The U.S. Supreme Court struck down Trump’s tariff as illegal, using the International Emergency Economic Powers Act, and ruled that the tariffs are, illegal, this verdict overturned the most important pillar of Trump’s economic tactics, and redefined the boundaries of the executive branch and legislative branch of the U.S. government. This ruling confirmed the most basic principles of democracy, even the president elect isn’t above the, laws of the constitution. If the executive branch of government puts itself above the law, then the frameworks of democracy will get loosened, then collapse. The biggest warning from the U.S. Supreme Court to Lai is this: the Supreme Court Justices are the defenders of abuse of power, not the extension of the executive powers of government.
First, the meaning of the rulings of the U.S. Supreme Court is taking back Trump’s expansion of the powers of the executive branch of the U.S. government. Trump’s tariffs aren’t economic policies simply, but, a tool of diplomacy and of protection of the U.S. Trump used the “State of Emergency” of the country, to levy the tariffs on the rest of the world’s countries, to force concession in trade from other countries. But the ruling clearly stated, that the powers to levy the tariffs is of the U.S. Congress’s, that the executive branch shall not use “emergency powers” to replace the procedural of the legislature; in other words, the American justice system formally announced that the U.S. president shall not rewrite the global trade orders on his, own.
Secondly, the negotiations of the tariffs between Taiwan and the U.S. is in essence, an “executive agreement”. The government led by Lai announced that the country had struck a “reciprocal trade agreement” with the U.S., with the primary contents of the rates of tariffs of fifteen-percent, with 2,072 imported goods to the U.S. tariff-free, that the semiconductors gets the “regulatory 232” discounts, with Taiwan promising to invest a total of roughly around $500 billion U.S. into the U.S., the Executive Department defined this as “major breakthrough in diplomacy and trade”. The problem being, this is, a deal struck between the executives, not officially authorized by the U.S. Congressional, the FTA, the Supreme Court ruling on Trump’s tariffs is denying the validity of the tariff agreements directed by the U.S. president.
Secondly, there’s the legal uncertainties of the trade agreement between U.S. and Taiwan. The executive agreements aren’t long-term legal guarantees, the U.S. Supreme Court already ruled that the Executive branch of the government has no right to authorize the collection of the tariffs; the source of the American-Taiwanese trade deal is from executive arbitration, and it may get the negative votes from the U.S. congress, or overturned by the U.S. Supreme Court. The negotiation of the Lai government with the U.S. is only on the discounts in the policies, and not the rights in legality.
Finally, the government led by Lai misbelieved, that so long as he is able to struck a deal with the U.S. executive branch, this is a guarantee for Taiwan’s safety and economic security. The U.S. Supreme Court, however, used its ruling to prove that the Trump government can’t fulfill the promises he’d made with his executive orders. And now, the Lai government must face three realities in the tactile: first, not treating the executive negotiations as an end point of diplomatic success. Second, what is guaranteed are the written constitution, not the executive memos; thirdly, the changes in the internal affairs of the U.S. government, it may rewrite the economic conditions of Taiwan directly.
The Supreme Court Justice who had been nominated by Trump had voted against him, this showed, how the justices of the Supreme Court don’t work for the U.S. president, not for the political party either, that they are not watching out for the benefits and interests of those who put them onto the bench, but, are only faithful to the U.S. Constitution, with the loyalty toward the systems overriding the loyalty toward the party. Taiwan in comparison, the Grand Justices were all nominated by the president, and with the legislature authorizing the nominations, setting up the Constitutional Court to examine the actions of the government if it is constitutionally founded or not; but the Constitutional Court used the claims of “emergency”, and it only takes five justices to rule, in the cases involving the interpretations of the constitution, it’d been suspected of ruling in favor of the Executive, that it intervened itself actively into the political disputes. As the Grand Justices became the enablers of Lai government’s expansion of power, how can the courts here, remain impartial in its rulings?
And this is how IMMATURE the judiciary of this fucking hellhole compared to the U.S.’s, despite how the Supreme Court JUSTICES had been nominated by Trump, they still ruled based off of the best interests of the people, with the welfare of the general public in mind, and that, is how the division of power works, unlike in this SHITHOLE, where the grand justices had been pocketed by the DDP president, they’d become, the EXECUTIONERS, of the laws that he wanted to see pass.

