A Man Poisoned a Woman Three Times for Getting into a Verbal Altercation at the Swimming Pool

How easily they still CRACKED!!!  From the Front Page Sections, translated…

After a man, Chiu and a woman, Wang had a verbal altercation, he’d noticed how she’d always have a water bottle, he’d bought the category four poison “Zolpidem”, grinded them into powders, then added the powders into her water bottle; after Wang drank from her water bottle, several times, she’d felt dizzy, and started vomiting, was taken to the ER, where she learned she was being poisoned.

Wang worked alongside the manager of the pools by “fishing” for the person who did this, placed the water bottle underneath the surveillance cameras in the pool area, and, they managed to catch the man, and they immediately called the police; the Hsinbei District Attorney’s Office charged Chiu based off of “Secretly poisoning someone”.

In mid-January this year, the man, Chiu (in his fifties) was using the facilities in a swimming pool in Chunghe District, he’d gotten into a verbal altercation with Wang, Chiu wouldn’t let it go, and started memorizing the times she’d shown up, the frequency of her showing up, and, took his time, plotting his revenge.

Chiu found, that Wang would have a water bottle, starting in March this year, he’d started grinding the level four poison, Zopidem, and added it into her water bottle; the first two times after Wang drank from the bottle, she’d started throwing up, feeling dizzy, her heart raced, and the third time, it got to the extent that she needed hospitalization.

Even though, Wang was okay after being treated at the hospital, but she’d discovered, that every time she’d gone swimming, she would show the symptoms; on March 25 when she’d gone swimming again, she’d not taken any water from her bottle intentionally, and after she’d left, she’d checked the bottle herself, and found unknown white substances, and sent the water in for testing, and discovered that “Zopidem” was added into it.

On the 31st when Wang went to the pools again, she’d asked the lifeguard and placed her water bottle right in the surveillance area, and afterwards, she’d watched the footage with the employees at the pools; not long thereafter, Chiu showed up again, opened up her water bottle, dumped white substances into it, and Wang immediately called the police.

Chiu claimed that after his altercation with Wang, he wanted revenge, and started dumping unknown substances he bought at the night markets into her water, back then, the vendor told him, that whoever drank it will get ecstatic, he didn’t know that it was an illegal substance; that it’s his first offense, and he got caught, and from before, he wasn’t responsible.  The D.A. used the evidences provided by Wang, and tested the water, they were positive for a drug reaction, and they believed, that Chiu had tried to poison her twice.

People ARE getting SICK these days, and, what the HELL happened to USE your WORDS?  Or, are you just all going to solve your altercations with others by POISONING them instead!!!

The Dawn Has Yet to Come

The dawn has yet to come, and the elderly woman went out, she’d carried a small shovel, with a bamboo basket on her back, wrapped herself so the winds couldn’t get in, passed through the village’s bridge, walked into the dense forest on her own, planned to spread some pumpkin seeds on the piece of land that her husband had left for her to inherit.  The elderly woman reminded herself, to work faster today, that she must hurry to get it all done, before that annoying man showed up, to put a boundary to the land that her husband had always wanted.

Just like two weeks ago, the elderly man destroyed her planted vegetables one by one, and he’d also torched the field too, to NOT leave a single trace of it behind.  The elderly woman followed the steps of the elderly man, woke up early, did exactly as he’d done, pulled the banana tree from the roots that he’d planted in front of a grave, then, tossed it carelessly, into the valleys down below.  Thought, that now, it’s his turn, to have a taste of his own bitter medicines, realizing the hard work planted banana trees, had become garbage that destroyed the beautiful forest scene, imagined how angry he must be, she’d felt that sense of thrill.

Before she’d left, the elderly woman also recalled, dropping the photograph of her dead husband down, hung it, right in front of the small shack in the woods, she wanted her deceased husband, to watch over her children, and grandchildren, along with generations to come, the land, that bellowed to them.  Based off of the news, on the midnight of that day, there came the news of the elderly man’s accidental death, said that he’d gone to that piece of land he’d taken by force, to kill the weeds, to plant the bananas, that something came out and scared him to death.

And so, you can say, that this would be K-A-R-M-A, as the man took the elderly woman’s property first, and that, was why he’d died, or, it might be a hex that the woman had cursed on the elderly man that’s worked.

A Man Posted His Girlfriend’s Nude Photos, the Woman Leapt Off of a Building, the Man Was Charged with “Artificially Causing” the Suicide

Let’s see what the L-A-W has to say about this, shall we???  From the Front Page Sections, translated…

A forty-six year old male, Cheng had been having an affair for many years on end, last year in October, after he’d broken up with his girlfriend, he’d posted sexually illicit photos of his ex, and had invited her family and colleagues to be “friends” on Facebook with him.  The ex-girlfriend begged him to take the photos off, or she’ll kill herself, and Cheng replied, “then let’s die together”, refused to do so.  Three days later, the woman leapt off of a building.  The District Attorney’s Offices in Shihlin believed that Cheng was involved in “artificially causing” suicide, and yesterday, they’d prosecuted him.

The D.A. believed, that Cheng had acted against the laws of privacy and personal information protection laws, and had given the woman the will to kill herself.  Based off of understanding, Cheng’s wife doesn’t even HAVE a clue about his affair, it wasn’t until she’d received the court papers indicting her husband, did she learn, that he was having an affair, and involved in the other woman’s death.

Cheng yesterday told the press, that the charges on the indictments were all false, that the family of the deceased didn’t read the whole story from top to bottom to get the entire situation.  He said, “It was NOT me”, and denied having uploaded the nude photos, and claimed, “I had only loved her, cherished her, I wouldn’t have hurt her.”  He believed, that the woman’s family “has their own issues as well.”

