The Coastguard Covered Up the Run-in, the Dishonesty Got it into a Bad Situation

Due to the rising tensions between China and Taiwan, we can only expect, more run-ins, and more “accidental deaths” like these in the near future…lives are getting lost, don’t matter if they’re Chinese or Taiwanese, lives are lives are L-I-V-E-S, and the @#$%ING (so???) government is disregarding that fact here!  Off of the Front Page Sections, translated…

The Chinese speedboat tipped over at the boundaries in the Taiwanese Strait resulted in two deaths, caused the tensions of Taiwanese-Chinese relations to gain the momentum and the heat, after about a week, the families from the Chinese side arrived at Kinmen yesterday, and, both sides started placing the blames, on the surfaces and underneath, and gained the attention of the people of both countries.  Based off of understanding, Taiwan only followed the existing rules between China and us to settle the matter, the Strait Exchange Foundation and Coast Guard used the communication means to contact China, and although China didn’t admit it, read but not responded, and they’d started working through the matters on their end now.  This was also a rare encounter of how the since the pandemic, the rare occasions of the Strait Exchange from China came with the local Taiwanese officials to settle the matter, the Chinese government also reported to us of what had happened in the incident, which showed, that although China and Taiwan had severed off communication “officially”, there are still the means of communications ongoing, becoming that final unclosed window to communication between China and Taiwan.

And yet, as the tensions started rising up due to the incident, the Chinese boats flipping over in Kinmen, from the facts known from yesterday, it’d suggested that our coast guard hadn’t told exactly what had happened in the time being; at the time, the coast guard claimed that the Chinese boat refused to get checked, and started, weaving across the top of the water, which caused it to overturn, and had covered up about how our ships had been in a “fender-bender” with the Chinese speedboat.  Up until yesterday, the Kinmen D.A.’s Office stated that there’s no video recording of the run-in, that as the Chinese and Taiwanese ships started engaging in the high-speed chases, the body of the ships had “multiple contacts” with each other; and not looking at if the cause of the impact was due to the Chinese ship’s weaving around on the oceans, but in the time being, the dishonesty of the Coast Guard had caused us to get stuck in arguing of who’s right or who’s wrong.

Honesty is the best policy, besides, two lives had been, lost, and this is related to the delicate political interactions between China and us, the way that the coast guard handled the matter, it doesn’t do any justice to those who’d lost their lives, and it’d, damaged the trustworthiness of the Taiwanese law enforcement.

the news report, from YouTube

Those who were on the inside, on recalling the events of goings on between China and Taiwan the Strait Exchange Foundation immediately sent its condolences to the Association for Relations Across the Taiwan Straits , and explained what  had happened, and through the means of officials in China and the Taiwanese businesspersons, gotten into contact with the families of the four crewmembers whose lives were, lost.  The coast guard also contacted the Chinese officials through the means.

Since 2009 the crime-fighting agreement with China was in effect, in recent years, when the Chinese ships crossed over the borders, got confiscated and checked, waited until the D.A.’s office finished up with the investigations, and fined them, we would notify Chinese authorities to extradite the ships and the persons back, although the Chinese didn’t respond officially, nor admitted that these matters are related in the realms of what was agreed upon, but mostly, China would send the officials to get the persons from China back.  On this particular incident, we’d handled the matter, based off of the agreements that were in place, the coast guard, the Strait Exchange Foundation’s head of office, and the local Red Cross, will be in Kinmen to sort through the matters together, this was quite rare after the pandemic.

As for the M.A.C.’s demanding that Chinese sign the extradition papers, and was turned down, based off of our stand point, of course Taiwan would do things by the book, only that in recent years, the Chinese refused to admit that we had made contact with them, so naturally, they’d refused to sign; in the futures, the China Coast Guard started patrolling the oceans, getting onboard our ships, etc., etc., we’d still passively handled the matter, and this brings risks and trials for the relations between Taiwan and China, the government can’t evade it.

And so, this is, brushing the sides of wars, but not really, hitting the targets here, with that invisible boundaries of the Taiwanese Strait being breached more and more often, one day in the near future, it will go, KA-BOOM!  And both China AND Taiwan are to blame, because this IS still, an ABUSER/ENABLER interaction, and the Coast Guard should NOT cover up the run-in with the Chinese, and lives are still, lost in this incident here.

