The Ruling Justice of the Sexual Harassment Case of a Judge, the Department of Examination Will Pursue a Criminal Charge

This is, probably, as close as it’ll ever get, for justice to be served, of a crime committed by a judge!!! From the Front Page Sections, translated…

The High Executive Court Judge, Hong-Bing Chen’s Sexually Harassing His Female Assistant, He’d Gotten Suspended from his Judgeship, and, the Courts that Oversees the Case Changed the Punishment to Have Him Pay Back the Retirement of a Year’s of about Two Million Dollars N.T., it’d Caused Debate; the Examination Yuan Posed Thirteen Reasons for Retrial, and Filed for a Retrial with the Justice System, and Questioned that the Original Judge of the Retrial, Lin was Suspected of Hiding the Facts He Received from Another Justice.

The justice department confirmed, that after the verdict was read, Justice Hsieh had resigned from her post, and the other four justices also sent in their resignations awhile ago. Lin said, that the justices should based the rulings on their own conscience, that this incident had caused the unsettlement of the society, that resigning was what was responsible, but still firmly believed, that the justices of the courts should make decisions independent of each other, that they shouldn’t have the prejudices and ruled on the matter before the trials are ended.

And so, this, is what happened, they’d, FIRED (oh wait the judges RESIGNED!!!) the justices from their posts, because someone HAS to pay for this incident, and it’s just a witch hunt, with a ton of scapegoats, what needed to get changed in the systems, and, firing those justices of the courts is NOT what should be done, what should be done would be, a REFORM of moral responsibilities for the justices here.