The Con Artists Tapped into the Anxieties of Victims Losing Money to the Investment Schemes, Falsified as Police, Detectives, Law Enforcement Officers, Hackers and Other Roles, & Claimed “We Will Get the Problems Solved if You Pay Us”
There’s an influx of cases of fake investment scams, with the highest loss of assets for the victims, the con artist rings posted ads online, stating that they have special ways to assist the victims to get the sums they’d lost returned back to them, to collect the fees, and many of the victims who were conned once, got conned, again. The police analyzed, the con artist rings’ tapped into the anxieties of the victims after they’d fallen for the scams, and conned them twice, which turned into the final straw that crushed these victims’ backs.
The Criminal Investigation Agency estimated, that there were a total of 197,595 cases of fraud last year, with a total loss of $106 billion N.T.s, of them, the fake investment scams with a total of 58,675 cases, and a sum of 69.28 billion dollars N.T.s, and the analyses of the data collected showed, that the second-time scams were primarily conning the victims into investing, there were also the fake law enforcement offices, fake online auctions, where the victims fell for the schemes, that weren’t individually counted.
The police point out, the second-time scams used the fake law enforcement officers’ contacting the victims, claimed that they’d cracked the case and obtained the scammed amount, demanded the margins to be paid first; in recent years, the fake investment schemes are on the rise, the scam artists falsely claimed to the victims that they are specialist, law enforcement officers, self-help community group members, etc., etc., that they can help the victims get the sums they’d lost back, with the amount of ten-percent of what the victims were, scammed.
The police analyzed, that the scam rings tapped into the psychological desires of the victims’ wanting to get what they scammed back in a short time, claimed “many had received the sums they got scammed back already”, “if you miss out on the opportunity, it won’t come again for you”, forcing the victim to quickly pay up.
The pharmacist, Lin had been scammed $180,000N.T.s in the virtual currency scheme, she’d searched online for “getting the sums I got scammed back”, and added the contact person’s LINE account, the scam artists who got into contact with her stated that they have been certified to practice law in foreign countries, that they specialize in assisting victims to get the sums they were scammed back, that they’d chased the leads, and found that the sums the victims got scammed had been placed into the gambling sites online, that they could manipulate the gaming systems from the back, and assist the victims to win back the sums the victims had lost, that they can make extra money for the victims too, and from October to December of last year, the scammers conned Lin to deliver $1.65 million N.T.s to them in person.
Yen from the service industries met a female from LINE, and they’d dated and talked of marriage, the con artists told that they’d been scammed, that they’d gotten what was scammed from them back because they knew someone in the higher up of police, that they can introduce Yen, Yen followed the instructions, and added the member’s LINE contact, the contact claimed that they’d found the flow of his cash already, but he’d needed to pay a finders’ fee, last October, Yen was fooled and wired a total of $125,000N.T.s.
The scammers are also now using the anti-scam to scam too. The Taiwan Local Anti-Scam Association issued a forma statement, stating, that there were scam groups that claimed that they were working for the foundation, had been hired by the government agencies, working alongside the police investigators, and the major banks, that they can help the victims to get back the sums they were scammed of, and used the logo of the foundation on LINE to gain the trust of a victim of the investment schemes to wire $80,000N.T. “Technical assistance fees”.
The Criminal Investigations Agency stated, the victims should press for criminal and civil charges, and use the normal pathways to get the money lost back, to not believe in the online claims of “you can pay to get the sums that were scammed by you back”, as the officers who are working to take the statements of the scam victims, they’d reminded them of this new way of scamming too.
And so, this is how we might, get, revictimized, scammed a second, a third, even a FOURTH time, because we’re way too eager to get what we got scammed returned back to us, and the police ARE working, it’s just, that these cases are now, very intricate, with foreign bases of operations overseas, it’s taking too long, and sometimes, when we don’t get calls to update us on where the money traces are now, we get antsy, because we want to get the money we lost back quickly, and that made us all into, easy TARGETS for these, scam artists!

The U.S. president, Trump, had met his, biggest defeat since his return to the WH last January, and he’d felt that the ruling against him was, personal, the American President and the Supreme Court are now, official, enemies! For close to a decade, he’d viewed the Supreme Court as his “trusted ally”, and believed that with primary conservative Supreme Court Justices on the bench, they will stand with him when he faced the run-ins with the law, along with being supportive of all the policies he’d set for the country, but this “harmony” had gone completely busted on the 20th.

