Trying to Patch Up an Already Broken Relationship

This, just H-I-T me, way after my child had grown up, and flown the N-E-S-T.  Trying to patch up an already broken relationship with your child?  What makes you think that that kid that you’d abandoned, or felt abandoned by you would want you back into her/his life, NOW that s/he is all grown up?

Trying to patch up an already broken relationship with your child, this, is a next-to-impossible feat.  Trying to patch up an already broken relationship, there’s NO way you can do it, because, once a relationship gets broken, it WILL be beyond anybody’s

R-E-P-A-I-R!!!

Trying to patch up an already broken relationship, because you wanted it all back, because after you’d lost it, you’d come to your senses about how wonderful your older loves were, and, you wanted it all back again, but, CAN you?  I mean, have it all back again?

Or, could it be, that as you aged, you’re losing more, more and MORE of your abilities, that you all of a sudden realized, that you N-E-E-D to find someone to CLING on to…………