Lai Doesn’t Have the Times for the Trial-by-Errors in the Matter of American-Chinese-Taiwanese Relation as He Takes Office

As the DDP still got “voted” into office again, this will, surely, WORSEN the country’s relations with China all right, which means, the President elect, Lai won’t have his, “honeymoon period” to slowly, EASE into, things!  Off of the Front Page Sections, translated…

The AmCham Taiwan posted its newest report on the outlooks, even though, from the general data, it showed, a decrease of the tension between China and Taiwan based off of American merchants, and the polled are a bit more confident, of the politics, and yet, the American businesses’ steady rise back to confidence of the Taiwanese-Chinese relation, isn’t determined by the party’s current means of relations with China, more of it was from the milder relationship between U.S. and China, that the two are no longer, going AT one another anymore; the AmCham Taiwan still believed, that the stable relations with China is what the elected government need to work out in the next three years, its, primary, goal.

what the honeymoon period looked, like…then after this, the digits drop, considerable…and this is what Lai won’t be allowed, because we are close to WAR with China right now…photo from online

But, with the coming of the American presidential elections, there would be, the political gossips that will, take over the U.S. next, plus, there’s no rest of the Russo-Ukrainian or the Hamas-Israeli conflicts, besides, recently, the U.S. military base close to Syrian-Jordan border was once again, attacked by the drones of Iran again, the Middle East is heading into unstable, again, and all of these, can affect the attention that the U.S. can give to the troubles between Taiwan and China.

Under this development, the Lai government that’s about to take office on May 20th, it will surely have to, shoulder MORE responsibilities in the balances of Taiwanese-American-Chinese relations, there would be, less room for, error too.  There were a lot of instances when Lai had misspoken during his campaign, including, “entering into the White House”, “the Constitution of the Republic of China is disastrous”, etc., etc., etc., the American government said they understood, under the Tsai government’s explaining the matter away, while China started, showing that fitting level of amicability of late, and didn’t have any, radical move toward Lai being elected into office, and it seemed, that China is, still, observing; but, after the inauguration of May 20th, Lai will be in charge, and that can’t be, evaded, and there’s a need to stabilize the relationships between China and Taiwan that’s, absolutely necessary.

Based off of the posted reports by the AmCham Taiwan, the surveys were conducted prior to Lai being elected into office; which showed of the reports observations of the geographical and Taiwanese-Chinese relations.  And this is the calm before the storm that we’re currently living in right now, a time, of China, the U.S., and Taiwan’s steadying oneself, taking the sides; the AmCham, rather than a reminder, it’s also, an expectation for the Lai government, hoping the newly elected government can keep the peace, the stability between China and Taiwan continually.

And yet, so it depends, solely off of what Lai’s policies toward China is, if he’s like his predecessor, then, chances are, bombs, missiles will come flying, with the armed fleets patrolling the exterior boundaries of the island, regularly, but, we don’t really know yet, because Lai had only gotten, elected into office, and who KNOWS how he’ll, behave, and maybe, he will, be less like Tsai, and be willing to, work things out with China, so we won’t get, HIT!

Chen & Liu

Getting the people into the mindsets of “us versus them”, that’s what the DDP, and its officials are, doing right now, and we the people, are letting them!  Off of the Front Page Sections, translated…

Chen is probably regretting stepping down from his post of director of the CDC, he’d lost that exposure rate now.  But, as Pelosi visited here, he’d expressed his patriotic beliefs, “so long as we have the mind to protect our country, then, nobody can pick on us”.  So true, those words, but, defending ourselves, it does NOT mean, that we should, rouse up trouble, right?

His claims seemed to be insinuating that those who wanted peace between Taiwan and China don’t have the mind to protect the country, this is poisonous words.  Nobody forgot, just how good Chen is at using the words.  For instance, he’d called MERS-CoV as “Wuhan Virus”, used that as the reasons to not allow the children of Chinese spouses to come back to this country, he’d turned down the BioNTech vaccines with the Chinese agents to be sent into Taiwan, there’s nothing but hate for China in his heart.

here’s Chen…

Opposite of us in China, there are, more of those with that nationalist mindset like him.  The Chinese ambassador to France recently called out to Pelosi’s visiting Taiwan, stated that if China and Taiwan became unified, then, there would be the “reeducation” that’s necessary, turning Taiwanese into “patriots”.  As his words came out, the international fronts started hitting on him left and right.  An ambassador, who’d viewed oppressions, brain-washing as the norm, isn’t this admitting to how the Communist Chinese government’s setting up the labor camps, the reeducation camps in Xinjiang?

Chen in Taiwan, Lu in China, they’re both who are, pouring in the oils, setting the fires.  They carried that banner of patriotism, but, spread out the venomous of hatred instead.  And if these two looked closely at each other, they will find that scary similarity between them, that they were made, from the same molds.

In recent days, the locals in China started using Baidu Maps to search for the streets in Taipei like crazy, and the street names of Nanjing E. Road, and Chunking Road, along with the Sanxi Noodle Shops, it’d sparked up the debates.  And, we blame it all on Baidu’s NOT opening up the portal sooner, and, are we, that, different?

here’s the Chinese diplomat to France, Lu

No, of course not, we’re all, from the same roots, it’s just, that the DDP government tried its hardest to get the people into the us versus them mindset, and, this splitting up the country does NO good for anybody, and the only one who’d benefitted in the time being would be, the DDP, because it got its way, in swaying the people to go against the PRC, when we all shared the exact same roots!