Actually, the chief Supreme Court Justice, Roberts had been a long-term supporter of Trump’s, for instance, two years ago, he’d given Trump criminal immunity, which paved the way back to the WH for Trump, and so, a year ago, after Trump delivered a speech to the Congress, he’d gone to shake Roberts’s hands, and patted his shoulders to show his gratitude.
And now, in the twenty-one-page Supreme Court Justice opinions, he’d criticized Trump for expanding the powers of the president in states of emergency, the Chicago Kent Law School professor, Shapiro stated it bluntly, “Supreme Court Chief Justice Roberts is supportive of the president, including his opinions of presidential immunity, but now, the president he is facing, not only enjoys expanding the powers of the executive to the max, with almost no limitations to his power, this is close to a Greek tragedy.”
The ruling on the 20th may be a huge block to Trump’s restructuring the policies of trade in the U.S., but the researcher, Nelson from Pennsylvania believes, this ruling has an important meaning, to let the rest of the country know, that sometimes, saying “no” to the president is a, good thing, and it also showed the world, how the Supreme Court can and will restrict the abuse of power by the executive branch of government, which also helps the public image of the Supreme Court to the people of the United States.
Especially in the upcoming few months, Trump’s plans of firing the chairman of the Fed, Powell, along with cancellation of birthright citizenship, along with other moves to expand the powers of the executive department of the United States, all of these matters will get ruled by the U.S. Supreme Court, with everyone on the edge of the seats, waiting for the results of the rulings.

The New York Times pointed out, the ruling of the U.S. Supreme Court for Trump’s tariffs is like the Supreme Court’s “declaration of independence”, it’s also the chief justice, Roberts’ newest example of his opinion not being the same as Trump’s.
Trump will be delivering the State of the Union to Congress on the 24th, and, it will be very awkward, as Chief Justice, Roberts will be leading the Supreme Court Justices, sitting in the front row.
Two years ago, as Trump was tangled up by the cases in the Supreme Court, he’d posed the presidential immunity claims; and now, many of the policies proposed by Trump in his second term had been sent to court to get ruled, and the Supreme Court had, green-lighted more than twenty emergency decisions, giving him a smooth sailing pass.

And yet, things changed completely on the 20th, Justice Roberts represented the majority of six Supreme Court Justices, and ruled against the tariffs enforced by Trump since his return to office last January.

In 2018, Trump used “Justice of Obama” to demean the federal judge, Teague, reason being, that he’d overturned the policy of Trump’s for banning some of the immigrants to the U.S., seeking asylum. At the time, Roberts got into it with Trump, to fight for the independence of the judiciary branch without intervention from the executive branch.
Roberts stated back then, that there’s no “Justice Obama” or “Justice Trump”, or “Justice Bus”, or “Justice Clinton”; “What we have, is a group of, excellent, professional Supreme Court Justices, who do their best to give equal rights to all citizens who appeared before the courts. Everybody should feel grateful for the independent justice systems.”

And this stimulation had already been designed into the TikTok recommended pages or the pull-down refreshing of the screen of IG.

