Trump’s Breakup with the Supreme Court: Criticizing the Justices of the Supreme Court, that the Conservative Justices Didn’t Vote in His Favor, that They’d Destroyed the Harmony, that He Won’t Hesitate Anymore, He is Gunning for Them

The SEPARATION of POWERS, working ITS, magic over the“Great BIG POND”, and that’s something we don’t have, that we should, LEARN from, but everything in this SHITHOLE is party-oriented, so, this IS a third-world nation that I’m currently living, in…at least, the Supreme Court Justices AREN’T, BLIND, so that’s a, good thing!  Off of the Front Page Sections, translated…

The U.S. president, Trump, had met his, biggest defeat since his return to the WH last January, and he’d felt that the ruling against him was, personal, the American President and the Supreme Court are now, official, enemies!  For close to a decade, he’d viewed the Supreme Court as his “trusted ally”, and believed that with primary conservative Supreme Court Justices on the bench, they will stand with him when he faced the run-ins with the law, along with being supportive of all the policies he’d set for the country, but this “harmony” had gone completely busted on the 20^th.

Trump harshly criticized the Supreme Court Justices who voted against his tariffs, including two he’d nominated, that they were all, unpatriotic “fools”, and claimed that he will no longer take the rulings of the Supreme Court in silence anymore, he planned to fight the Supreme Court ‘til death.

Actually, the chief Supreme Court Justice, Roberts had been a long-term supporter of Trump’s, for instance, two years ago, he’d given Trump criminal immunity, which paved the way back to the WH for Trump, and so, a year ago, after Trump delivered a speech to the Congress, he’d gone to shake Roberts’s hands, and patted his shoulders to show his gratitude.

And now, in the twenty-one-page Supreme Court Justice opinions, he’d criticized Trump for expanding the powers of the president in states of emergency, the Chicago Kent Law School professor, Shapiro stated it bluntly, “Supreme Court Chief Justice Roberts is supportive of the president, including his opinions of presidential immunity, but now, the president he is facing, not only enjoys expanding the powers of the executive to the max, with almost no limitations to his power, this is close to a Greek tragedy.”

The ruling on the 20^th may be a huge block to Trump’s restructuring the policies of trade in the U.S., but the researcher, Nelson from Pennsylvania believes, this ruling has an important meaning, to let the rest of the country know, that sometimes, saying “no” to the president is a, good thing, and it also showed the world, how the Supreme Court can and will restrict the abuse of power by the executive branch of government, which also helps the public image of the Supreme Court to the people of the United States.

Especially in the upcoming few months, Trump’s plans of firing the chairman of the Fed, Powell, along with cancellation of birthright citizenship, along with other moves to expand the powers of the executive department of the United States, all of these matters will get ruled by the U.S. Supreme Court, with everyone on the edge of the seats, waiting for the results of the rulings.

And so, Trump was, PUNCHED in the FACE, by the justice he put onto the benches, and this, IS democracy FUNCTIONING PROPERLY, as the president wants to push aside the rights of the congress to levy the tariffs (it is the right of the U.S. congress to set the tax rates!), and other issues, he’d reached over into the legislative branch, and tried taking the powers away, but the Supreme Court Justices SLAMMED on that BRAKE to prevent him from abusing the powers, and that, IS how a set-up properly DEMOCRACY works!

So, CHEERS for the U.S. court systems and the justice department, for DEFENDING the RIGHTS of the PEOPLE, over the great big “pond”, and this IS the way, to MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!!!

The New York Times: The Supreme Court Ruling on Trump’s Tariffs is Similar to the Declaration of Independence

A HUGE WIN for DEMOCRACY, as the Supreme Court decision of Trump’s tariffs came out!!!  Democracy is resuscitated back to life, for now…off of the Front Page Sections, translated…

The New York Times pointed out, the ruling of the U.S. Supreme Court for Trump’s tariffs is like the Supreme Court’s “declaration of independence”, it’s also the chief justice, Roberts’ newest example of his opinion not being the same as Trump’s.

Trump will be delivering the State of the Union to Congress on the 24^th, and, it will be very awkward, as Chief Justice, Roberts will be leading the Supreme Court Justices, sitting in the front row.

Two years ago, as Trump was tangled up by the cases in the Supreme Court, he’d posed the presidential immunity claims; and now, many of the policies proposed by Trump in his second term had been sent to court to get ruled, and the Supreme Court had, green-lighted more than twenty emergency decisions, giving him a smooth sailing pass.

And yet, things changed completely on the 20^th, Justice Roberts represented the majority of six Supreme Court Justices, and ruled against the tariffs enforced by Trump since his return to office last January.

Adding another split between the executive and judiciary department.  Although Trump and Roberts are totally diverse in their personalities, Roberts is controlled and sensible, rational, Trump being bold and daring.

Just last March, Trump demanded the impeachment of a judge who delayed his orders to deport more than two hundred immigrations from El Salvador.  But a few short hours later, Roberts issued a rare statement using his position as the Chief Justice, that based off of the principles set forth in the U.S. Constitution for close to two centuries, impeachment isn’t the proper means of responding to the rulings that didn’t fit the president’s liking.

In 2018, Trump used “Justice of Obama” to demean the federal judge, Teague, reason being, that he’d overturned the policy of Trump’s for banning some of the immigrants to the U.S., seeking asylum.  At the time, Roberts got into it with Trump, to fight for the independence of the judiciary branch without intervention from the executive branch.

Roberts stated back then, that there’s no “Justice Obama” or “Justice Trump”, or “Justice Bus”, or “Justice Clinton”; “What we have, is a group of, excellent, professional Supreme Court Justices, who do their best to give equal rights to all citizens who appeared before the courts.  Everybody should feel grateful for the independent justice systems.”

First time Trump ran for president, he’d criticized Justice Roberts as “disastrous”.

And so, this may be, personal for the KING, because based off of his “majesty’s” perceptions, Justice Roberts had been against him since his last term, when in reality, this IS, the right way to rule, the Supreme Court Justices should BE with their INDEPENDENT “thinking skills”, not considering if they’re conservatives, moderate of liberals, but basing their rulings off of WHAT is right, the FACTS, otherwise, how can the people TRUST the justice systems.

Here, Justice Roberts had, DEFENDED the U.S. Justice Systems by ruling AGAINST Trump, the BALANCES of POWER stands!!!  Democracy is “defibrillated back” to life here…