The D.A. investigated and found out that last October, Cheng had a fall out with the affair he’d had since twelve years ago, and on November 23, used the name “Hated Tseng” to get a Facebook account, and posted his ex’s picture as his display picture, then, uploaded the photographs they took together whilst they were still dating, and among them were photos of his ex, taking a bubble bath, and their intercourse too.

Cheng then asked the ex-girlfriend’s current boyfriend, colleagues, and families to be his friends, as the niece of his ex got the invite, she’d gone and looked, and found that the photographs were of her aunt, nude, and notified her aunt immediately.

The woman saw how her private photos had been made public, cried as she flipped through the album, and used her niece’s Facebook account to beg “Please, let me go”, “I’m willing to give my life for you to show you how sorry I am, please, just take those photographs off”, and left the message, “If I died, it’s because you gave me NO options”.

Cheng wasn’t moved at all, instead, he’d replied, “well, let’s DIE together then!”, and claimed that he got a hold of more of her friends list.  Cheng wanted his ex to come back to him, threatened, “If you no come, I won’t hide it, I’d SHUT down completely”, and that he’d only “lived for you alone”.

The woman believed that Cheng had NO intentions of taking those photographs down, she’d climbed up to the fifth floor of her building, and, jumped downward, was DEAD before the EMTs could get her to the hospitals.  The woman’s father was very unhappy about how his child had died, wanted the D.A. to help get the man who did this; the police did a search of Cheng’s residence, and took in the computer with her nude photographs, along with thirty-six DVDs.

And so, that, is how a SOCIAL networking S-I-T-E can make it worse, and, it’s ALL because of how this man would NOT let this woman go, and, that still just S-H-O-W-S YOU, that you should NOT allow those pictures to get taken in the first place, because IF and WHEN (it’s more of a “when” than it is an “if”) you two break up, then, that, would become the LEVERAGE the other person has!!!

The Salt in Formula Incident, It was the Child’s Father’s Older Brother’s Wife Who Done It

Here’s how the tale developed, from the case where the infant girl drank the formula containing too much salt and ended up dying, from shortly ago???  From the Front Page Sections, translated…

There’s a big break in the case where the little girl, Xiang-Xiang had drunk formula with too much salt and died, the district attorneys discovered that the wife of the father’s eldest brother wasn’t getting along with the infant’s mother, and the displeasure that was between the two in-laws had led to this murder, the woman had multiple times added sea salt and refined salt into the child’s formula, causing her to die, and yesterday, the police took the woman in on murder, and erasing the evidence, along with other charges, and asked the courts for custody, which the courts allowed.

The D.A. yesterday called Zhou (age 33) to appear in court, and showed Xiang-Xiang’s photograph to her, asked, “Do you know her?”, “Did you add the salt?”  And Zhou, because she could NO longer stand the tortures of her own guilt, started crying in court, and admitted to what she did.

Zhou told the truth, that from September to October of this year, she’d started spicing up the formula with salt, twice per month, and each time, she’d added NO more than the size of her palm, the investigators asked her if she knew, that having a too high content in salt in one’s diet can cause cardiovascular diseases, Zhou said she didn’t know that.

The judge also asked Zhou in court, “Do you have children?”, she replied, “a son and a daughter”; then, the judge continued, “Are they on formula or on breast milk?”, “On formula”, she’d replied.  The judge then asked her, “Would you spice up the formula with salt, then, feed it to your own kids?”, to which she’d replied immediately, “no!”

Based off of understanding, Zhou claimed that she has two kids in court, but the elders played favorites with Xiang-Xiang, and didn’t love her children the same.  She believed, that Xiang-Xiang’s father would pick on her own daughter a lot, and they got mad at each other, in order to get back at him, that, was why she’d brought the salt from her own home, to add it into the infant girl’s formula.

The D.A. talked with Xiang-Xiang’s parents, relatives, a total of eight others last week, and cross-examined the evidence, and Chen, the mother, had suspected that it was Zhou, who’d added the salt to her daughter’s formula; the D.A. used the process of elimination to zoom in on Zhou, who had the most to gain.

The D.A. searched Zhou’s resident, and took in all the salt as evidence, along with other items; the D.A. received the toxicology report of the infant girl, but the autopsy report was NOT yet out.

The D.A., Deng, called the parents, the grandparents, the aunt and uncle, a total of EIGHT members of the family in.  Based off of understanding, that day, after the police did the investigations and the cross-exams, the mother of the child had told that she and her older sister-in-law had issues, getting along, because of the children, and told, in a round-about kind of way, that it was Zhou who did it; even though Zhou denied it, but from the testimonies of other members of the family, it disclosed how the two women aren’t getting along, the police believed, that Zhou was a suspect.

The detectives also discovered, even though, Zhou had a son and a daughter herself, but she’d felt that the elders in the family loved the infant girl, Xiang-Xiang more than her own children, and she’d thought that the father of Xiang-Xiang would pick on her kids a lot, and they started having spats.  In the period between September and October, Zhou took advantage of the times she was in the infant girl’s house, and added huge amounts of salt into the formula, then mixed it all in evenly, and it killed the child.

And so, that merely shows, that a little anger still goes a L-O-N-G way, and it’s because of how this woman felt that everybody was favoring the baby girl that she’d spiced the formula for, and, it said here, that the parents of this infant girl had some idea of what had happened, and yet, they still went on the press about how the infant formula was the one with the problems.