The newest data showed, half of children and adolescents in Taiwan own a cellphone, there are children as young as seven years of age who are with cellphone accessibility, which showed the enormous influence the digital technology has on the friendships of children and adolescents. The more the children enjoyed playing on the cellphones, the lonelier they would, become, especially for adolescents who played on their cellphone for more than six hours per day.
Fifty percent of the interviewed students in the U.S. told, that they’d treated the A.I. Chatbots as their best friends, some even stated that the bots are their, soulmates, and became emotionally attached. And, close to thirty percent of the students who were interviewed stated that they enjoyed A.I.’s company because “A.I. doesn’t lie to them”, twenty-one-percent said “A.I. will never leave you”, and this reflected the fears of digital generation natives’ fear of modern day face-to-face interpersonal interactions.
This is what the ethicists are worried about, most of the A.I. systems had the “love-bombing” designed in, the overt obedience, causing the confusions of emotional attachments, and, the hardest of this is that as the younger generations gets deeper into interactions they’d found online, the farther detached they would be, in the real face-to-face interactions with human beings.
And this was exactly the strategies of the “emo-dependency chatbot” companies, collecting the highly sensitive data of the emotions, and reinforcing using the salesmanship or advertisements. It is the profit-oriented enterprises, that are behind these most trusted “soulmate” systems, and this kind of attachment isn’t just unequivocal, it can cause the disastrous, emotional meltdown.
EU posted its two year research result on TikTok, wanting to fine TikTok heavily for the psychological manipulation of its users, along with the highly addictiveness of the app. E.U. stated, that the platform has serious design flaws, the algorithms and the interface would diminish the underage minors’ ability to control their times of use, to becoming addicted, and demands that TikTok change its core designs.
We can’t live without these newer media technologies, and that worries us that the “advancements in technologies” will quickly cause the human mind to become paralyzed quickly.
The Cambridge University found, many of the interface designs not only have the value evaluations, but also the malicious intents, and the means to resolve this is having more sensitivity toward the values of designs, and the judgments, to regulate.
The assets involving the emotions, should be established with the interactions with companions.
And so, in this particular review, A.I. is the bad guys, it is addictive, and it targets the not-yet-fully-developed prefrontal cortexes of the younger generations, and this may be true, but, blaming A.I. isn’t wholesome, after all, it’s because these “minors” couldn’t find the love, the connections, the rapport they’re searching for that they would, seek out companionship from online, and the chatbots. Blaming A.I. for its highly addictive algorithms isn’t going to SOLVE SHIT here. Trying to figure out WHAT these kiddies need in their interpersonal relationships (i.e. acceptance from their peers, connections with others, intimacy, yada, yada, yada), then, help them develop their social skills better, would be the WAY, because A.I. isn’t ALIVE, it only collects the metadata, then, upchuck the results of all the data it’d collected out, to us, nothing more.
It’s the humans’ problems, that they are prone to believe that A.I. is making their kids addicted here.
In this case, a middleman can make things go the wrong way, but sometimes, in these situations, there’s the necessity of that middleman involved…translated…
A few days ago, a young manager from the property managing company called, his tone was rushed and tough. It’d angered me immediately, and I’d, shouted back at him, “first time you contact me, you told me ‘fix up the property by the deadline, or we will tear you down!’, this isn’t right now, is it?”
As I hung up, there’s that upset that got stuck inside. And so, I’d, stalled, and, until the deadline is approaching, then I’d, finally messaged my tenant, “Ms. Chen, the motor in your unit for water is leaking, I will find someone to come and fix it for you, but the repairperson needs you to open the door to your apartment for him, when will you be available?”
The message was replied back almost, immediately.
“Landlady, I’d already found someone to fix. The tax refunds of $10,000N.T. from the government came, and you’d been kind to me, hadn’t increased my rent for three whole years, I’ll handle this matter, you don’t need to worry about it.”
At that very moment, it’d felt, like something in me was, loosened. And, all the upsets I’d accumulated, all the anguish all, slowly, dissipated, away. I’d been a landlady for so long now, and it’d felt like I’d been the one, taking care of my tenants all these years, and turns out, I can, be the one, on the receiving end of this, care too.
So, maybe, what’s erred was the sender-message, because the woman with the leak called the agency, and the agency notify the landlady, and, because, this is through a middleman transaction, things would get lost, and this showed, how it’s always, better to deal with each other on your own, instead of involving a third, unrelated party, because, messages will get lost in transition, and, things will be misinterpreted, and, it wouldn’t be good for all who are, involved, but thankfully in this case, all was, resolved.
As the court (not of jesters this time, thank G-O-D!!!), STRUCK down the king’s tariffs, ooh, look at him, getting PISSED!
After the king lost, there’s still, NOTHING NOBODY can do, to STOP him from overriding the ruling of the, courts, because he is, all powerful, the ALMIGHTY (like G-O-D!!!), and, look at him go, getting all angered and SHIT, because the courts ruled against him.

One thing’s for certain, the king will, RETALIATE against those who are, against him, and, despite how the circus scene of the tariffs had gone on for a whole, year, and not to count up the DAMAGES that had been done to the CREDIBILITY of AMERICAH (that’s how the king spelled it!), the king is now, upset, because the justices nominated by him, and passed by STUPID (the legislative is still, majority, Republican???), it don’t matter how the court ruled, the king will do what the king wants!
After the king lost, this is not it, oh no, for his majesty will, hit the systems, even HARDER, because in his mind: all who DARE defy me, D-I-E-S. So, the court justices would be (I’m guessing), on the king’s, HIT list.
After the king lost, this is still not the last you or I, even WE will, hear of this, oh no, and with the KING of the AMERICAHS losing, world order is, “rezoned” (like in the gerrymandering, redistricting laws???), the world will never be the same, because, other countries can now, take example from the KING, and start weaponizing tariffs too!
