The Officer Who Got Drunk Harassed a Female College Student, Kept Prodding Which Bar She Worked in, Then, Pepper-Sprayed Her

Assaulted, by a drunken, police officer here, off of the Front Page Sections, translated…

The patrol officer, Chou from the Lingya Substation of Kaohsiung got drunk yesterday, he was unsuccessful, in hitting on two college-age female students from an adjacent table, after they left the bars, they’d, bumped into each other again, Chou grilled the two females, “which agency do you work for?”, it’d upset the two ladies and their, companions, they started altercating, and Chou sprayed pepper spray on all of them, causing four people in pain; as the police found out that Chou is an officer of the local stations, other than charging him with physical assault, he was already give one major written reprimands as punishment too.

Chou (age 40) worked in the local substation for five years, as he was in training, he’d injured his lower back in March, was out on leave, and at the end of March he’d, returned back to work again, yesterday he’d gone drinking at a bar of a business hotel with some friends, and, bumped into the twenty-three year-old female college student, Wang, and the twenty-four-year-old female college student, Wu, with their boyfriends, Hsu and Chang.

Back then, Chou was intoxicated, he’d disregarded how Wang and Wu were with their boyfriends, and started, hitting on them asked the ladies which escort agency they worked for?  But the two ladies and their two boyfriends ignored Chou.

As Chou and his friend left the bar, he’d waited for the cab by the alley next to the business hotel, and saw Wang and her three other companions leaving, and he’d repeated inquired the ladies, “which agency do you work for?”, it’d caused them displease, the two parties started getting into verbal altercations, Chou took out the pepper spray issued by the police station and sprayed the two men who were out on their dates with the ladies, Hsu and Chang, and the two ladies, Wang and Wu were also, spritzed, the passersby immediately notified the police.

As the police arrived, Hsu and Chang were tearing up, and the patrol officers took all five back, the couples pressed charges on Chou on assault; Chou was too intoxicated to be interrogated, it wasn’t until yesterday morning as the local patrol officer found, that Chou was a fellow officer too, and called up his substation to help in the investigations.

The head of investigations of Yaling Substation confirmed Chou’s identity, and immediately, given him two written reprimands, and, the station manager felt, that Chou’s behavior had, hurt the reputations of the police stations, and, decided to hand down a more severe punishment, he was given one major reprimands, and, listed as a member of in need of reeducation, retraining programs.

If booze weren’t involved, then, this may NOT have, escalated to this, but, the officer got drunk, and was, hitting on those, two college ladies, WITH their boyfriends next to them, and, he’d, assaulted them all, and it’s still due to how alcohol had, impaired his, judgment, had he not gotten intoxicated, then, it may not, have, escalated to this extent.

A Police Officer Couldn’t Deal with Getting Cheated on, Used the System to Find the Other Man’s Car & Smashed it

Jealous rage, combined with alcohol, and his officer status, and you get?  Breaking the law, knowingly, ABUSING his power as a police officer, off of the Front Page Sections, translated…

The Danshui Police Substation’s Shuichay Substation officer, Lee was displeased at how his girlfriend fell out of love with him, and fell in love with another, last month he’d used the computer system in the police station, and got the record of the guy his ex was seeing, then, went with a friend, to Lin’s residence, smashed his car; the police was called and reviewed over the surveillance camera footage, and found that it was “one of their own” who’d done it, found that the officer had broken the laws of privacy, gotten the record of the man’s address illegally, that he’d broken the laws of personal information protection, obstruction of secret, and obstruction in computer use, sent him to the D.A.’s office, and gave him two major reprimands, and, transferred him out of his original unit, original post of work.

Based off of understanding, at three in the morning on the twenty-fifth of last month, Lin reported that his car was smashed by unknown persons, the windshield, the side mirrors, the windows on the right side on the backseat, all smashed up.  The Shui-Dray Substation sent the officers to review the surveillance footage records, found two suspects, and one was a fellow police officer from the same station, Lee.

Lee came in, admitted to smashing the car up, claimed that the previous evening, he’d gone out drinking, at ten in the evening, he’d gone to his friend, Tsai’s to continue to drink, and he’d talked of how his ex cheated on him with another man, and with the help of alcohol, he’d recalled how his ex’s current boyfriend lives in Tsai’s community, on the early midnight hours of a little past one, in a light raincoat, he’d gone to the basement parking lot with Tsai, and, HAMMERED down the car.

Afterwards, Lee settled it with Lin, Lin didn’t press charges,, but the substation still wrote Lee up, and, transferred him.  The officers from the Police Investigation Units chased the leads, and found that mid last month, without his supervisor signing off, Lee used the computer systems, and found the records of Lin’s car; he’d admitted to getting the records.

So, because this LOSER’s girlfriend broke up with him, and he had access to the public records system, that was how he was able to find the records of the man his ex is currently dating, and he was drunk, that was what caused him, to go OFF on the man’s car, and now, he will be charged with abuse of his power as a police, and damages of property, and this still just showed, how someone can easily ABUSE his status in the law enforcement, to GET someone back.

The Bad Cop Invested in the Gambling Arcades, and Committed Arson on the Car, was Fired from the Police Department

An officer of the LAW, who knew it was wrong what he was doing, and still, did it, and he only received, suspension, believe it or don’t!  Off of the Front Page Sections, translated….

