the back, you think that person who’d covered for you in the next cubicle is your buddy at work? Think again, because, who’s to say, that the reason for why s/he covered for you, is because s/he may have some favors to ask of you somewhere in the, future? You don’t know that, do you???

So, basically, it’s NOT selfish, that I look out for me, and you look out for you, it’s, SELF-PRESERVATION, and IF we don’t fend for ourselves (defend ourselves from whatever’s out there!), who’s gonna?
So, be skeptical, IF someone says that s/he will cover you for whatever it is, because even If s/he has the intentions of helping to cover you for whatever (going to the toilet when your bosses come to get something from you???), s/he doesn’t, need to do it, after all, this is how the world, shapes us, we say things that others want to hear (save for me, of course!), to make someone else “feel” better, because that’s, the ACCEPTABLE way to interact with people around us!