There was an arson of a car in the Mado Substation jurisdiction in August, and the whole case, as the department investigated, was by Hu the officer who worked at the precinct, having debt disputes in the gambling arcades, and felt displeased that the worker of the arcade, Sun owed him money and not paid, he’d set Sun’s car on fire, he was, malicious; the Tainan D.A.’s Office called Hu to the offices, after interrogating the officer, Hu had the bail of $100,000N.T. for public endangerment and gambling charges.

The head of the Tainan City Police Department was furious upon hearing the news, believed that Hu had destroyed the reputations of the police office, yesterday, he’d fired Hu from his job and given him two major reprimands.

The Mado Police was investigating a car getting burned down on August 20th of this year, the car was almost completely, totaled, the owner, Sun wondered how the car caught fire?  As the fire department examined it closely, they’d found an urn underneath the car as the origin of the fire, after reviewing over the street surveillances, they suspected that there’s a high chance that this was, an arson.

The police went by the description of the victim who’s car was burned up, and zoomed in on the forty-four year-old officer, Hu who had debt problems with the owner of the car, Sun, and reported to the district attorney’s office to start up a specialist task squad, to secretly investigate Hu’s money flow, his communication, and his whereabouts too.

The police and the district attorney’s office investigated, that Hu worked in the police department for over two decades, mostly, on desk or internal duties, three years ago he was transferred to the city, but not long thereafter, he transferred back to Mado, was suspected of investing into the arcades, as the fund supporter of the places, that Hu was displeased at how the worker, Sun owed over hundreds of thousands of dollars in debts and not collected, in the middle of the nights, he’d committed arson on Sun’s car; as an officer of the law, when he’d gone to commit arson, he was wearing a cap, a mask on purpose, and dodged the surveillance cameras by placing an ignited pot of fire underneath the sedan, and half an hour later came the explosion, the burning down of the car.

Hu denied the allegations, claimed that he had an alibi, the police reviewed over the surveillance footages, although there was not a perfect view of the suspect, but the victim pointed out, how Hu was the owner of the gambling arcade, and the district attorneys believed that there’s enough evidence for a search warrant.

Based off of understanding, Hu is good looking, but as he worked in the police department, he’d gone on a lot of calls, made many connections with the locals, and this time the problem of his discipline came, some say that they’re, “not surprised one bit”.   Jeng stressed, that if the officer was found to have broken the laws, he will NOT cover for his subordinates, and will chase to the bottom of what had actually, happened, and do what’s, right.

So, this, is an officer who KNEW what he was doing was wrong, and still did it, and because he couldn’t get the debts owed to him by a player of the arcade, he’d, set his car on fire, and he got caught on tape, and, being fired from his work at the police station would be, the LEAST of his, worries, because he is looking at getting charged, and maybe, jail time too!

Two Police Officers Took Advantage of Teenagers Who Were Found, Attempting Suicide

Knowing the law, and still breaking it here, from the Front Page Sections, translated…

The patrol officer, Chien from Wenshan Second Subprecinct knew, that a seventeen year old girl in the area is the girlfriend of his work colleague, and still, he took advantage of the adolescent’s bad mood, took her into a motel, and raped her; the D.A.’s office in Taipei yesterday persecuted the office based off of forced sexual acts, and had asked the judge to add the punishments for obstruction of child welfare laws as well.

Based off of understanding, the young woman didn’t tell her school counselor until almost six months later, and the school reported it to the social services department, and asked the police to look into the matter immediately. The adolescent told them, that the plaintiff was a police officer, that because she felt that the police will all ban together, and it would be of NO help, that, was why she failed to report it.

The young woman goes to a private high school, was diagnosed with severe depression, and attempted suicide multiple times; as the officer got the reports, he was sent, to show her care and concerns, and they fell in love, and started dating.

Chien the officer (age 30) had taken care of the adolescent’s suicide calls, he’d learned that she was dating other officers, and still, he’d pursued her.

Last year in May, the adolescent girl’s boyfriend was reprimanded by his superior, and asked to break up with her, the adolescent became depressed, and poured her heart out to Chien, and Chien took her out drinking.

The investigations found, that the officer took the youth to a certain motel to get drunk, they’d spent the night there, and that Chien had gone against the adolescent’s wishes, and raped her; the young woman told this to her boyfriend who’s a patrol officer.

When interrogated by the D.A., Chien, the officer, had first denied having gone to the motel, and after the D.A. showed records from the motels, he’d changed his statements, said that they were there, to get drunk, that there was NO sexual intercourse; but the D.A. took the words of the youth, along with the records kept by her school counselor, and believed that Chien had raped her.

The Wenshan Second Subprecinct said, that after this was known, they’d sent the officer to the courts, and transferred him to an inactive squad, and labeled him as someone they needed to keep an eye on.

The police stated that they will hold a meeting, to see if Chien did break the laws, and, in the future, as the verdict came, Chien may well face getting fired.

And so, this, is the result of the officer, raping an adolescent girl, and, this LOSER took advantage of a bad situation, I mean, the young woman was already suicidal, and, he’d still taken advantage of her.
